Abstract

The to'-oto’ a tradition is an event held by the community to return bhubuwan's money (money given at weddings). Each implemented certainly has different perceptions of to’-oto’ that have been entrenched. This is the main problem that researchers want to know. This research uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenal research model to look deeper into the psychological meaning of an individual’s experience of the to’-oto’ tradition. The results showed that the tradition of to’-oto’ was perceived as a means of returning savings due to the necessities of life, a means of tightening the silaturrahim rope of both the head of the family in the village or outside the village, one form of “tasyakuran” (salvation) and as a form of tradition that the community runs.DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/lw.v12i2.4149

Abstract

Fenomena perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi merupakan fenomena penting dalam meningkatkan tercapainya efektivitas organisasi. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis relasi pengembangan karir, kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi melalui motivasi kerja sebagai intervening variabel. Analisis yang digunakan dalam menjawab pertanyaan penelitian digunakan analisis jalur dengan Teknik SEM untuk mengkaji pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung masing-masing variabel. Kajian ini menjelaskan bahwa keberhasilan kualitas kehidupan kerja dari sudut pekerja dapat dilihat melalui indikator-indikator seperti: 1) Keikutsertaan karyawan dalam bekerja akan memberikan rasa kepuasan; 2) Rasa puas mendorong karyawan untuk semakin aktif mewujudkan keikutsertaan dalam bekerja; 3) Tingkat kehadiran yang tinggi; 4) Kesediaan bekerja secara sukarela akan meningkat dan meluas, misalnya bekerja lembur tanpa harus menunggu ada perintah; 5). Merasa rugi jika tidak masuk atau tidak hadir; 6). Selalu terdorong untuk selalu menyampaikan saran dalam rangka peningkatan produktivitas dan kualitas.

Abstract

Security and public order are important in running the government. The National Police of the Republic of Indonesia (POLRI) is mandated by Law Number 9 of 1998 concerning the freedom to express opinions in public, to organize security demonstrations by ensuring security and public order in accordance with applicable procedures. Demonstration by the Cianjur Police. Based on the results of the West Java Police Propam field examination contained in the Disciplinary Violation Preliminary Examination file number: DP3D-13/K/II/HUK.12.10/2020/Bid-Propam and the police report with the number: LP/6-A/I/HUK. 12.10/2020/Bid-Propam. This study uses a qualitative method with a single case approach, this research approach has a case dissection perspective by looking at aspects of personnel competence when securing demonstrations so that the expected approach will bring the best results. Cianjur Police personnel who have implemented Dikbangspes associated with competency theory have resulted in the view that 6 (six) Cianjur Police personnel do not have the expertise (Dikjur) and skills (short training) in the field of technical functions of the Sabhara Unit police. Then, there are three policy makers (Head of Ops, Kasat Binmas, and KBO Sabhara) during the process of securing demonstrations, have long service experience, namely Head of Ops KOMPOL Warsito has served for 33 years, Head of Binmas AKP Achmad Suprijatna has served for 30 years, and KBO Sabhara has served for 28 years.

Abstract

Dalam analisis pelaksanaan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) belum dilaksanakan dengan optimal di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kepolisian. Terdapat beberapa kendala terkait sumber daya, kebijakan, dan anggaran yang menghambat pelaksanaan SPMI. Selain itu, STIK selama ini belum menerapkan analisis penjaminan mutu modern dalam pengukuran kinerja terkait penerapan strategi yang telah berjalan, hanya menggunakan analisis serapan atas anggaran. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengukur pencapaian pelaksanaan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) dengan menggunakan Konsep manajemen Pendidikan tinggi modern Balance Scorecard (BSC) di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kepolisian (STIK) serta membuat alur pengendalian pelaksanaan SPMI dengan menggunakan pendekatan BSC. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi observasi serta wawancara di lingkungan civitas STIK. Langkah-langkah analisis yang dilakukan dengan cara pembobotan kinerja untuk menilai besaran angka/indeks, yang terdiri dari; Nilai Sasaran Strategis (NSS), Indeks Capaian Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU), Nilai Kinerja Unit (NKU), Nilai Kinerja Prospek (NKP). Hasil pencapaian balanced scorecard Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kepolisian dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan tahun 2022 belum tercapai dengan baik atau masih dibawah standar minimum NKU. Hal ini ditunjukan capaian NKU hanya sebesar 75.19% yang berarti belum memenuhi batas minimum target yang ditetapkan yaitu 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe brawls that occur in the jurisdiction of the South Jakarta Metro Police, identify correlations that are the factors that influence the prevention of brawls in the jurisdiction of the South Jakarta Metro Police, reveal the practice of preventing child brawl crimes through the implementation of predictive policing that occurs in the jurisdiction of the South Jakarta Metro Police. This research is descriptive qualitative using a case study research type. The findings revealed that brawls occurred under the jurisdiction of the South Jakarta Metro Police from 2019 to 2021, indicating that attempts to avoid brawls by the South Jakarta Metro Police have had minimal effect because there has been an increase every year and can only prevent 7 acts of brawl. Factors that have caused the prevention of brawls in the jurisdiction of the South Jakarta Metro Police to be less effective because they have weaknesses and threats/obstacles they face. Concerning the weaknesses, there are aspects of the quantity of human resources, aspects of the quantity of facilities, and aspects of work methods at Satbinmas (Community Development Unit) and Satsamapta South Jakarta Metro Police, which carry out preemptive (door to door system patrol activities, and FGD) and preventive (walking patrols, motorized patrols, and monitoring through CCTV), while the aspect of a lack of budget is for Satbinmas, which carry out pre-emptive (door to door system patrol activities, and FGD).

Abstract

The law must be enforced to achieve the goals and ideals of the Indonesian nation as stated in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to find out what efforts have been made by Bhabinkamtibmas in preventing the crime of lottery gambling in Kebumen . And what is the general situation of the Kebumen Regency and know what factors support and hinder Bhabinkamtibmas in preventing the occurrence of lottery gambling crimes in the jurisdiction of the Kebumen Police. The method used in method used is through interviews, observation, and library research. Data analysis using qualitative data analysis. The results obtained can be said to be not optimal because of the factors that might hinder the performance of Bhabinkamtibmas. Inhibiting factors include the lack of public awareness of the law, so many are still afraid of the police, then the lack of personnel in the field which makes Bhabinkamtibmas members have to hold concurrent positions. In addition to inhibiting factors, there are also supporting factors that help Bhabinkamtibmas in carrying out their duties, there is budget support for Bhabinkamtibmas, making additions to optimize Bhabinkamtibmas activities in the field, maximizing breakthroughs from the Kebumen Police Chief which makes Awards & Punishments for Bhabinkamtibmas members to encourage them to carry out their duties in the field so that its performance can be optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja anggota Satuan Reserse Kriminal Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei, dimana jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 134 anggota Satuan Reserse Kriminal Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa (1) terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan motivasi kerja anggota Satuan Reserse Kriminal Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan, dimana hubungan antara kedua variabel adalah positif; (2) persentase sumbangan pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja yang terdiri dari supervisi, upah dan insentif, pekerjaan sebagai hadiah, pekerjaan menantang, pekerjaan menarik, dan kondisi lingkungan kerja secara simultan terhadap motivasi kerja anggota Satuan Reserse Kriminal Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan adalah sebesar 82,1%.

Abstract

Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) menerapkan strategi mitigasi iklim pada tahun 2009 dengan membuat estimasi jejak karbon dari turnamen dan aktivitas sepakbola lainnya untuk memenuhi persyaratan volume emisi, sesuai dengan peraturan Protokol Gas Rumah Kaca “Greenhouse Gas Protocol” (GGP). Pada tahun 2022, FIFA menandatangani “Memorandum of Understanding” dengan “Asia Pacific Islands Forum” (APIF) untuk memerangi perubahan iklim. FIFA telah menggaungkan komitmen untuk mengurangi emisi karbon sebanyak 50 persen di tahun 2030 dan mencapai netralitas karbon di tahun 2040, untuk memenuhi tujuan global. Sebagai negara kepulauan terbesar di dunia, Indonesia telah memberikan kontribusi emisi karbon yang tinggi pada saat pelaksanaan kompetisi Liga 1 tahun 2019/2020 dengan format pertandingan kandang dan tandang. Situasi ini berbanding terbalik ketika pandemi COVID-19 melanda Indonesia dan format pertandingan terpaksa dilaksanakan secara tersentralisasi dengan berpusat pada beberapa wilayah di pulau Jawa. Emisi karbon berkurang karena jarak perjalanan dibandingkan ketika format pertandingan kandang dan tandang diterapkan. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif-komparatif, jurnal ini menampilkan perbandingan emisi karbon dalam pertandingan Liga 1 di Indonesia, antara format pertandingan sebelum dan pada saat pandemi COVID-19. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa emisi karbon yang dihasilkan oleh kompetisi Liga 1 di Indonesia bisa berkurang dan penerapan komitmen FIFA serta strategi mitigasi perubahan iklim dapat dilaksanakan

Abstract

This research analyzes the technical training needs required by the Mobile Brigade Pioneer Battalion of Polda Metro Jaya in securing the National Capital City. Securing the National Capital is a complex challenge and requires high readiness and competence from the police, especially the Pioneer Battalion. In this research, the author uses a qualitative approach with the Training Need Analysis (TNA) analysis method, which involves questionnaires and a literature study. The results of the analysis show that the Pioneer Battalion is widely applied in various security tasks, which include handling high-intensity crime threats and managing natural disasters. The involvement of the Vanguard Battalion generally plays a role in supporting regional police when the intensity of the threat reaches a high escalation. Training uses a training manual published by the Foster Police Department. The research results show that there is still potential to improve training. In this analysis, the author emphasizes training based on actual needs for securing the National Capital, enhancing services to the community, and preparing to face future threats. In conclusion, this research identifies the importance of technical training in securing the National Capital by the Mobile Brigade Pioneer Battalion of Polda Metro Jaya. Based on the analysis, it is recommended to provide training that is not only related to the tasks and duties of the Pioneer Battalion in the context of securing the capital. Because the involvement of the pioneer battalion was extensive and not only related to security. The development and improvement of technical training that is relevant to the actual needs for security of the National Capital will strengthen the readiness and competence of Pioneer Battalion members in carrying out complex security tasks involving various other security aspects.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis community service is carried out as a form of social care and social responsibility towards the community. In this case, the charitable activities carried out in the village of Sumberbantas are collected through donations for orphans. Community service activities are carried out in the village of Sumber Brantas, one of the villages that supports the Raden Soerjo Tahura area. The area of Sumber Brantas village is 541,1364 Ha and is located at an altitude of 1,400 to 1,700 above sea level. Sumber Brantas Village is one of the last and continues to grow both economically and developmentally. The method used in this community service is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The purpose of this activity is not only to make charity activities for orphans as a starting point for steps towards maturity and to promote future social values, but also as a form of concern for others, especially orphans who are in trouble. This compensation activity can strengthen Muslim brotherhood and also foster a sense of social awareness and realize participation in religious activities in the community, increase social cohesion, congregation in the community and also grow mosques. If many people need other people and pay attention to other people's needs, then everyone who has needs can have their needs met. Keywords: Orphans, Caring, Sumber Brantas ABSTRAKPengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk kepedulian sosial dan tanggung jawab sosial terhadap masyarakat. Dalam hal ini, kegiatan amal yang dilakukan di desa Sumberbantas dihimpun melalui santunan anak yatim piatu. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan di desa Sumber Brantas, salah satu desa yang menjadi penyangga kawasan Tahura Raden Soerjo. Luas desa Sumber Brantas adalah 541.1364 Ha dan terletak pada ketinggian 1.400 hingga 1.700 dpl. Desa Sumber Brantas merupakan salah satu yang terakhir dan terus berkembang baik secara ekonomi maupun pembangunan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dengan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Tujuan kegiatan ini selain menjadikan kegiatan santunan anak yatim piatu sebagai titik tolak langkah menuju kedewasaan dan mengedepankan nilai-nilai sosial masa depan juga sebagai bentuk kepedulian terhadap sesama khususnya anak yatim piatu yang kesulitan.  Kegiatan santunan ini dapat mempererat ukhuwah umat Islam dan juga menumbuhkan rasa kepedulian sosial dan mewujudkan partisipasi dalam kegiatan keagamaan di masyarakat, meningkatkan kohesi sosial, berjamaah di masyarakat dan juga menumbuhkan masjid. Jika banyak orang membutuhkan orang lain dan memperhatikan kebutuhan orang lain, maka setiap orang yang memiliki kebutuhan dapat terpenuhi kebutuhannya.   Kata kunci: yatim piatu, kepedulian, Sumber Brantas
