Abstract

This study aimed to examine and analyze the influence of leadership andwork ability on performance with commitment as intervening variable. The studywas conducted in LPP RRI Padang.The data used consist of primary and secondary data. Data were collected byusing questionnaires that given to 108 employees of LPP RRI Padang that usedCensus Sample. Descriptive analysis method is used to describe thecharacteristics of respondents and the research hyphotheses by using relevantstatistical tests. Variables used are leadership and work ability as independentvariable, performance as dependent variable and commitment to intervening ormediation variable. Analyzer used is path analysis by using program of SPSS 21for windows.The results of this study conclude that leadership has a direct influencesignificantly on performance, the work ability directly influence significantly toperformance and commitment have a significant effect on performance. Indirectly,commitment has positive mediation role on the influence of leadership onperformance and commitment has a positive mediation role on the influence ofwork ability on performance. The improvement of leadership effectiveness) andwork ability are recommended in order to optimize employee performance andcommitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Provinsi Riau. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 148 karyawan Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Provinsi Riau yang menggunakan Sampel Sensus. Metode analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan karakteristik responden dan hipotesis penelitian dengan menggunakan uji statistik yang relevan. Variabel yang digunakan adalah kepemimpinan sebagai variabel independen, kinerja sebagai variabel dependen dan motivasi terhadap variabel mediasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan menggunakan program SPSS 21 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap motivasi, kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Secara tidak langsung, motivasi memiliki peran mediasi positif pada pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja. Perbaikan kepemimpinan direkomendasikan untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja dan motivasi karyawan.

Abstract

Company performance is a measure of management's success in running the company. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility and management compensation on company performance with independent commissioners as moderating variables. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis techniques. The population in this study was all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020 with a total sample of 78 companies. The results of the tests that have been carried out show that Corporate Social Responsibility has a negative effect on company performance. Management compensation has an effect on company performance. Furthermore, Corporate Social Responsibility has an effect on company performance with independent commissioners as a moderating variable. Finally, management compensation has an effect on company performance with independent commissioners as a moderating variable.

Abstract

The research was conducted on processing section Crude Palm Oil PT Eluan Mahkota that aimed to figure out the impact of placement, work environmet of work productivity, either simultaneously or partially. The population of the research was all of the processing section Crude Palm Oil PT Eluan Mahkota. Total sample of 83 respondents on processing section Crude Palm Oil PT Eluan Mahkota. The sampling technique used is simple random side and multiple linier regression analysis. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Placement and Work Environment) together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on the dependent variable (Work Productivity). Partial test (t test) shows, the independent variables have a significant effect on effectiveness of Work Productivity. There is a high contribution of the variable placement and work environment on the Effectiveness of work productivity in processing section Crude Palm Oil PT Eluan Mahkota, the illustrated by the coefficient of determination obtained. From the result of this research which should be observed is the effectiveness and efficiency of employees to be able to achieve maximum result. Placement must be conform with ability of employees. In any situations, employees must be controlling emotions and then works with the existing rules.

Abstract

Business competition between companies requires companies to be able to survive by improving company performance. However, this has not been noticed by several banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which shows that the dominant company's performance has decreased from 2017 to 2019. The increase in company performance is inseparable from the ownership structure owned by parties with an interest in the company such as CEO power. and the role of independent commissioners. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence that CEO power has an effect on company performance and independent commissioners can moderate the relationship between CEO power and company performance. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis while the population of this study are all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2019. The results of this study indicate that CEO Power has no effect on financial performance. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of emotional intelligence and work stress on job satisfaction of customer service officers at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk KCU Pekanbaru. This research is a quantitative research with emotional intelligence and job stress variables on job satisfaction. This study uses data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The number of samples in this study were all CSO Bakti employees of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk KCU Pekanbaru, totaling 47 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. According to results of the study simultaneously that emotional intelligence and work stress affect the job satisfaction of CSO Bakti employees at PT Bank Central KCU Pekanbaru. Emotional intelligence and work stress contributed 79,6% to the job satisfaction of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk KCU Pekanbaru employee customer service officers, while the remaining 20.4% was accounted for by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT. Batam Jaya Elektronik dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari etos kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Batam Jaya Elektronik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 62 orang karyawan pada PT. Batam Jaya Elektronik. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Uji simultan (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas yang diteliti (etos kerja dan motivasi) secara bersama-sama (simultan) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (kinerja). Uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat kontribusi yang tinggi dari variabel etos kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Batam Jaya Elektronik, ini tergambar dari koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh. Dari hasil penelitian ini yang harus diperhatikan adalah tingkat efektifitas dan efesiensi karyawan agar mampu mencapai hasil yang maksimal

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan di LPP RRI Bukittinggi yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penempatan dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai LPP RRI Bukittinggi. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 76 responden pada LPP RRI Bukittinggi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random side dan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 21. Regresi simultan (Uji F) menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yang diteliti (Penempatan Kerja dan Kecerdasan Emosi) secara bersama-sama (simultan) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap dependen variabel (Efektivitas Karyawan). Uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan, variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan. Terdapat kontribusi yang tinggi dari variabel Penempatan dan Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Efektivitas Pegawai di LPP RRI Bukittinggi, yang digambarkan dengan koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh. Dari hasil penelitian ini yang harus diperhatikan adalah efektivitas dan efisiensi pegawai untuk dapat mencapai hasil yang maksimal. Penempatan harus sesuai dengan kemampuan pegawai. Dalam situasi apapun, karyawan harus bisa mengendalikan emosi dan kemudian bekerja dengan aturan yang ada.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of training and career development on job satisfaction of the employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Pekanbaru City. This research includes quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees at the Pekanbaru City Population and Civil Registry Service. The sampling technique used is the census method so that the number of samples is 50 people. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used quantitative descriptive analysis and used SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that training and career development partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of the employees of the Pekanbaru City Population and Civil Registration Office. The most dominant variable affecting employee job satisfaction in this study is the career development variable. Meanwhile, the influence of training and career development on employee job satisfaction is shown by the R-Square result of .70,4%.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an innate talent from birth and honed through direct experience in the field, so now the paradigm has shifted. Counseling on Building an Entrepreneurial Spirit at a Young Age at Raudatul Jannah Bukittinggi Qur'anic Social Institution and Tahfiz House is an activity that can provide knowledge and understanding of the importance of business so that we must be able to apply entrepreneurship in the digital era. The method of service activities using socialization and discussion is considered quite appropriate for exploring the problems experienced by marketing, so that they can obtain effective solutions. This outreach activity was also welcomed by the local orphanage The service is carried out at Raudatul Jannah Bukittinggi Qur'anic Social Institution and Tahfiz House. Entrepreneurship has become a scientific discipline that studies values, Participants have a willingness to increase knowledge and understanding of business in entrepreneurship in the digital era which can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants following this counseling activity. Based on the results of this service activity in the form of counseling, runs smoothly with good teamwork and active participation in this service activity so that the service activities run as expected and hopefully can provide benefits for participants.
