Background: Psycho-spiritual therapy is a therapy based on spiritual factors that is used to increase an individual's faith in God to increase immunity and endurance in dealing with various problems. The research objective was to determine the effectiveness of deep breath dzikir psycho-spiritual therapy in reducing anxiety levels in pulmonary tuberculosis patients. This research was conducted on 15-19 September 2020. Research Methods: This study used a Pre Experimental method using the One Group Pre-Post test design approach. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling, namely incidental sampling. Population of 28 people with a total sample of 21 people with anxiety. Data analysis using t-test. Research rsults: The results of the t-test statistical test showed that the effectiveness of psycho-spiritual therapy in reducing anxiety levels in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with OAT therapy p value = 0.001, which means that the p value <0.05 means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Conclusion: There is an effect of psycho-spiritual therapy on reducing anxiety levels in pulmonary tuberculosis patients with OAT therapy.

Medical record documents are a source of providing patient medical information. Good medical record management, if the documents are accurate, complete, valid and on time for return. The purpose of this study was to find the relationship between workload and the level of understanding of nurses regarding the period of returning medical record documents with the delay in returning medical record documents at the Yatofa Islamic Hospital. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with cross sectional approach. The sampling process used total sampling technique, amounting to 65 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire sheet. The data were analyzed using the chi square statistical test. The result of statistical test of workload variable obtained p value = 0.000 which is smaller than ? = 0.05, indicating that there is a significant relationship between workload and delay in returning medical record documents. Whereas for the level of understanding variable, it was obtained that p value = 0.005 was smaller than ? = 0.05, indicating that there was a relationship between the level of understanding and the delay in returning medical record documents. The delay in returning medical record documents is due to the high workload of nurses and the level of understanding of nurses regarding the period of returning medical record documents which is still lacking. This must be considered in order to support the implementation of efforts to improve the management of medical records that are good and can be held accountable by related parties.

Spiritualitas merupakan sesuatu yang sangat penting untuk diwujudkan dalam tatanan pelayanan kesehatan dan berdampak positif pada pasien kanker terutama dalam kehidupan pasien kanker sendiri. Spritualitas dapat mengurangi gejala depresi dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup pada pasien kanker. Fenomena yang masih terjadi saat ini adalah banyaknya pelayanan kesehatan yang hanya berfokus pada masalah fisik tanpa memperhatikan msalah psikologis dan spiritual dari pasiennya. Sehingga data tentang spiritualitas dan religiusitas di Indonesia masih belum komprehensif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran spritualitas dan religiusitas pada pasien kanker. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang diambil menggunakan accidental sampling yang dilakukan pada awal bulan Februari sampai awal bulan April 2022 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 115 pasien kanker yang di rawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pasien kanker rata-rata memiliki spiritualitas yang tinggi yaitu dengan nilai rata-rata 98.81 dan tertinggi 120. Menghasilkan nilai religius well being lebih tinggi dari pada skor existensial well being dengan nilai rata-rata 52.09. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagian besar pasien kanker selalu menjalankan ibadah sesuai dengan kepercayaannya, hal ini di tunjukkan yaitu sebanyak 91% pasien kanker diantaranya selalu melakukan ibadah sesuai kepercayaan masing-masing.

The emergence of the Covid 19 pandemic has changed various aspects including education. The strict covid-19 protocol must remain in place in the face of offline learning methods. The research method used is quantitative correlation with sectional cros approach. The sampling method using accidental sampling with a sample of 113 respondents. Data from the results of the study was then processed using logistic regression test. Statistical test results showed the understanding variable p value = 0.042, supervision p value = 0.003, punishment p value = 0.038. The results show that there is a significant influence between the level of understanding, supervision and punishment with the compliance of students in carrying out the covid 19 protocol in offline learning at SMAN 2 Pujut Central Lombok. Student compliance in implementing the covid 19 protocol in offline learning is influenced by the factors of understanding, supervision and punishment given to students.
