Abstract

Aplikasi Jamsostek Mobile (JMO) dikembangkan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan untuk memberikan kemudahan akses layanan jaminan sosial secara digital. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi kendala teknis yang memengaruhi efektivitas penggunaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi tingkat keberhasilan penerapan aplikasi JMO menggunakan model DeLone & McLean yang mencakup enam dimensi yaitu, kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna, dan manfaat bersih. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden pengguna aktif aplikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan implementasi JMO berada pada kategori cukup berhasil dengan nilai rata-rata capaian 67%. Empat dimensi yaitu, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, kepuasan pengguna, dan manfaat bersih tergolong berhasil, sementara kualitas sistem dan penggunaan masih cukup berhasil. Kendala utama yang dihadapi pengguna meliputi respon aplikasi yang lambat, informasi yang kurang lengkap, serta layanan pelanggan yang belum responsif. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa meskipun aplikasi telah memberikan manfaat nyata bagi pengguna, perbaikan pada aspek teknis, penyediaan informasi, dan peningkatan layanan tetap diperlukan agar implementasi JMO dapat lebih optimal.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the judicial sector represents a key aspect of e-Government implementation, aimed at enhancing the effectiveness, transparency, and accountability of public services. The Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia has developed various technology-based innovations, including the Case Tracking Information System (SIPP), e-Court, Integrated Service Center (PTSP) Online, and the Supervisory Information System (SIWAS). The Bandung District Court Class 1A Special, as one of the courts with a high caseload, faces an urgent need to adopt digital service innovations. This study aims to analyze the implementation of e-Government-based public service innovations in the Bandung District Court Class 1A Special. A qualitative approach with descriptive analysis was employed, supported by secondary data from regulations, official Supreme Court reports, and SIPP records of the Bandung District Court. The analysis was carried out using the SWOT-TOWS framework to identify enabling factors, barriers, and opportunities for system development. The findings indicate that e-Government innovations have improved service accessibility, accelerated administrative processes, and strengthened case transparency. However, challenges remain, including limited platform integration, non-real-time data updates, uneven human resource capacity, and low levels of digital literacy among users. The proposed optimization strategies include enhancing system interoperability, providing intensive training for court staff, and strengthening technical regulations to ensure consistent implementation. This study contributes theoretically to the discourse on e-Government-based public service innovation and offers practical recommendations for the Supreme Court and district courts in building more responsive, transparent, and sustainable public services.

Abstract

Digitalisasi desa merupakan salah satu bisnis model pengembangan desa yang dirancang oleh Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal, dan Transmigrasi. Desa Cibodas yang ada di Kecamatan Lembang merupakan salah satu desa yang berjarak sekitar 17 KM dari pusat Kota Bandung dengan letak geografis yang strategis. Dengan status desa maju, Desa Cibodas dapat mengembangkan potensi desa menuju smart village. Langkah awal inovasi desa dalam pengembangan smart village tersebut adalah dengan menjadikan Desa Cibodas sebagai desa digital. Dalam mendukung perwujudan Desa Cibodas menjadi salah satu desa digital dilakukan kegiatan advokasi sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan pelatihan pemetaan potensi desa dan literasi digital. Hasil proses pemetaan desa dan literasi desa diperoleh beberapa kendala seperti terbatasnya pengetahuan masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan internet, infrastruktur yang masih minim karena tower jaringan menyeluruh dirasakan oleh masyarakat, dan masih minim sosialisasi mengenai pemasaran hasil Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) secara digital. Dengan terungkapnya permasalahan tersebut sebagai tindak lanjut kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Cibodas disarankan untuk mengadakan pelatihan digitalisasi dan pendampingan secara berkelanjutan kepada masyarakat desa yang terlibat dan terkait dalam proses pengembangan desa Cibodas sebagai desa digital. Peningkatan sarana dan fasilitas yang bisa dimulai dari pelayanan kepada masyarakat berbasis digital di kantor desa yang diiringi komitmen warga masyarakat dalam mendukung terwujudnya desa digital.

Abstract

Cryptography is the science or art to maintain the security of messages that include the security aspects such as confidentiality, data integrity and authentication. One method that is able to encrypt messages Affine Ciphers modified. Plaintext encrypted with Affine Cipher using the equation E (P) = (ax + b) mod m, where m is the size of the alphabet, a is an integer relatively prime to m, b is the number of shifts, x is the plaintext is converted to an integer of 0 to m-1 in accordance with the order of the alphabet, E (P) is ciphertext that is converted to an integer of 0 to m-1 in accordance with the order of the alphabet. Affine Ciphers ciphertext is decrypted by using the equation D(E(P))=a-1(E(P)-b) mod m in order to obtain the plaintext.

Abstract

PT Pindad, as a strategic state-owned enterprise, plays a crucial role in supporting Indonesia’s national defense industry. This study aims to analyze the company’s financial distress condition using the Altman Z-Score method and to forecast its 2024 financial position through time-series linear regression analysis conducted in Microsoft Excel. The analysis is based on financial statement data covering the period from 2019 to 2023.The findings reveal that PT Pindad consistently remained in the distress zone throughout the observation period, as indicated by its Z-Score results. Forecasting analysis further suggests a continued decline in financial performance in 2024 if no corrective measures are implemented. The Altman Z-Score model demonstrated an estimated predictive accuracy of 80% when compared with actual financial indicators, indicating that the model is relatively reliable in identifying potential financial distress conditions.However, this study is limited to a single company case study, which restricts the generalizability of the findings. Future research is recommended to conduct comparative analyses across multiple firms within the defense industry to provide broader insights. To improve long-term financial sustainability, recommended recovery strategies include debt restructuring, stricter capital expenditure control, operational cost efficiency, and optimization of marketing strategies and asset utilization.
