The purpose of this study is to describe turnover intention, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of the employees and to investigate the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention through organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The sample in this study was 56 employees of Sengkaling Recreation Park Malang selected by the saturated sampling technique. The analysis tool was a scale range analysis and path analysis. The findings indicate that job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a negative effect on turnover intention and job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention through organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The Sobel test shows that organizational commitment is proven to be the mediating variable.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of workload and job satisfaction on the performance of outsourced employees at PT Tema Wadah Lestari, Malang Regency partially and simultaneously. The research conducted is research using quantitative methods. The research population was 75 employees at PT Tema Wadah Lestari, Malang Regency. Sample determination using the saturated sample method so that the entire population was used as a research sample of 75 respondents. The data collection technique used by researchers is questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of the study proved that workload has a significant effect on outsourced employee performance and job satisfaction has a significant effect on outsourced employee performance. The results of the study simultaneously (together) proved that workload and job satisfaction had a significant effect on the performance of outsourced employees at PT Tema Wadah Lestari, Malang Regency.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of career development and work-life balance on employee work productivity. The type of research used is quantitative research. Data collection by distributing questionnaires using 60 respondents. The data analysis technique uses a range of scale analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the research hypothesis using partial testing (t-test) and simultaneous testing (F-test). The research results explain career development in the good category, work-life balance in the very good category and work productivity in the very high category. Career development has a significant effect, work-life balance has a significant effect. The simultaneous influence of career development and work-life balance has a significant effect on employee work productivity. It can be concluded that the better the career development and work-life balance, the higher the level of employee productivity.

This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of servant leadership and compensation on organizational citizenship behavior, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. This study's population consisted of contractor PT Ometraco Arya Samanta employees, totaling 75 employees. The data analysis method used is path analysis assisted by SmartPLS 4.0 software. The research results found that servant leadership influences job satisfaction. Compensation influences job satisfaction. Servant leadership influences organizational citizenship behavior. Compensation does not affect organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction influences organizational citizenship behavior. Servant leadership affects organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, and compensation does not affect organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. Sampling method was purposive sampling with 80 employees of PT. Taman Sengkaling UNMUH Malang. A multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. This study concluded that there is a significant effect between emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. The higher the emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior OCB, the higher the employee performance. This paper research suggests further research examine other variables with different research objects.

Jawa Timur Park 1 or better known as Jatim Park 1 is a place for recreation and learning established by PT. Bunga Wangsa Sejati which has been open since 2001. Jatim Park 1 which was established in Batu City, East Java is one of the famous Batu City tourist destinations. As an industry and of course, the quality of Jawa Timur Park 1 services is highly valued not only from the rides offered, but also from the service of the employees who are kept. The purpose of the discussion in this research is to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on performance through job satisfaction. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with data analysis techniques using SmartPLS. The results show that transformational leadership and work motivation affect employee performance, and job satisfaction mediates the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance.

The research aimed to analyze and test the role of employees' well-being in mediating the effect of work stress and job insecurity on the performance of health workers at RSU Anwar Medika – Sidoarjo during the COVID-19 pandemic. Explanatory research is a type of research used with a quantitative approach and data collection methods using survey methods Types of research using explanatory research types survey methods by giving questionnaires to 187 health workers as respondents. The SEM-PLS method is used in data analysis and testing with the help of the SmartPLS 3 application program. The results of direct tests are known that work stress has an insignificant negative influence on the performance of health workers, job insecurity has a negative and significant effect on the performance of health workers, and employees' well-being has a positive and significant effect on the performance of health workers. Work stress has a negative and significant effect on employees' well-being, and job insecurity has a negative and significant effect. The results of indirect influence testing with the results that employees' well-being is unable to mediate the effect of work stress on the performance of health workers negatively and insignificantly, while the effect of job insecurity on the performance of health workers employees' well-being can mediate negatively and significantly.

The purpose of the study was to analyze and test the effect of communication quality and principal conflict management on the performance of elementary / MI teachers in Trenggalek Regency with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Explanatory research is a type of research used in research with a quantitative approach and data collection methods using survey methods Types of research using explanatory research types, survey methods by giving questionnaires to 132 teachers as respondents. The SEM-PLS method is used in data analysis and testing with the help of the SmartPLS 3 application program. The results of the direct test found that the quality of principal communication, principal conflict management, and job satisfaction each had a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, the quality of principal communication and principal conflict management each had a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. The results of indirect influence testing with the results that teacher job satisfaction was able to mediate the influence between the quality of principal communication and the principal's conflict management on teacher performance positively and significantly.

In the era of digitalization, innovation in work behavior is increasingly important to support the quality of education. This study aims to examine the effect of psychological capital and organizational culture on the innovative work behavior of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo teachers either partially or simultaneously. The sample used in this research was 63 teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires through online surveys using Google Forms. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results show that psychological capital has a significant positive influence on innovative behavior and organizational culture. In addition, the combination of these two variables also contributes to the improvement of innovative work behavior. Schools must design development programs to increase teachers' psychological capital and create an innovative organizational culture to encourage creativity and effectiveness in learning.

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan dan penyuluhan kepada individu/pengusaha kecil khususnya usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK) di sentra industri pengrajin tempe yang ada di Lingkungan Desa Dau Jetis Kabupaten Malang. Penggunaan digital marketing yaitu untuk mendukung peningkatan penjualan menggunakan teknologi informasi. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan yaitu diskusi, demonstrasi, dan metode pendampingan dengan maksud dapat mengembangkan kreativitas pada mitra UKM. Hasil yang diharapkan dari program pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya pemahaman dan keterampilan para pelaku usaha dalam menerapkan strategi digital marketing, sehingga mereka mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi dan tren pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Selain itu, melalui inovasi dan kreativitas yang dikembangkan dalam pengelolaan bisnis, diharapkan para pengusaha kecil ini dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, memperluas jangkauan pasar, serta meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan mereka. Dengan demikian, program ini tidak hanya berdampak pada peningkatan ekonomi individu pelaku usaha, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal secara berkelanjutan.
