Abstract

Finding the appropriate location is crucial when starting a franchise. The appropriate location will affect the overall business risk and profitability of the franchise. Nevertheless, some franchises have a bankruptcy in running their business. One of the factors that contribute to the bankruptcy of a franchise business is a location that does not meet several criteria that support business success. Therefore, this study aims to propose a decision support system model to determine the location of the franchise based on matching profiles between the actual data value of a location and the value of the location profile expected by the franchisor. The profile matching method has a better level of objectivity because it measures the value of each indicator variable. The criteria for determining the location of a franchise are potential customers, access to location, competition, and costs. The test results show that the decision support system to determine the location of the franchise using the profile matching method meets the functional requirements. This decision support system helps franchises to determine the appropriate when starting a franchise.

Abstract

The development of information technology is currently growing very rapidly, including the impact on the hardware used. This can be exemplified in the use of hard drives that are starting to switch to SSDs. The process of selecting an SSD product to be used cannot be separated from the sources of information found on the internet. Through the internet, every user can provide reviews, both positive and negative reviews. With the many reviews regarding the review of the Samsung 850 Evo SSD on the NewEgg Store, the author uses it to be processed into information, which will have new knowledge. Based on that, the author makes research, in the form of opinion classification by analyzing sentiment through a text mining approach. In this study, two classification models were used, namely Decision Tree and Support Vector Machine. The results of this study are in the form of a comparison of the 2 models used based on the accuracy and AUC values. Based on research, the Support Vector Machine model is better than the Decision Tree model. This conclusion can be proven by the accuracy value of the Support Vector Machine model resulting in a value of 0.87 or 87% while the accuracy value of the Decision Tree model produces a value of 0.82 or 82%. In addition, the AUC value of the Support Vector Machine model produces a value of 0.87 and the Decision Tree mode produces a value of 0.82 or it can be said that the AUC value of the Support Vector Machine model is better than the Decision Tree model.

Abstract

Pada saat ini, masyarakat lebih memilih menggunakan pembayaran digital daripada pembayaran tunai, dengan adanya  pembayaan digital sangat membantu masyarakat dalam memlakukan transaksi dengan efisien dan praktis. Namun Sebagian masyarakat sering merasa kesulitan dalam menentukan metode pembayaran digital yang mereka ingin gunakan, Pengumpulan data didapatkan dari konsumen restoran tabur rasa yang menggunakan pembayaran digital yang dilakukan metode pengambilan sampel dan data diolah dengan menggunakan metode weight product. Untuk pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini, peneliti memilih menggunakan rumus slovin yang dimana jumlah populasi dibagi dengan hasil dari 1 ditambah jumlah populasi dikali batas kesalahan pangkat 2. Hasil dari pemilihan pembayaran digital yang menerapkan weight product menghasilkan Ovo 0,049, Gopay 0,112, Debit 0,123, dan Mobile banking 0,715 sebagai juara dengan yang paling banyak digunakan. Penentuan pembayaran digital masih membutuhkan banyak waktu untuk memproses dan mengetahui hasil dari pembayaran digital mana yang terbaik. Oleh karena itu,dibuatlah penelitian ini agar memudahkan masyarakat dalam menentukan pembayaran digital mana yang terbaik.

Abstract

Attendance is an activity that determines a person's level of discipline in an organization, school or company. Attendance levels can influence the productivity and sustainability of an organization's processes. Unclear attendance procedures or inconsistent attendance can result in errors in recording the attendance of participants in RPTRA activities, as well as reducing the motivation of administrators and participants in RPTRA activities. Mardani Asri Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA) is a public space concept in the form of an open space with human resources who are active as administrators at the Mardani Asri RPTRA consisting of PKK mothers, youth youth groups and local residents who have other jobs such as kindergarten teachers. It has activities including 10 PKK Programs and Sapa Posts, Disaster Services, Reading Gardens, Sports Places, Playgrounds. Problems related to absenteeism at RPTRAs (Child-Friendly Integrated Public Spaces) can be an important thing to pay attention to in RPTRA management because they can affect the effectiveness of programs and facility management. Utilizing QR Code technology for presence in RPTRA business management can help optimize operations and increase the effectiveness of existing work programs at the RPTRA. So training is needed on the use of QR Code technology to support the activities of the Mardani Asri RPTRA. The outputs to be achieved include articles in electronic media released on website media, as well as increasing knowledge and utilization of QR Code technology which can be implemented for activities at the Mardani Asri RPTRA. As for the results of this Community Service activity, RPTRA Mardani Asri participants were able to gain insight into QR Code technology and implement it for organizational needs. Kehadiran merupakan aktivitas yang menentukan tingkat kedisiplinan seseorang dalam suatu organisasi, sekolah maupun perusahaan. Tingkat kehadiran dapat berpengaruh pada produktifitas dan keberlangsungan proses suatu organisasi. Ketidakjelasan prosedur absensi atau absensi tidak konsisten dapat mengakibatkan kesalahan dalam mencatat kehadiran peserta dalam kegiatan-kegiatan di RPTRA, serta menurunkan motivasi pengurus maupun peserta kegiatan di RPTRA. Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak (RPTRA) Mardani Asri adalah konsep ruang publik berupa ruang terbuka dengan SDM yang aktif menjadi pengurus di RPTRA Mardani Asri terdiri dari Ibu-Ibu PKK, pemuda karang taruna serta warga sekitar yang memiliki pekerjaan lain seperti Guru TK. Memiliki kegiatan diantaranya 10 Program PKK dan Pos Sapa, Layanan Kebencanaan, Taman Bacaan, Tempat Berolahraga, Playground. Permasalahan terkait absensi di RPTRA (Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak) dapat menjadi hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan dalam manajemen RPTRA karena dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas program dan pengelolaan fasilitas. Pemanfaatan teknologi QR Code untuk presensi dalam manajemen usaha RPTRA dapat membantu mengoptimalkan operasional dan meningkatkan efektivitas program kerja yang ada di RPTRA tersebut. Maka dibutuhkan pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi QR Code dalam menunjang kegiatan RPTRA Mardani Asri. Adapun luaran yang ingin dicapai antara lain artikel di media elektronik yang direlease dalam media website, serta peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemanfaatan teknologi  QR Code yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk kegiatan-kegiatan yang ada di RPTRA Mardani Asri.  Adapun hasil  dari kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini peserta RPTRA Mardani Asri dapat menambah wawasan mengenai teknologi QR Code dan mengimplementasikannya untuk kebutuhan organisasi.

Abstract

Dikementerian pertanian direktorat Jendral Tanaman Pangan memiliki website E-Reporting yang bertujuan untuk menghitung dan melaporkan luas baku lahan sawah baik irigasi maupun non irigasi sehingga ada level desa/kelurahan yang dilaksanakan OLEH PPL (Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan) dengan menggunakan jaringan layanan google maps, sehingga hasil bacaan dapat diterjemahkan dalam bentuk luasan lahan sawah yang cukup akurat. Analisis website E-Reporting menggunakan metode PIECES. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penyusunan skripsi adalah metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Tahapan analisis menggunakan metode PIECES. Dilihat dari Kinerja (Performance) aplikasi website E-Reporting kecepatan loading time belum termasuk katagori kurang baik karena masih mendapatkan grade D. Kekurangan yang lain terdapat pada optimize images, leverage browser caching. Dari informasi (information) website E-Reporting memberikan informasi yang sangat akurat, detail dan lengkap berdasarkan hasil wawancara penulis dengan salah satu karyawan Kementerian Pertanian. Dari pengendalian (Control) dikarenakan pengendalian yang dipakai penulis adalah pengendalian keamanan, maka keamanan website E-Reporting mendapatkan hasil sangat aman untuk digunakan. Penulis melakukan pengecekan menggunakan Google Transparency Report. Dari ekonomi (Economic) didapatkan hasil 4,1 yang berarti pengguna puas menggunakan website E-Reporting, Efisiensi (Efficiency) didapatkan hasil 4,1 yang berarti pengguna puas menggunakan website E-Reporting, dan layanan (Service) 4,27 yang berarti pengguna puas menggunakan website E-Reporting dilakukan dengan Metode Pieces.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas perancangan sistem informasi manajemen tugas harian berbasis website pada PT. Mixtra Inti Tekindo. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempermudah dan meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen tugas harian di perusahaan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, observasi langsung, wawancara dengan pihak terkait, serta analisis kebutuhan sistem. Dalam tahap perancangan, penulis menggunakan pendekatan pengembangan perangkat lunak berbasis web. Sistem informasi yang dirancang meliputi fitur-fitur penting, seperti pengelolaan tugas harian, penugasan, monitoring, dan pelaporan. Dalam pengembangan sistem, penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman dan teknologi web yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi manajemen tugas harian berbasis website yang dapat membantu PT. Mixtra Inti Tekindo dalam mengelola tugas-tugas harian karyawan secara efektif dan efisien. Sistem ini memungkinkan pengguna untuk melihat, menugaskan, memantau, dan melaporkan kemajuan tugas harian dengan mudah melalui antarmuka yang user-friendly. Diharapkan sistem informasi yang dirancang dapat memberikan manfaat dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan efektivitas manajemen tugas harian di PT. Mixtra Inti Tekindo. Selain itu, sistem ini juga dapat menjadi acuan bagi perusahaan lain dalam mengimplementasikan sistem serupa.

Abstract

Tourism actors in the current technological era have implemented information systems. With the rapid growth of tourist villages in Bantul Regency, there is a need for promotion and digital information delivery media. However, in developing digital media it is also necessary to pay attention to aspects of the users who are the target market. The design of the application called sidewi mobile (mobile tourist village information system) is based on user experience and needs, using the Design Thinking methodology which has five stages as follows: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. The design of the Sidewi mobile application was created using FIGMA software. This research has direct benefits, namely that it can be used as a benchmark for design needs before the development process. The results of the design are then tested using the usability testing method. Using a user friendly design approach and conducting testing using usability testing with the results of five users being able to complete the testing proves that when it was created using user experience there were no significant difficulties when used and it covered all needs.

Abstract

Digital investment is trending because advancements in information technology make access easy through smartphones. Various digital investment instruments attract much interest from the public. Post COVID-19 pandemic, the economic impact of the pandemic is still felt until the end of 2022, requiring people to be smart in managing their finances. Gold investment is considered profitable due to its high value and tendency to increase, unlike the fluctuating stocks. Although easily accessible, investments carry risks, so investors must have sufficient knowledge to maximize profits. This research aims to predict gold prices using several deep learning models, namely Artificial Neural Network (ANN), Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), Recurrent Neural Network (RNN), and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). The dataset used was taken from the Kaggle website, which includes historical gold price data. In this research, various deep learning models were applied and evaluated to determine the best model for predicting gold prices. The results show that the CNN model with Adam optimization and Mean Squared Error (MSE) loss function provides the best performance. The CNN model achieved the lowest Mean Absolute Error (MAE) of 0.004848717761305338, the lowest MSE of 4.3451079619612133, and the lowest Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) of 0.006591743291392053. These results indicate that the CNN model is more effective in predicting gold prices compared to the ANN, RNN, and LSTM models on the used dataset.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, peluang muncul di setiap aspek kehidupan. Sektor ekonomi merupakan salah satu bidang yang terkena dampak kemajuan teknologi. Salah satu aspek ekonomi yang dipengaruhi secara positif oleh teknologi adalah komoditas emas. Di era saat ini, investor terlibat dalam perdagangan emas harian. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi, pembelian atau penjualan komoditas emas dapat dihitung dengan cermat. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, model pembelajaran mesin dirancang menggunakan LSTM dan eksperimen dilakukan dengan penambahan pengoptimalan ADAM, NADAM, dan ADAMAX untuk menemukan nilai terbaik. Eksperimen mengungkapkan bahwa optimasi terbaik dicapai dengan menggunakan pemisahan data untuk pelatihan dan pengujian 80:20 dengan optimasi NADAM. Hasil penelitian menggunakan model LSTM dengan optimasi NADAM pada data pelatihan menghasilkan nilai RMSE 0,0199, nilai MSE 0,0003, dan Skor R2 0,9804. Sementara itu, dengan menggunakan data pengujian menghasilkan nilai RMSE sebesar 0,0260, nilai MSE sebesar 0,0003.

Abstract

In an effort to provide motivation to improve the dedication and performance of the teller, the selection of the best teller is done periodically every year, some criteria that are performance appraisals are discipline, initiative, thorough, friendly, and speed of service, During this time the assessment of tellers by the Branch Manager does not yet have a method that can handle priority problems with many of these criteria so that the Branch Manager often has difficulty in choosing the best employee objectively.For the sake of work efficiency and effectiveness, we need an appropriate decision-making method with the aim to build and provide an alternative to a decision support system that is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method,in the AHP method there is the concept of eigen vector for the priority ranking process of each criterion based on a pairwise comparison matrix, this will facilitate the process of selecting the best teller because the concept is simple, easy to understand,the computation is efficient and has the ability to measure performance and alternative decisions in a simple mathematical form,so that we will get the best teller who deserves to get the best teller (bonus) allowance and a better career path in the future. And application programs are made in order to facilitate the application of the use of the AHP method when implemented.
