Abstract

Based on data on the performance of company employees at PT. Tangerang Gas Industri, it has not met the target of good performance according to company standards. Employee performance can be improved if the company is led by a suitable leadership style and can create a conducive work atmosphere for employees. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, to determine the effect of work environment on employee performance, to determine work motivation in intervening leadership style on employee performance, to determine work motivation in intervening work environment on employee performance. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Tangerang Gas Industri as many as 36 employees. Data collection using a questionnaire, and data analysis using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Linearity Test and Regression Significance, and Substructural Path Analysis with the program (SPSS 20). The results of this study indicate that there is a direct influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on employee performance, there is a direct influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on employee work motivation, and there is a direct influence of employee performance on work motivation of PT Tangerang Gas Industri.

Abstract

The development of the business world is now increasingly dynamic along with theincreasing public demand for products and services to meet all their needs in Kota Gajahthere are 5 flower bouquet shops. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is adirect effect of product quality on customer loyalty. Florist Mokka.Id Kota Gajah. To find outwhether there is a direct effect of price on customer loyalty. Florist Mokka.Id Kota Gajah.Mokka.Id Kota Gajah, to find out whether there is a direct effect of price on customersatisfaction Florist Mokka.Id Kota Gajah, to find out whether there is a direct effect ofcustomer satisfaction on customer loyalty Florist Mokka.Id Kota Gajah. Is there an indirectinfluence of product quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction FloristMokka.Id kota gajah. This study took a sample of 96 buyers of Mokka.Id Florist Kota Gajah.Data collection used interviews, questionnaires and data libraries using the Validity Test,Reliability Test, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Linearity Test and Variable RegressionAnalysis with the Causal Step Method with the program (SPSS 25). Abstract

Competition between the personal care and cosmetics industry markets is increasinglycompetitive. This is proven by the many types of cosmetics in circulation, both domestic andforeign production. The flood of cosmetic products on the market influences a person'sattitude towards purchasing decisions and using goods. Purchasing a product is no longer tofulfill a need, but rather because of a desire. This research aims to find out whether there isan influence of Service Quality, Brand Image, and customer satisfaction on PurchasingDecisions. This method uses quantitative research. The population in this research arecustomers who subscribe to or have purchased products from the Beauty Clinic. In this study,non-probability sampling was used using a purposive sampling method. The number ofsamples that met the requirements for this study was 64 samples. The data collectiontechnique used was using interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used includes validitytest, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test and multiple linearregression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25.0 application. Service quality andcustomer satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at theCantika Beauty Clinic in Metro City. Meanwhile, Brand Image does not have a positive andsignificant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the Cantika Beauty Clinic in Metro City
