Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of employee retention and organizational commitment on turnover intention at PT. Fastfood Indonesia Tbk. at the KFC Ratulangi Makassar outlet. Using a quantitative survey method with 33 respondents, the data were analyzed through multiple linear regression. The results show that employee retention (B = 0.314, p < 0.05) and organizational commitment (B = 1.159, p < 0.001) significantly influence the reduction of turnover intention. The constant value of -12.106 indicates that when employee retention and organizational commitment are both zero, turnover intention is predicted to be very low. Adjusted R2 of 0.874 indicates that 87.4% of the variability in turnover intention can be explained by employee retention and organizational commitment. The company is advised to enhance retention strategies and organizational commitment to maintain workforce stability and increase productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to test and determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee productivity at the North Toraja Regency Population and Civil Registration Service Office. This research method uses quantitative research. Data collection techniques were through questionnaires. The population and sample in this study were all employees at the Population and Civil Registration Office of North Toraja Regency. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 26 program.The calculation results from the t test on the work discipline variable t count 3,420> t table 1,688 and on the work environment variable the t count value 10,055 > t table 1,688. This research shows that, partially work discipline has an effect on employee productivity, the work environment has an effect on employee productivity and simultaneously work discipline and work environment influence employee productivity at the North Toraja Regency Population and Civil Registration Service Office.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of Internal Communication and Teamwork on Employee Work Productivity at the Toraja Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. The data collection procedures for this research are: observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The method used in this research is the Quantitative Method using the Multiple Linear Regression method and processed using SPSS 26 The technique that researchers use in sampling is the census method (total sampling), namely a sampling method using all members of the population a total of 31. The results of calculations using the t test on the Internal Communication variable t count > t table with a value of (3.090) > (2.04841) and on the Team Collaboration variable t count > t table with a value of (10.280) > (2.04841). The conclusion of this research is that Internal Communication and Teamwork have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the Toraja Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy and self-control on personal financial management. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The type of data used is primary data, namely data obtained directly from the public through filling out questionnaires and secondary data, namely data obtained from various sources in the form of notes, books, and journals related to research problems. The results of the study partially show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on personal financial management, self-control has a positive and significant effect on personal financial management. Through simultaneous tests it was found that financial literacy and self-control simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on personal financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance at the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism Office. And the object in this study is the Culture and Tourism Office of North Toraja Regency. The population in this study were all employees of the culture and tourism service, totaling 58 people. The results of this study indicate that training has no effect on performance and work discipline simultaneously. the coefficient of determination obtained a value of 0.378 or 37.8%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konflik peran ganda dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja perawat Perempuan di Rumah Sakit Elim Rantepao. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif asosiatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji koefisien korelasi dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik peran ganda dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja perawat Perempuan di Rumah Sakit Elim Rantepao.

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan standar hasil kerja seorang karyawan yang telah dicapai dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap rumah sakit. Dalam mempertahankan prestasi yang ada tentunya Rumah sakit perlu mempertimbangkan dan menaruh perhatian lebih terhadap kinerja karyawan guna mempertahankan atau lebih meningkatkan lagi prestasi yang sudah ada. Pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan merupakan tujuan dalam penelitian . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan Variabel Keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawaan pada rumah sakit umum daerah lakipadada tana toraja. Dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan di atas 0,05 yaitu 0,06 dan nilai uji t hitung lebih kecil dibanding dan Variabel Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada rumah sakit umu daerah lakipadada Tana toraja. Hal ini berdasarkan pada uji t sebesar 0,00 yang berarti signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the cultural value of siangkaran in the Toraja community plays a role in creating work-life balance and influencing the performance of female weavers in the Unnoni community, North Toraja. Siangkaran, as a cultural value emphasizing mutual assistance in work, has become a social practice embedded in the daily lives of the weavers. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 22 participants who are members of the Unnoni weaving group, participatory observation, and documentation of weaving activities. The results indicate that the value of siangkaran allows for a fair distribution of workload, creates a sense of togetherness, and helps the weavers maintain a balance between domestic responsibilities and productive work. Furthermore, siangkaran contributes to improving collective performance, both in terms of timely completion of orders and the quality of the woven products. This study confirms that local cultural values can serve as effective social mechanisms to support the work well-being of women in the informal sector and promote the sustainability of community-based enterprises.

Abstract

Toraja woven fabric is a significant cultural heritage of the Indonesian archipelago, known for its high artistic value and immense potential as a regional leading product. Despite this, challenges remain, particularly in terms of human resource management, which tends to be relatively simple, and the limited use of digital media in marketing. To address these issues, a Community Service Program (PKM) was implemented with the goal of enhancing the human resource capacity at the UNNONI Weaving Center, as well as expanding its marketing reach through the utilization of digital media. The methods employed in the program included identifying the core problems, providing HR management training, conducting digital marketing workshops (focusing on social media and online marketplaces), mentoring, and evaluating the program’s outcomes. The HR management training emphasized improving business management, task distribution, production recording, and enhancing teamwork. The digital marketing training covered the creation of social media accounts, content creation using Canva, branding strategies, and utilizing online marketplaces for promotion. The results indicated a significant improvement in both management and marketing aspects. The HR at the weaving center began implementing more organized production records, work coordination improved, and the UNNONI social media accounts became actively used for promotional purposes. Additionally, the Shopee marketplace was utilized, allowing consumers from outside the region to purchase products. These results demonstrate the successful integration of traditional craftsmanship with modern digital tools to enhance business sustainability and reach

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis disiplin kerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Mappak Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Mappak masih belum optimal. Beberapa indikator disiplin kerja yang masih perlu ditingkatkan, antara lain: kehadiran, ketaatan pada peraturan, tanggung jawab, dan inisiatif. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi disiplin kerja pegawai meliputi kepemimpinan kepala kecamatan, penegakan aturan, motivasi pegawai, dan budaya kerja. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, diperlukan upaya-upaya peningkatan disiplin kerja pegawai melalui penguatan fungsi pengawasan, pemberian reward dan punishment yang adil, serta peningkatan motivasi dan kompetensi pegawai. Implementasi strategi tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja kantor kecamatan dalam memberikan pelayanan publik yang berkualitas.
