Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konflik peran ganda dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja perawat Perempuan di Rumah Sakit Elim Rantepao. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif asosiatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji koefisien korelasi dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik peran ganda dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja perawat Perempuan di Rumah Sakit Elim Rantepao.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of time management, academic stress, and workload on the performance of part-time students at the Christian University of Indonesia Toraja. This study used a quantitative method with data collection through distributing questionnaires to part-time students. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 30 respondents. The results showed that time management, academic stress, and workload influence the performance of part-time students. The results of the simultaneous test showed an F-value of 6,632, exceeding the F-value of 2.87, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This proves that time management, academic stress, and workload together have a significant effect on the performance of part-time students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of soft skills and hard skills on work readiness with internship experience as a moderating variable among final-year students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Kristen Indonesia Toraja. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 72 students who had completed internship programs. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that soft skills had a positive and significant effect on work readiness (t = 4.170; p < 0.05), and hard skills also had a positive and significant effect (t = 3.800; p < 0.05). Internship experience significantly moderated the effect of soft skills (t = 2.488; p = 0.015) and hard skills (t = 2.333; p = 0.022) on work readiness. Simultaneously, all variables significantly influenced work readiness (F = 18.452; p < 0.001). The R² value of 0.582 indicates that 58.2% of work readiness variation is explained by the research variables. These findings highlight the importance of integrating soft skills, hard skills, and internship programs to improve students' readiness for the professional world.

Abstract

Creative economy MSMEs in the creative sector drive local economic growth. Many business owners have failed to implement simple bookkeeping, resulting in a lack of structured financial record. Simple bookkeeping is essential for organised and accountable business management, and this community service effort strives to teach MSME owners. The Sanggalangi' District Head and district staff, along with representatives from traditional Torajan souvenir crafts, blacksmithing, cake businesses, and local agricultural products, attended the event at the district office in North Toraja Regency. A presentation on simple bookkeeping was followed by an interactive discussion to identify participants' financial management difficulties. Participants learned the value of segregating business and personal finances, keeping transaction records, and using financial information to manage and expand their enterprises. The lively conversation showed the necessity for financial management education. This effort is intended to help creative economy MSMEs in Sanggalangi' District adopt simple bookkeeping procedures.
