Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul “Perlindungan Hukum terhadap Kebebasan Pers,” Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 1999 yang mengatur Pers menyatakan bahwa kebebasan pers terancam oleh peningkatan kekerasan terhadap pers yang mengkhawatirkan, yang membutuhkan perhatian segera. Sebagai perlindungan utama bagi jurnalis, Undang-Undang No. 40 Tahun 1999 tentang Pers menjamin keselamatan mereka dan memungkinkan mereka untuk memberikan laporan yang jujur kepada publik. Hasil investigasi ini akan sangat penting dalam mengevaluasi apakah kebebasan pers dilindungi secara hukum.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan gangguan pada rantai pasok global, dalam negeri,  volatilitas pasar keuangan, guncangan permintaan konsumen dan dampak negatif di sektor-sektor utama seperti perjalanan dan pariwisata. Sehingga dapat berpengaruh pada pariwisata yang ada di Indonesia, khususnya yakni pada Coban Jahe, Jabung, Kabupaten Malang. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak yang berpengaruh akibat Covid-19 terhadap wisata Coban Jahe, Jabung, Kabupaten  Malang. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan yakni kualitatif deskriptif yang dilaksanakan selama kurang lebih 1 bulan yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember - Januari dengan menggunakan Teknik Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data wisatawan yang datang di Coban Jahe, Jabung, Kabupaten Malang mengalami penurunan drastis dari sebelum Pandemi COVID-19 pada tahun 2019 yakni sebesar 85% pengunjung pada hari Senin-Jumat dan mengalami penurunan wisatawan sebesar 50% pada hari Sabtu dan Minggu hingga akhir tahun 2021.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In this paper, the author pays special attention to a theme,namely the impact of covid-19 in the  Village of Heritage Malang. The problem studied in this paper is the decline in income in Heritage Village,Malang due to covid-19. The method used in this paper is a qualitative method. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of tourism in the Heritage Kajoetangan Village in the face of the covid-19 pandemic and to know the history and atmosphere of Heritage Village before and after the covid-19 pandemic. Covid-19 certainly has a big impact on tourism life. Tourism is one sector that has an important role in a city or region. Tourism can contribute the largest foregin exchange and provide employment opportunities for the local community so as to help increase tourism in the Heritage Kajoetangan Village Malang City. At the beginning of 2020, Indonesia was shaken by a very dangerous corona virus outbreak. 2020 will be a different year for all sectors, especially for the tourism sector in Heritage KajoetanganVillage,Malang city. Malang city is one of the highest increase in positive cases of covid-19. With the increase in positive cases of covid-19 in the city of malang. The government has firmly issued a policy of lockdown and limiting activities and following health protocols such as maintaining distance, wearing mask, and wasing hands. Thus the tourism sector experienced a decline in income. The results of this study show that with the corona virus all tourism places, especially in the Heritage Kajoetangan Village, Malang city, are temporarily closed. During the covid-19 pandemic, in Heritage Kajoetangan Village, Malang city did not receive touri st visits but continued to promote through social media to increase the attractiveness of future tourists.

Abstract

Air terjun yang masih memiliki lingkungan yang asri dan pemandangan yang indah adalah wisata air terjun Coban Putri yang terletak di Kota Batu. Tidak hanya itu wisata ini juga memberikan atraksi wisata yang dapat dinikmati para wisatawan seperti flying fox, rock climbing, dan camping ground. Kepuasan wisatawan adalah salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan wisata Coban Putri Kota Batu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh daya tarik wisata dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Penulis menggunakan 99 responden yaitu wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung ke wisata Coban Putri Kota batu. Dalam pengambilan keputusan penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yaitu menggunakan skala likert. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) daya tarik wisata berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan wisatawan; 2) fasilitas memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan wisatawan; 3) daya tarik wisata dan fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengunjung secara bersamaan.

Abstract

PT. Ya An Nahl Tour is one of the travel in the city of Malang that provides Umrah and Hajj departure services. PT. Ya An Nahl Tour itself has now entered its 15th year and is one of the travel companies that has experienced quite rapid development. Training is the process of teaching the skills needed to do a job. Training will be successful if the identification of training needs is carried out correctly. This research was conducted to determine the effect of training on the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims in tour and travel in Malang City. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the effect of training on the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims at PT. Ya An Nahl Malang City Tour. The method used in this study is to use a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires and data obtained from distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that training has a positive and significant effect on pilgrims' satisfaction and training is the main factor that has a significant effect on Umrah pilgrims' satisfaction.

Abstract

Background: Tour guides play a crucial role during a vacation. Tour guides do more than only provide information about the tourist spots seen; they also educate foreign tourists who visit an area. The number of travel agents supplying guidance is growing, and they come in a variety of forms, including companies, institutions, individuals, and communities. Objective: This activity tries to solve marketing difficulties (by generating online marketing media) while also giving tourist training, particularly for tour guides, to community members. Method: This activity tries to solve marketing difficulties (by generating online marketing media) while also giving tourist training, particularly for tour guides, to community members. Results: The presence of a website/blog will enhance the number of users or consumers who use the services provided by the "A Day in Malang" Community in Malang Regency, East Java, Indonesia. Having a website or blog: Promotions were once limited to word-of-mouth, but with the introduction of online management, marketing has expanded. Conclusion: Tour guide techniques are improving and becoming more professional, both in terms of guiding services and POP (Tourism Operational Planning), allowing activities to be structured and directed in accordance with the schedule established or previously agreed upon.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the use of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) tour packages in Malang City and their impact on the consumption patterns of business tourists and bleisure preferences. The identified issues include the form of MICE tour package usage in the implementation of MICE activities in Malang City, the impact of MICE tour package usage on business tourist visits, and the bleisure trend that has not yet been widely facilitated by tour service providers. This bleisure trend indicates that business travelers tend to extend their stay to engage in additional leisure activities after their business events are completed. However, the lack of MICE tour packages integrated with bleisure activities can reduce the comfort and effectiveness of business travelers' trips. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The research sample consists of 150 respondents who are business travelers and MICE tourism service providers in the city of Malang. The analysis results show that the use of MICE tour packages significantly affects the consumption patterns of business travelers and bleisure preferences. Bleisure preferences have been proven to mediate the influence of MICE tour package usage on the consumption patterns of business travelers. This means that the more attractive and complete the MICE tour packages are, the greater the incentive for business travelers to engage in bleisure activities, thereby increasing tourist consumption during their visit. The findings of this research emphasize that tourism service providers in Malang City need to develop more integrated and flexible MICE tour packages to support bleisure activities. Thus, the continuously increasing bleisure trend can be utilized to extend the stay of business travelers and promote sustainable tourism economic growth.

Abstract

Child protection in the criminal justice system for children, in conflict with the law in accordance with Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Criminal Justice System for children Crimes committed by children, is legal protection for children at the investigation, prosecution, and trial stages. The Restorative Justice approach prioritizes improving the relationship between the victim and the perpetrator of the crime. Law No. 11 of 2012 Article 9 paragraphs (1) and (2) regulate the pursuit of diversion in paragraph (1), investigators, prosecutors, and judges must consider; the category of a criminal offence, the age of the child, the results of community research from tapas; and the support of the family environment and society. Paragraph (2) Diversion agreements must obtain the consent of the victim and/or the victim's family and the willingness of the child and his/her family, except for criminal offences in the form of violations, minor criminal offences, victimless criminal offences or the value of the victim's loss is not more than the value of the minimum wage of the local provision. The forms of Diversion agreements, among others, Peace with or without compensation; handover back to parents/guardians participation in education or training in educational institutions or LPKS for a maximum of 3 (three) months; or community service.
