Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan akad Mudharabah di Bank Syariah Indonesia cabang Pekanbaru sesuai standar DSN, dan juga untuk mengetahui kendala serta solusi dalam penerapan akad mudharabahnya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif.  Teknik pengumpulan data penilitian ini adalah menggunakan wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan pola pikir induktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis penerapan akad mudharabah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Pekanbaru sudah sesuai dengan Fatwa DSN No. 07/DSN-MUI/IV/2000. Kendala dalam penerapan akad mudharabah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Pekanbaru adalah ketidak mampuan mudharib dalam mengembalikan modal usaha, sanksi yang memberatkan kepada mudharib, penyertaan jaminan oleh mudharib, serta ketidak pemahaman mudharib tentang pelaksanaan akad mudharabah tersebut. Kemudian solusi terhadap kendala penerapan akad Mudharabah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Pekanbaru yakni: penyelesaian masalah pengembalian modal usaha dengan ketentuan-ketentuan yang berlaku, penerapan sanksi kepada mudharib sesuai dengan kesepakatan keduabelah pihak, serta kedudukan jaminan dalam penyertaan modal usaha dibolehkan dan digunakan menjadi bentuk tanggung jawab mudharib kepada pihak bank. Saran penulis dalam hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman yang baik dan jelas kepada mudharib tentang mudahrabah serta pentingnya memahami kesepakatan-kesepakatan yang telah ditandatangani bersama

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis kontribusi pajak daerah dalam meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) di Kab. Kampar, untuk mengetahui kontribusi retribusi daerah dalam meningkatkan PAD di Kab. Kampar, serta untuk mengetahui tinjauan ekonomi syari’ah terhadap kontribusi pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah dalam meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) di Kab. Kampar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode wawancara kepada informan-informan kunci dan data sekunder,  adapun jumlah informan kunci pada penelitian ini berjumlah 15 orang dan lokasi penelitian berada di Kabupaten Kampar yaitu Badan Pendapatan daerah Kab. Kampar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa pajak daerah sangat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli daerah (PAD) di Kab. Kampar. Ini terbukti dari hasil wawancara dan data yang penulis dapatkan bahwa lima tahun terakhir yaitu untuk tahun 2014-2018 pajak daerah berkontribusi untuk PAD rata-rata diatas 30% setiap tahunnya. Retribusi daerah berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli daerah (PAD) di Kab. Kampar, namun relatif lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan kontribusi pajak daerah, dari hasil wawancara dan data yang penulis dapatkan didapat hasil bahwa untuk lima tahun terakhir yaitu dari tahun 2014-2015 kontribusi retribusi daerah dalam meningkatkan PAD di Kab. Kampar dibawah 10%, kecilnya kontribusi ini disebabkan oleh potensi retribusi daerah di Kab. Kampar masih sangat kecil. Menurut perspektif ekonomi islam bahwa kontribusi pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah dalam meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Kabupaten Kampar telah sesuai dengan nilai-nilai ekonomi islam, karena dalam pelaksanaannya telah sesuai dengan nilai-nilai      islam, seperti adanya unsur keadilan, transfaransi, pertanggungjawaban dan keterbukaan. Serta manfaat dari pengumpulan pajak dan retribusi daerah tersebut langsung dapat dirasakan oleh masyarakat melalui pembangunan infrastruktur serta fasilitas lainnya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi kontribusi manajemen kewirausahaan pondok pesantren Khairul Ummah Batu Gajah Indragiri Hulu dalam pemberdayaan Ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena data yang dikumpulkan bercorak kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari dua sumber, yaitu sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer penelitian ini merupakan data yang dikumpulkan dan didapatkan langsung dari sumber data asli dalam penelitian. Data sekunder dikumpulkan dengan tujuan untuk menunjang data primer dalam rangka mendukung dan melengkapi jawaban permasalahan penelitian. Oleh karena itu, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dijadikan sebagai instrument untuk mengumpulkan data. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode triangulasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi manajemen kewirausahaan Pondok Pesantren Khairul Ummah Batu Gajah Indragiri Hulu dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat ialah aspek materil dan aspek moril

Abstract

Addressing the issue of vagrants and beggars (GEPENG) in urban areas poses a significant challenge for local governments, including the Social Service of Pekanbaru City. To tackle this problem, the Social Service of Pekanbaru City has implemented a guidance program aimed at social rehabilitation, economic empowerment, and social reintegration of vagrants and beggars. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the guidance program at the Social Service of Pekanbaru City based on indicators such as the reduction in the number of vagrants and beggars, the success of social rehabilitation, skill enhancement, and its impact on the social and economic lives of the participants. The study employs a qualitative approach, using in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation for data collection. The evaluation results indicate that the guidance program has successfully reduced the number of vagrants and beggars in Pekanbaru. However, significant challenges remain in terms of program sustainability, difficulties in social reintegration, and limited resources for skill training and economic empowerment. Factors affecting the program's effectiveness include budget constraints, social stigma towards vagrants and beggars, and a lack of community support in reducing the practice of giving money to beggars on the streets. The study recommends increasing the budget, strengthening collaboration among relevant parties, and providing more intensive support for participants after the guidance program.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya asing, aplikasi video TikTok, dan permainan daring terhadap perilaku sosial Generasi Z di kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, yang memberikan penjelasan tentang posisi variabel yang diteliti dan hubungan antar variabel. Responden penelitian ini berusia 15 hingga 18 tahun yang bersekolah di SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru, SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru, SMA An Namiroh Pekanbaru, dan SMA Muhamdyah Pekanbaru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya asing berpengaruh terhadap perilaku sosial Generasi Z. Hasil ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (4,903 > 1,96), dan nilai p < 0,000 (< 0,05). Kesimpulannya, hipotesis 1 diterima. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan tabel, nilai t untuk aplikasi video TikTok memiliki nilai t-hitung sebesar 7,886. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis 2 diterima atau bahwa aplikasi video TikTok berpengaruh terhadap perilaku sosial Generasi Z. Hasil ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai t-hitung yang lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel (7,886 > 1,96), dan nilai p < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Permainan daring memiliki nilai t sebesar 13,869, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hipotesis 3 diterima. Permainan daring berpengaruh terhadap perilaku sosial Generasi Z. Hasil ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai t yang lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel (13,869 > 1,96) dan nilai p < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05).

Abstract

This research was motivated by complaints from patients using BPJS Health that the author found at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Dr. Suhatman, MARS Dumai City who were not satisfied with the health services provided by officers, so this research aims to analyze the quality of service for users of the Health Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) dr. Suhatman, MARS Dumai City. The method used is qualitative and is explained descriptively. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The techniques used in collecting data are observation, interviews, and documentation, and then analyzed using an interactive model. Miles and Huberman, this model starts from collecting raw data, displaying data, reducing data, and arriving at data verification and conclusions. There were 10 informants interviewed in this study, namely 4 officers and 6 BPJS Health patients. The results of this research based on Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy are classified as "Good enough" because there are still inhibiting factors in providing services such as infrastructure, lack of specialist doctors, medical equipment is still lacking, electricity is out, referrals are not online, mics are still not strong enough to match the sound of busy patients.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the duties and functions of the Regional Technical Implementation Unit for the Protection of Women and Children (UPTD-PPA) are implemented in protecting child victims of violence in Dumai City. The research method used in this research is qualitative research where a case study was conducted in the city of Dumai. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the duties and functions of the Regional Technical Implementation Unit for the Protection of Women and Children (UPTD-PPA) in protecting child victims of violence in Dumai City has not been fully implemented. This is proven by the existence of several indicators whose implementation has not been good. Meanwhile, the obstacle in implementing cases of violence against children in Dumai City is the difficulty of handling cases because the number of reports received exceeds the number of available workers. As a result, the case handling process becomes slow due to a lack of personnel to handle all incoming reports and a lack of public knowledge and awareness.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the smoothness of the Community-Based Drinking Water and Sanitation Provision Program in Nagari Pangian, Lintau Buo District, Tanah Datar Regency so that the Pamsimas program can provide optimal distribution to the community. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data was obtained from this research by interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of studies in the field and then analyzed using indicators, the planning process has not run optimally, where the goal setting and actors involved have not been planned and implemented well, and there has not been a policy made by the village regarding empowerment. Pamsimas, the collection of resources in the management of Pamsimas in Nagari Pangian has not gone well, seen from the lack of human resources, there are still people who do not participate in paying monthly fees and there is damage to Pamsimas facilities and infrastructure. , the management of Pamsimas has not been carried out well, namely under supervision. There is no written report on the management of Pamsimas and guaranteeing community participation in monitoring the Pamsimas program. And there are still inhibiting factors that cause the program not to run as expected.

Abstract

The research method and location were conducted at Permata Hati Duri Hospital, Bengkalis Regency. The research location and location were chosen for the reason that the researcher wanted to know employee performance. This type of qualitative research with data sources consists of primary data and secondary data. The research informants consisted of doctors on duty, nurses on duty, nurses, security, and the community. Data collection techniques used observation and interview guidelines. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of the research found that employees were not said to be good because there were still complaints regarding the employees' ability to carry out their work to draw blood from patients, the community asked that employees be placed according to their respective abilities, the employees' skills in carrying out the tasks given were quite good. Employees have carried out their performance in quantity by providing various services and completing their duties and responsibilities on time. The punctuality of hospital employees is not good enough in completing their work, the alertness of employees is still delayed in responding, waiting for nurses for hours. The registration queue is quite long. Employees provide poor treatment, are indifferent, speak in a bad tone, and are cynical to patients/patients' families. Employee independence is quite good and they are responsible for the tasks given.
