Abstract

Hot rolled plate steel as a material to be used for steel armor needs to have the characteristics of a high hardness value. Medium carbon steel as the basic material is quenched at a temperature of 900 oC and tempering is carried out at a temperature of 125 oC and 175 oC with a holding time of 30 minutes. The Ms value is a benchmark for changes in martensite which is influenced by the constituent elements of the material. The use of water as a quench medium changes the structure of austenite to martensite. The martensite structure that occurs increases the optimum hardness value in HRP Steel material. The tempering process carried out above the Ms value causes a decrease in the hardness value. The highest hardness value was obtained in the quenching process with 542 HV which was influenced by the distribution of martensite. The decrease in hardness value occurs due to the tempering process, the average hardness value at temper 125 oC is 524.4 HV and 175 oC is 524 HV.

Abstract

Transit-oriented development (TOD) aims to create added value by optimizing regions around transportation hubs. It emphasizes the integration of mass transit systems with non-motorized transport while reducing the use of motor vehicles through the development of dense, mixed-use areas. This research examines the role of MRT Jakarta Co. in building a business ecosystem that supports TOD area creation. The objective is to identify key stakeholders and strategies that influence TOD implementation. This research uses Soft System Methodology (SSM), with data collected from seven MRT Jakarta Co. employees and expert interviews. Rich Picture analysis is used to visualize the interactions and challenges in the system. The results show that collaboration among MRT Jakarta Co., developers, government, associations, and landowners is essential. Barriers include regulatory limitations, inconsistent policies, and funding constraints. The Rich Picture reveals a complex structure of roles, norms, and power dynamics that shape TOD success. The research concludes that regulatory support, stakeholder engagement, and clear coordination mechanisms are critical for effective TOD development. These findings can guide policymakers and urban planners in enhancing transit-based city planning.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct an analysis environment business and find out the elements that play the most important role in assessing the development of value creation at PT MRT Jakarta for the creation of TOD. The expert team will identify, assess, and map various strategic assumptions that appear in the SAST strategic assumption quadrant diagram and Interpretative Structural Modeling. The assessment of each expert from the experts will be taken as a team assessment by determining the statistical mode for each factor for each category. The most important elements are the commitment of government leaders in the development of KBT, associations, regulations that are not yet synchronized, clear authority in the development and management of KBT, completeness of related regulations, the DKI provincial government's support in the use of BMD. Integrated Planning Policy: To create a successful transit-based area, a policy is needed that integrates transportation planning with spatial planning. The local government and PT MRT must work together to develop a plan that considers aspects of land use, transportation, and public services.
