Abstract

A visa is a document issued by a State in order to give permission to someone to enter its territory, within a particular period and purpose. Visa is divided into several types, depends on its functions. However, in practice in Indonesia, it is often found casesregarding the misuse of visa by foreigners, as they use it to live and work in Indonesia. This paper will discuss the violation of visa visit by foreign nationals in Indonesia. This paper will also discuss the Indonesian government's efforts to solve this legal issue.

Abstract

The growth of technological Progress make the change of pattern in the socializehuman life, and it can conduct the economic activity in the local scale, regional and alsoglobal. In the individual assocciation by using internet technology will take the relationpattern between individual which is unlike what that happened in the real. By the existenceof internet, contractual terms between subject of law and each other without meeting (faceto face), even it is enabled for subject of law not to recognizing each other.During thepeople conducting activity in the illusory world, especially in the private law, likecommerce, agreement and also banking activity, it is enabled to take a problems such asperformed in the conventional private relationship. If the internet consumers in the privateactivity feel their private rights are impinged and they are wish to claim their rights, sothere is civil dispute. The relationship between the individual in the transaction usinginternet not arrange peculiarly yet in law. But judge have to find the law and also createthe law if he confronted with a dispute in the transaction using internet.

Abstract

Regarding the issue of the children, they often get the wrong treatment, especiallythe problem of sexual crimes. Children are often victims of sexual crimes in particularrape committed by adults and who are victims are minors. Therefore, this paper willdescribe the efforts of crime prevention rape of minors and contributing factor in theregional police of Tabanan . Based on the research directly in Tabanan district police,high children’s rape case that occurred in the region of Tabanan is police in because ofmany factors whicht cause crime of rape, these the were factors less parentalsupervision, alcohol factor and up to a factor vcd porn adult dating , so that the manyfactors rape of children especially in Tabanan is police then there must also be tackledin order to create safety in the community, especially in children. countermeasures beundertaken by the police was to provide socialization Tabanan’s police to schools,eradicating alcohol and porn vcd to improve security in the district police of tabanan.
