Abstract

Emerging entrepreneurial interest in Vocational High School students is seen as strategic to prepare future generations who are productive and characterized and able to work in industry, continue their studies, or become creative entrepreneurs. Vocational students who will be entrepreneurs are required to understand financial literacy to have the ability and competence to manage business finances. This community service activity aims to provide training in preparing business plans for students of SMKN 1 Rasau Jaya Rasau Jaya District, Kubu Raya Regency. The implementation of community service follows the preparation, socialization, technology dissemination, evaluation, and reporting stages. The activity of community service was carried out from April to October 2023. In addition to implementing activities, the results of data analysis obtained that 11th-grade students of SMKN 1 Rasau Jaya are interested in entrepreneurs in agriculture and developing agribusiness in Rasau Jaya District. Teachers can encourage interest in entrepreneurship in agriculture among SMKN 1 Rasau Jaya students by inviting successful agribusiness entrepreneurs to disseminate their experiences and motivate students, facilitating students to access resources and funding, and providing students with opportunities for training, demonstrations, and hands-on practice at successful companies/entrepreneurs, collaborating with stakeholders for students to participate in agribusiness competitions and receive recognition for students' innovative ideas, and strengthening the entrepreneurship learning curriculum.

Abstract

UKM ISUN VERA bergerak di bidang olahan lidah buaya sejak tahun 2004, merupakan target IbM melalui proses pendampingan kemitraan, untuk meningkatkan diversifikasi produk olahan lidah buaya, peningkatan kualitas produksi dengan teknologi perbaikan kemasan, pemasaran dengan sistem on line.  Sebelumnya UKM ISUN VERA telah mengolah berbagai kuliner dari  lidah buaya   seperti manisan,  dodol, minuman segar, dan instan aloe merupakan salah icon kuliner Kota Pontianak.Tujuan dari kegiatan IbM ini adalah :1. Terdapat produk baru dari hasil inovasi diversifikasi produk olahan lidah buaya, yang akan menambah keanekaragaman produk yang telah dikenal sebelumnya yaitu kue Brownies, kue Lapis Legit, dan jamu `kunyit asam berbasis aloe; 2. Sistem pemasaran yang lebih modern selain pemasaran yang telah dilakukan selama ini yaitu pemasaran dengan sistem Online seperti pembuatan Web,3. Mendapatkan kemasan yang lebih hygienis dan menarik khas UKM Isun Vera. Pelaksanaan kegiatan  dimulai dengan diskusi bersama Ibu Sunani sebagai pemilik UKM Isun Vera dan peserta pelatihan bagaimana membuat kue Brownies, kue Lapis Legit, dan jamu`kunyit asam berbasis aloe. Selanjutnya dilakukan pelatihandengantujuan untukmemberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilandalam pembuatan kue brownies, lapis legit dan jamu kunyit asam berbasis aloe. Pemasaran dengan system on line yaitu pembuatan web, Pembuatan labeling dan kemasan produk juga diberikan. Peserta IbMsangat bersemangat  mengikuti kegiatan  penyuluhan dan melakukan kegiatan praktek pembuatan aneka kue dan jamu kunyit asam berbasis aloe.  Ketua UKM sangat menyadari dengan adanya diversifikasi olahan kue dan jamu berbasis aloe, dan pembuatan label dan kemasan serta web site akan menambah daya jual produk berbasis aloe dan akan terus membuat produk yang teah di transfer oleh tim IbM. Kata kunci: diversifikasi produk aloe, brownies,lapis legit, jamu kunyit asam,

Abstract

Strategi merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan agribisnis padi sawah tadah hujan yang dapat diterapkan di Kabupaten Kayong Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel yang dipakai adalah purposive sampling berjumlah 12 responden mewakili seluruh stakeholder yang terlibat dalam pengembangan agribisnis padi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Matriks IFE, EFE, dan SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan berada pada Kuadran I dengan skor faktor internal 0,227 dan skor faktor eksternal 0,028. Strategi yang dapat digunakan adalah strategi SO atau menggunakan kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang, yaitu: 1) mendorong peningkatan produksi melalui perluasan areal tanam dan peningkatan indeks pertanaman padi, 2) peningkatan dukungan pemerintah kepada petani untuk mendorong sistem pertanian berbasis agribisnis, 3) memperluas jaringan pasar dan peningkatan kualitas produk.Kata Kunci: Agribisnis, Padi, Strategi, SWOT

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan, risiko pendapatan, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi risiko pendapatan usahatani jagung manis di Kecamatan Rasau Jaya. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 88 responden. Analisis data menggunakan model fungsi pendapatan, koefisien variasi, dan residual model fungsi pendapatan dengan alat analisis SPSS 22. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan rata-rata pendapatan usahatani jagung manis sebesar Rp 6.841.224 per musim tanam. Koefisien variasi risiko pendapatan usahatani jagung manis sebesar 0,51 atau 51%. Variabel yang dapat meningkatkan risiko pendapatan adalah harga sewa lahan, harga benih, dan harga herbisida. Sementara faktor harga pupuk NPK, harga pupuk ureaharga insektisida, dan upah tenaga kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap risiko pendapatan usahatani jagung manis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the wage rate of female workers in PT. Mulia Bhakti Kahuripan which is an oil palm company. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses 50 respondents who are status as freelance daily employees (PHL). The results showed that the lowest SFM / female worker income was Rp.672,000.00 / month and the highest income was Rp. 864,000.00. PHL working hours / female workers with the lowest working hours of 168 hours / month and the highest 216 hours / month. the lowest is 25 years old and is the highest age of 50 years. The largest frequency of education is as many as 22 respondents or 44% determined by the category of junior high school graduation. The smallest respondents were 12 or 24% of high school graduates. This shows that SFM / female workers are mostly secondary education (SMP). Keywords :working hours , education, type of work, number of families

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Raskin program that has been carried out in Piawas Village. The study was conducted by survey and data were analyzed using descriptive, quantitative and qualitative approaches. 33 people were interviewed, consisting of 24 men and 9 women.The distribution of rice for the poor can be said to have run effectively, which is seen from the six indicators of research (right on target, the right amount, the right price, on time, the right administration, and the right quality) shows an average figure of 97.47%. Indicators on target reach 84.85% proportion, exact sales price of Rp.4,000, - per kilogram of 100%, exact amount in the weight of 15 kg per head of family is 90.90%, on time in each distribution of 100%, appropriate administration of distribution of 100 %, and the right quality of Raskin rice is worth 100%. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of farmer group increasing the income of tidal paddy farming in Sungai Rengas Village, Sungai Kakap Subdistrict, Kubu Raya Regency. The research method used was a survey method, the location of this research was chosen deliberately namely in the village of Rengas River. With the consideration that the rengas river village has an organized and active farmer group and has the potensial to develop tidal rice farming which is included in the overflow type B. The average income of tidal rice farmer in respondent farming season oktober to February 2019 was Rp.8.159.116 , with an average production of 2.274 kg/mt, for income per hectare was Rp. 9.065.684.The results of the analysis of the SPSS (Crosstab) cross tabulation test the relationship of the role of farmer groups to the income of tidal paddy farmers produce the role of farmer groups are in the low to high category and are dominated in the category by 81.4%, farm income is in the low to high category and dominated by income is in high category by 39.5%. this shows that a high role will also generate high income.Key words: Farmer groups, tidal land, income
