Abstract

The problem that occured in the company is concerned about the quality of the properties built. Most of the houses built does not meet the prescribed standards , so that it led to the low property purchasing decisions  by prospective customers. Another problem that arises is the lack of advertising done. Method of data collection was conducted by questionnaire. The method of analysis used is multiple regression. The population were all consumers of  PT. Graha Konstruksi Sejati amounting to 150 people . The samples in this study were chosen using formula of Slovin with error rate of 5 %. The total sample were 109 consumers and the sampling method used was simple random sampling. The results of research as shown in the hypothesis indicate that the quality products and advertisiment simultaneously and partially have significant effect on consumer purchase decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi dan stres kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Paluta Inti Sawit Medan. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Paluta Inti Sawit Medan yang berjumlah 30 orang. teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah asumsi klasik, regresi berganda, uji hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa secara parsial motivasi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. secara parsial bahwa stress kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. secara simultan bahwa motivasi dan stress kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Paluta Inti Sawit Medan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the application of the reward, incentive, and punishment methods affect the performance of employees at PT. Anugrah Alam Berastagi. This research approach is based on a quantitative approach. The population in this sample in this study consists of 53 employees. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The use of data analysis will use multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the partial hypothesis testing obtained a t-count > t-table or 4.380>2.009 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, so partially the reward has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Anugrah Alam Berastagi employees. The results of the partial hypothesis testing obtained a t-count > t-table or 2.226 > 2.009 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, so partially the incentive has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Anugrah Alam Berastagi employees. The results of the partial hypothesis testing obtained a t-count > t-table or 4.478 > 2.009 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, so partially it can be concluded that punishment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Anugrah Alam Berastagi employees. The test results obtained an F-count (28.486) > F-table (2.79) and a significance probability of 0.000 < 0.05 means that simultaneously rewards, incentives, and punishment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Anugrah Alam Berastagi employees.

Abstract
