Abstract

Abstrak: Studi ini menganalisis peran kearifan lokal dalihan na tolu, ninik mamak dan Kerapatan Adat Nagari dalam menjaga kerukunan antarumat beragama di Pasaman Barat dan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dimana data diperoleh melalui wawancara, pengamatan dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kearifan lokal dalihan na tolu di Kabupaten Madina berperan penting dari segi agama, budaya dan sosial dalam menjaga kerukunan antarumat beragama, karena menerapkan nilai budaya religius, menjaga kekerabatan, humajuon, hasangapon, uhum, pengayom kepada masyarakat dan mengelola konflik. Sedangkan di Kabupaten Pasaman Barat, peranan ninik mamak dan Kerapatan Adat Nagari belum optimal di dalam melaksanakan fungsinya karena minimnya dialog dan kerjasama dengan Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama.Abstract: Local Wisdom Dalihan Na Tolu, Ninik Mamak and Kerapatan Adat Nagari in Maintaining Inter-religious Harmony in West and North Sumatera. This study aims to analyze the role of local wisdoms in maintaining inter-religious harmony in West Pasaman and Mandailing Natal Regency. This research is a qualitative study in which data is obtained through interviews, observations and document studies. Data analysis techniques employ the Miles and Huberman models. This study proposed that the local wisdoms of dalihan na tolu in Madina Regency, play an important role of religion, social and culture in maintaining inter-religous harmony, since it apply seven religious values of humajuon, hasangapon, uhum, and managing the conflict. Meanwhile, in the West Pasaman the role of the ninik mamak and the Kerapatan Adat Nagari still need to be optimized in safeguarding religious harmony which might arise from the lack of dialogue and cooperation with Religious Harmony Forum (FKUB).Kata Kunci: Mandailing, Minangkabau, kearifan lokal, dialog, agama-agama

Abstract

This study discusses the attitude of the community towards the importance of Islamic education on Jalan Sentosa Lama, the alley of the Medan Struggle District Officers. This study aims to determine the public’s attitude towards the importance of Islamic education on Jalan Sentosa Lama alley of the district officer. Battlefield. To identify the contribution of society in the implementation of Islamic education for the younger generation. The type of research conducted is descriptive qualitative. The source of the research data is purely the result of the field by interviewing a person from the community. The results of the study showed that there was still a lack of knowledge about Islamic values ​​in the community, it was proven that the number of worshipers was small even though the mosque in the neighborhood was very close. The opportunity for implementing Islamic religious education for the younger generation is very small because at this time they can argue and also they spend more time with useless things, one of which is by playing gadgets

Abstract

The aim of this mini-research is to find out methods for improving the quality of learning at Madinah Safitri Kindergarten. This mini-research was carried out at Madinah Safitri Kindergarten Jl. Usman Siddik, Bandar Klippa, Kec. Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra 20371. The research method uses qualitative methods. The data was obtained by directly observing the learning process at the Madinah Safitri Kindergarten. Insertion and model of learning strategies for play, child-centeredness and singing and prayer'.

Abstract

This research aims to describe (1) to determine the Madrasah Management at MTs N 2 Deli Serdang in supporting and optimizing the implementation of extracurricular activities as an effort to improve student learning achievement (2) to determine the extent of the contribution of extracurricular activities to increasing student learning achievement at MTs N 2 Deli Serdang (3) to find out the obstacles faced by madrasas in managing extracurricular activities and how they affect student learning achievement. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects in the research were the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Extracurricular Advisor and students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data collection analysis carried out data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. And based on the results of research that researchers have conducted, extracurricular activities have run well in accordance with the planning, organization, implementation and supervision that the madrasah has carried out.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the condition of educational facilities and infrastructure, the management of educational facilities and infrastructure, as well as what supporting and inhibiting factors exist in implementing existing facilities and infrastructure at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Deli Serdang. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations supported by data and documentation such as photos of madrasa facilities and infrastructure. The research subjects are the head of the madrasa, deputy head of the madrasa for facilities and infrastructure and curriculum as well as administrative staff at MTsN 2 Deli Serdang. Data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity techniques with research expansion, increased persistence, and triangulation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze program factors, implementation, evaluation and barriers to curriculum integration between Ma'had Abu Ubaidah bin Al-Jarrah and the Faculty of Islamic Religion (FAI) Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra (UMSU) in the Integrated Undergraduate Program. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research findings show; 1) The curriculum integration program between Ma'had Abu Ubaidah bin Al-Jarrah and FAI UMSU in the Integrated Undergraduate Program is a strategic collaboration to provide service diplomas to students, as well as facilitate students to continue higher education and improve the quality of Islamic education. 2) Implementation of curriculum integration between Ma'had Abu Ubaidah bin Al-Jarrah and FAI UMSU in the Integrated Undergraduate Program is carried out through three aspects, namely integration of lecture schedules, integration of courses, and integration of assessments. 3) Evaluation of curriculum integration between Ma'had Abu Ubaidah bin Al-Jarrah and FAI UMSU in the Integrated Undergraduate Program is carried out every semester. This program is able to provide positive impacts such as stability in student numbers, increasing student interest in learning, increasing the number of students with various abilities. 4) Obstacles in implementing curriculum integration between Ma'had Abu Ubaidah bin Al-Jarrah include; lack of communication and coordination, time and cost constraints, delays and division of focus, curriculum changes, and students' perceptions of the value of knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of developing entrepreneurial skills of students, about how to plan the development of entrepreneurial skills of students of PAB 10 Medan Estate Private Junior High School, to find out how to implement the development of entrepreneurial skills of students of PAB 10 Medan Estate Private Junior High School, and to find out about the effectiveness of entrepreneurship skill development of PAB 10 Medan Estate Private Junior High School students. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach to obtain data on the planning, implementation and effectiveness of entrepreneurial skill development. The subjects in this study are school principals, teachers and several students at PAB 10 Medan Estate Private Junior High School, with data collection techniques obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation with data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The findings of this study show that PAB 10 Medan Estate Private Junior High School in the planning process for developing students' entrepreneurial skills has been carried out well in terms of determining goals and objectives, analyzing previous activities and planning to the preparation of plans for the development of students' entrepreneurial skills. In the implementation of entrepreneurial skill development, all daily activities carried out by students and in all subjects are applied, because the implementation is not only focused on the realm of entrepreneurship, but more on the cultivation of entrepreneurial values. In the evaluation process, it is carried out routinely by the school, both in supervision inside the school and outside the school.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the Problem Based Learning strategy on the social behavior of fifth grade students in learning Akidah Akhlak at MIN 3 South Labuhanbatu. To discuss and examine the problems described above, the author uses quantitative data management, the author determines a sample of 2 classes as experimental and control classes, namely 32 students in class V-A as the experimental class, and 32 students in class V-B as the control class. This was done to find out how the influence of the Problem Based Learning strategy on the social behavior of fifth grade students in learning Akidah Akhlak at MIN 3 South Labuhanbatu. The research hypothesis testing used regression analysis. The results of the regression calculation showed a regression equation of 48.615 0.353X and a correlation coefficient of R value of 0.862 which if interpreted based on the table can be interpreted as the relationship between the two variables, namely the Problem Based Learning learning strategy (X) with the social behavior variable in learning Akidah Akhlak (Y) in the very strong category and the hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstract

The problem of this research is how teachers and students interact in creating a conducive situation for learning in class II of Al-Ittihadiyah Elementary School. The aim of this research is to analyze how students interact with teachers to create a comfortable situation in the classroom when learning takes place. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method with the research objects being teachers and students in sociology learning. The research results show that the social interaction between teachers and students is good. In good conditions, the interaction between teachers and students looks friendly, the learning situation is enthusiastic, and there is teacher apperception for students. From the conclusions of the research findings, the interactions carried out by teachers and students in class II show that the teacher's performance in creating a conducive classroom climate is said to be good, which can be seen from the teacher being able to develop himself to be more professional and improving the quality of students' learning. The creativity of teachers in creating effective learning situations in class II at SD Al-Ittihadiyah. The methods used by teachers include lectures, questions and answers, and discussions. The media used include whiteboards and canvas. Factors inhibiting teacher creativity include the complete facilities and infrastructure of the school.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the various problems faced by teachers in fostering student morals at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Ira Medan. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive approach. In this research, the subjects are the head of Madrasah, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques used in this research are the reduction stage, data presentation stage, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that some of the main challenges faced by teachers include external and internal factors, external factors, namely the lack of parental upbringing, the negative influence of the social environment, the influence of peer association while internal factors are innate factors, or habits in everyday life. So that teachers must have methods in fostering student morals such as, (1) exemplary method (uswatun hasanah), (2) habituation method, (3) advice method. And the solution to the teacher's problem in fostering student morals is (1) giving a good example as a teacher or a good example, (2) giving advice to students (3) good communication between teachers, parents, and students, and others.
