Abstract

Work motivation is the starting point for achieving good employee performance because with good motivation, individuals are internally driven to take action, even without external factors. Therefore, work motivation is crucial in the process of achieving organizational goals. In other words, good motivation will have an impact on good employee performance, which will automatically contribute to the achievement of organizational goals. Work discipline refers to employees' adherence to organizational rules. With this discipline, employees will always strive to carry out their assigned tasks to the best of their ability. Therefore, the importance of employee discipline needs to be considered and improved. With disciplined employees, their performance in carrying out tasks and functions will be positively impacted. Thus, the researcher aims to determine the influence of compensation and work motivation on the dependent variable, which is individual employee performance, through employee discipline at PT. Urchindize, Madura Branch. The research objective is to determine the influence of the independent variables, namely motivation, on the dependent variable, which is employee performance, through employee discipline at PT. Urchindize, Madura Branch. The study sample consists of 80 employees. Path analysis is used for data analysis in this research. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that compensation, motivation, and employee work discipline significantly influence employee performance, and motivation significantly influences performance through work discipline at PT. Urchindize, Madura Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership, competence, and work discipline on employee work productivity at the Sumenep City Sub-District Office. The study employed a quantitative approach with a causal method. The population consisted of all 26 employees of the Sumenep City Sub-District Office, all of whom were included as research subjects. Data collection was conducted through validated and reliable questionnaires. Data analysis techniques included F-test, t-test, coefficient of determination (R²), and multiple linear regression using SPSS version 20 software. The results of the study indicated that leadership and work discipline significantly and positively influence employee work productivity. Specifically, leadership had a t-value of 1.496, work discipline had a t-value of 2.957, while competence showed a negative influence with a t-value of -2.598. Simultaneously, leadership, competence, and work discipline collectively had a significant influence on work productivity with an F-value of 17.628. The coefficient of determination showed that 70.6% of the variation in work productivity could be explained by these three independent variables. Therefore, to enhance employee work productivity at the Sumenep City Sub-District Office, improvements in leadership and work discipline are crucial. As for competence, adjustments and enhancements that are more relevant to organizational needs are necessary.

Abstract

This research has purpose to know the effect from service quality, product completeness, corporate image on customer satisfaction. Based on there are many competitors of modern retail stores that have sprung up, it is not impossible that a store that used to be big can be a store left by its customers. The quality of service, store completeness and corporate image are the solutions to maximize consumer satisfaction at the Sumenep Elmalik shop. Kind from this research is a quantitative researc with the total of respondents determined by purposive sampling as one hundred respondents. Respondents were divided into several types, namely gender, age and occupation. Technical analiysis uses multiple linear regression. The results explain that quality of service, complecated product and corporate image give affection on Elmalik satisfaction of consumer, this is evidenced by the t value > from t table.

Abstract

Manajemen Personalia disini memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam perusahaan, terutama sekali bagi PT Kapedi Surya Jasa yang sudah berkembang menjadi perusahaan besar. Manajemen Personalia disini merupakan cara untuk mengelola sumber daya manusia dan masalah-masalahnya. Kedudukan Manajemen Personalia dalam perusahaan ini memiliki kaitan atau hubungan yang sangat erat dengan kearsipan. Sebab arsip merupakan pusat dari semua informasi yang dimiliki seluruh karyawan yang berada perusahaan. Mengingat pentingnya kearsipan sebagai sumber informasi bagi Departemen Personalia dan departemen-departemen lain yang berkenaan dengan kelangsungan pemberian fasilitas bagi karyawan, maka penulis memberikan beberapa saran dan sumbangan pikiran kepada perusahaan untuk mencegah penyimpangan-penyimpangan yang terjadi.

Abstract

Salary is a component of compensation that should be given to an employee or staff by a company as a form of remuneration for what the employee gives to the company as an attempt to increase productivity in working as well as work discipline. This study was conducted towards a village government of West Kebundadap which is a community service place by using purposive sampling technique encompassing 11 informants as information sources. The data analysis technique of Miles and Huberman model consists of Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Conclusion. The researcher found a problem of incongruity of set salary payment time. The finding shows that salary does not always play a role to increase productivity and work discipline, because different workplaces generate different work purposes. Although the salary payment for village government staffs of West Kebundadap is often not on time, they still can manage to be productive and discipline in working due to the reason of community trust but most of them do not prioritize their profession as village apparatus in order to make ends meet when the salary is not paid yet.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk keterampilan dan sikap siswa untuk menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Namun, siswa sering menghadapi kesulitan dalam mengembangkan ide bisnis mereka menjadi rencana bisnis yang konkret. Melalui program pengabdian pengabdian kepada masyarakat, kami bertujuan untuk mengatasi tantangan ini dengan menyediakan pelatihan yang terstruktur dan komprehensif dalam menyusun rencana bisnis. Metode pelatihan melibatkan persiapan, perencanaan program, pengembangan materi, pelaksanaan pelatihan, bimbingan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa tentang kewirausahaan dan kemampuan mereka dalam menyusun rencana bisnis yang mendalam. Program ini tidak hanya membantu siswa dalam aspek akademis, tetapi juga memengaruhi positif komunitas lokal dengan menciptakan peluang kerja dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kesuksesan program ini mencerminkan pentingnya kewirausahaan dalam membentuk masa depan yang cerah bagi siswa dan masyarakat mereka.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the digital marketing capacity of the Spesial Bintang MSME in Aeng Baja Raja Village, Bluto Sub-district, Sumenep Regency. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the activity show that the use of social media as part of a digital marketing strategy can increase business actors' knowledge of digital promotion, create consistent branding, and expand market reach. Implementation was carried out through mentoring and technical training, such as business account setup, content creation, and online interaction management. The final evaluation showed an increase in the MSME actors' understanding of digital marketing and a hope for continued assistance in the future. This program has proven effective in promoting sustainable marketing transformation for MSMEs and contributes to enhancing their competitiveness in the digital economy era.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the key elements in determining the success of an organization. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Work Life Balance on employee performance at PT Karya Gagas Mulia, Sumenep. The method used is a quantitative approach, with the study population covering all employees of the company. The sampling technique was carried out by probability sampling using the random sampling method, obtaining 57 respondent samples. For data collection, a Likert scale-based questionnaire was used, which measured respondents' perceptions of the influence of well-being, organizational citizenship behavior, and work-life balance on their performance. Data processing was carried out using SPSS software version 26. The results of the analysis showed that partially, the three independent variables (compensation, OCB, and WLB) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously, the three variables contributed greatly to improving performance, as seen from the R Square value of 0.819 or 81.9%. This means that most of the variables in employee performance can be explained by these three factors, while the remaining 18.1% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study

Abstract

Pemerintah desa sebagai unit dari lembaga pemerintah yang bertanggung jawab penuh dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintah pada tingkat desa dan tentunya juga memiliki fungsi dan tanggungjawab memberikan kesejahteraan pada masyarakat desa tentunya juga dapat mengembangkan masyarakat di bidang perekonomian desa, salah satu cara yang perlu dilakukan oleh pemerintah desa yaitu melakukan pemberdayaan pada pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran pemerintah desa dalam pemberdayaan pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di desa Pinggirpapas yang nantinya akan menemukan suatu temuan seberapa jauh pemerintah desa berperan untuk memberdayakan pelaku UMKM. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, yang meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah desa Pinggirpapas sudah melakukan perannya dalam pemberdayaan pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di desa Pinggirpapas, dalam melakukan tahapan-tahapan pemberdayaan pada pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) peran pemerintah desa masih kurang optimal pelaksanaannya. Dapat dilihat (1) tingkat kesejahteraan pada pelaku UMKM sebagian dirasakan oleh beberapa pelaku UMKM itu sendiri yang diperoleh dari hasil beberapa pendapatan penjualan disisihkan menabung, (2) Kesadaran dalam hal pentingnya surat izin usaha dan penggunaan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi, (3) Partisipasi pelaku UMKM masih tergolong rendah antusiasnya dalam hal partisipasi program yang diadakan oleh pemerintah desa Pinggirpapas

Abstract

Upaya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat termasuk meningkatkan perekonomian desa melalui peningkatan prakarsa dan swadaya masyarakat, perbaikan lingkungan dan perumahan, pengembangan usaha ekonomi desa, pembentukan lembaga keuangan desa, dan kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan perekonomian desa dengan meningkatkan hasil produksi. Oleh karena itu, untuk membangun sebuah desa, terutama di bidang sosial ekonomi, dibutuhkan seorang pemimpin. Kepala Desa adalah orang yang diharapkan untuk mendorong, membantu, dan mendorong orang untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup mereka. Kepala desa bertanggung jawab atas kesejahteraan masyarakat desanya sebagai pemimpin. untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran kepala desa dalam meningkatkan ekonomi desa melalui BUMdes pagar batu. Studi ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala desa pagar batu telah melakukan pekerjaan yang baik untuk meningkatkan ekonomi desa. Ini dapat dilihat dari beberapa program pemberdayaan yang ada di desa, yang mencakup pemberdayaan secara fisik, seperti pembangunan infrastruktur, dan pemberdayaan non-fisik, seperti pelatihan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan mereka.
