Abstract

Clinical practice workplace is place for Diploma III midwifery students in applying the theory and skills during midwifery clinical practice, obstetric clinical practice so that the midwifery workplace clinical practice being important in learning outcomes obtain learning achievement in Normal Delivery Caregiving. An increasing number of midwifery institutions cause the number of students who undertake clinical practice in the same clinical practice workplace be multiplied so that it becomes the problem to determine workplace clinical practices that are able to provide quality learning. The aim of this study was to determine the skills compareson of Normal Delivery Caregiving from place clinical practice. The research method is a cross-sectional study to STIKes Karsa Husada Garut to 127 students who practice midwifery clinic at the practice field (Hospitals, People health centers and Independent midwives workplace). Data analysis using chi-squared test to see whether there is any effect on the practice fields of learning outcomes Normal Delivery Care. The results showed that there was no positive effect on the Workplace Clinical practice of learning outcomes Normal Delivery Caregivin g seen from the value of p> 0.05. The conclusion of this research is the practice field (Hospitals, People health centers and Independent Midwives workplace) does not effect learning outcomes normal delivery caregiving. Judging from the workplace clinical practice variable practices and Learning outcomes are not significant.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic which is currently affecting almost all countries in the world including Indonesia has an impact on the world of education. An online home study policy was adopted to protect students from Covid-19 exposure. The purpose of this study was to determine students' perceptions of online learning by using the Zoom application in the introductory of midwifery care course, and to determine the effectiveness of learners in terms of student achievement. The research is a descriptive study with a mixed method. The population is all STIKes Karsa Husada Garut students who take introductory of midwifery care courses. The quantitative sample was taken by students in grade 1A. The qualitative sample was taken by 4 students who actively participated in all lecture and communicative activities. Retrieval of data using the final semester exam documentation, and interviews. Data analysis is a qualitative approach with interactive analysis of Miles and Huberman, and a quantitative approach with one sample t test. The results showed that students' perceptions were not good towards learning in introductory of midwifery care courses with the Zoom application during the Covid-19 pandemic, because: 1) the Zoom application requires a large internet quota; 2) There is noise due to microphone quality problems and / or noise interference from the student environment that does not turn off the microphone; 3) students are less focused because learning is done from their homes, because the connection is lost due to bad signals, and there is no direct supervision from the lecturer. Learning in midwifery introductory courses with the Zoom application is not effective when viewed from learning achievements

Abstract

Champion telah lama diakui sebagai faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan inisiatif perubahan dalam sektor kesehatan, baik untuk layanan rawat inap maupun rawat jalan. Mereka memainkan peran penting dalam mengatasi hambatan organisasi dan memfasilitasi adopsi inovasi yang meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus komparatif untuk menganalisis implementasi layanan kontrasepsi pascapersalinan di 11 puskesmas di Kota Bengkulu pada tahun 2022-2023. Kerangka Kerja Konsolidasi untuk Penelitian Implementasi (CFIR) digunakan untuk memandu pengumpulan data, analisis, dan pelaporan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil: Dari 11 puskesmas yang berpartisipasi, sembilan berhasil merutinkan layanan kontrasepsi pascapersalinan, sementara dua lainnya menghadapi hambatan signifikan yang menghalangi keberhasilan implementasi. Enam atribut utama dari champion yang mempengaruhi hasil implementasi diidentifikasi: pengaruh, kepemilikan, kehadiran fisik, ketabahan, kemampuan persuasif, dan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya peran champion dalam implementasi layanan kesehatan yang sukses dan menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan mereka bergantung pada interaksi antara atribut individu dan konteks organisasi. Studi ini memberikan panduan praktis bagi organisasi untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan champion yang efektif dalam upaya perubahan layanan kesehatan.
