Abstract

Analysis of consumer behavior in health services is crucial in securing a company's sustainability. Amid intense competition, consumer perceptions about the quality of service at hospitals greatly influence their visiting decisions. This research focuses on the case study of Nur'aini General Hospital, which experienced a decline in patient visits from 2013 to 2016. The research method used a survey with 79 respondents from inpatients. The results show that the majority of respondents are adults, have secondary education, and most are women. Data is described in various variables such as service products, rates, service places, promotions, people involved, service processes, and physical facilities. The results of this research can help RSU Nur'aini improve marketing and service strategies to overcome the decline in the number of patient visits.

Abstract

This research establishes a relationship between the quality of hospital services and the satisfaction of BPJS Outpatient patients at the Assisted Hospital in Lawang District, Malang Regency, East Java. Quantitative methods were used in this research, with an analytical survey approach. Data was collected from 126 respondents selected using purposive sampling based on inclusion criteria. The results of univariate analysis show that the majority of respondents have a high school education level and most tend to be dissatisfied with hospital services. Bivariate analysis found a significant relationship between factors such as fitness, responsiveness, empathy, appearance, and service assurance with patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Occupational health and safety is a crucial aspect in the hospital environment. Even though there are regulations governing the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by nurses, compliance with its use is still a challenge. This research was conducted at Ananda Bekasi Hospital to understand the factors that influence nurses' compliance in using PPE. Quantitative methods with a cross-sectional approach were used with a sample of 60 nurses from inpatient rooms. Data was obtained through questionnaires, and statistical analysis was carried out using univariate, bivariate and multivariate tests. The results show a significant relationship between work experience, attitudes, knowledge, availability of PPE, supervision, and social support with the use of PPE. The dominant factors influencing the use of PPE are length of service, attitude and social support. The implication is that attention needs to be paid to education, training, better supervision, as well as a supportive culture and attitude to increase compliance with the use of PPE among nurses in hospitals.

Abstract

Compliance with health workers in implementing hand hygiene is critical because non-compliance can cause infection and disease transmission. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the influence of health workers on hand hygiene at the Peulumat Health Center, South Aceh. The research method used was descriptive correlation with a cross-sectional approach, involving 80 health workers as samples. Data was obtained through interviews using a questionnaire. The results of statistical analysis show that attitude (p 0.003), length of service (p 0.002), and availability of hand hygiene facilities (p 0.000) influence the compliance of health workers at the Peulumat Health Center in South Aceh. The implication is that there is a need to increase supervision and motivation of health workers according to recommendations, and further research with a larger sample, involving other researchers, and using video media is recommended.

Abstract

This study aims to identify factors that influence patients' decisions to reuse health services at the Griya Medika Dompet Dhuafa Lampung Hospital. The research method used was an analytical survey with a cross-sectional design. Data was collected through questionnaires, medical records, and valid references. The research results show that factors such as the quality of doctor/nurse service, facilities, speed of service, and distance have a significant influence on patient decisions. Facilities are the most dominant variable in influencing a patient's decision to return for treatment. Managerial implications and suggestions are presented to improve the quality of care and improve certain aspects that influence patient decisions.

Abstract

The achievement of pharmaceutical services in Indonesia in 2022 reached 68.87%, exceeding the target of 60%, showing an increase from the previous year which was only 57.10% of the target of 55%. This research aims to see the effect of implementing pharmaceutical service standards on increasing patient satisfaction at the Sejiwan Rokan Hilir Community Health Center in 2023. The research method used was quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The results of the research show that reviewing prescriptions, drug information services, counseling, monitoring drug side effects, monitoring drug therapy, and evaluating drug use influence increasing patient satisfaction at the Sejiwan Rokan Hilir Community Health Center in 2023.
