Abstract

Recruitment is one of the human resource management activities to search for prospective employees who will occupy certain positions in an organization (agency). The implementation of recruitment must be able to run according to plan and be objective. Because, this recruitment process will have an impact on the company in the future. In this case, an analysis of outsourcing employee recruitment was carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method by determining the criteria and alternatives to be used. Data processing was carried out by manual calculations using Microsoft Excel and using Super Decision to ensure more precise processing results. The results of the study showed that the priority of criteria and alternatives in manual calculations and with super decision obtained the same results. So that decision making can be taken based on the results of data processing that has been carried out.

Abstract

Abstract. PT. X is one of the motorcycle companies in Indonesia, many good quality motorcycles have been produced and marketed in Indonesia. There are various kinds of components made at PT. X to assemble a motorcycle, one of which is a cylinder head which is part of a motorcycle engine. In producing cylinder heads PT. X certainly has problems that occur, one of the problems that occurs is the dominance of reject products misrun chain among other rejects. This research was conducted using several seven tools methods, namely histograms, pareto diagrams and fishbone charts by focusing on analyzing problems in the most dominant types of rejects and the results of this study are knowing the causes of problems in the most dominant types of rejects with fishbone charts and why-why analysis.

Abstract

PT. Pupuk Kujang Ciampek memproduksi salah satu pupuk yaitu NPK subsidi. Pupuk NPK terdiri dari beberapa bahan baku yakni UREA, KCL, DAP dan CLAY. Dalam memproduksi pupuk ini perusahaan menggunakan strategi make to stock untuk menjaga ketersediaan barang. Dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan yang fluktiatif terjadi ketidakseimbangan antara produksi pupuk NPK dengan penjualan ke konsumen. Hal ini dapat menimbulkan kerugian karena adanya biaya simpan yang ditanggung perusahaan. Untuk mengatasi hal ini dilakukan perencanaan ulang produksi dari dengan melihat pola data peramalan dengan metode holt’s exponential smoothing dan memperhitungkan kebutuhan bahan baku dengan tujuan pengoptimalan persediaan bahan baku dengan teknik penentuan lot sizing wagner within algorithm. Hasil dari peramalan yang dilakukan pada data prouduksi periode Oktober 2022 hingga September 2023 menunjukkan pola data berupa tren menurun. Kemudian hasil perhitungan perencanaan produksi di PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek pada produk pupuk NPK subsidi yaitu membutuhkan tenaga kerja 105 orang dan biaya sebesar Rp 43,551,179,421. Dengan diketahui hasil perencanaan produksi sebanyak 128.147 ton dan bahan baku yang diperlukan untuk produksi NPK subsidi periode Oktober 2023 - September 2024 yaitu Urea 26.646 ton, KCL 28.571 ton, DAP 26.261 ton, dan Clay 38.688 ton.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is an important activity to carry out in order to achieve sales targets or by seeking a wage or profit advantage. This research aims to analyze and determine marketing strategies to increase sales of used cars and motorbikes at PT. UC Auction (Carsome). Data collection methods in this research are observation, interviews and literature as well as identification of internal and external factors, SWOT analysis with the SWOT matrix. The type of research methodology used is a qualitative descriptive method. The findings from this research show tha there are internal and exsternal factors in used cars and motorbike marketing strategy. PT. UC Auction (Carsome), that in 2023 sales of used cars and motorbike from PT. UC Auction (carsome) is still not optimal, this because the are more competitors selling the same vehicles. We recommend that PT. UC Auction (Carsome) is increasing digital marketing to keep up with the development of increasingly broad and modern marketing strategies

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran merupakan salah satu perencanaan PT. Standard Biosensor Healthcare dalam menghadapi persaingan industri alat kesehatan, untuk menjual atau mendistribusikan produk yang dihasilkan agar apa yang menjadi target dari perusahaan dapat tercapai. Penelitian dalam tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan untuk memformulasikan strategi pemasaran produk alat kesehatan PT. Standard Biosensor Healthcare dengan menggunakan metode analisis SWOT. Hasil skor analisis dari faktor IFAS yaitu Strength skor 2,002 sedangkan Weakness skor 0,779 dengan hasil selisih (+) 1,223, dan hasil skor analisis dari faktor EFAS yaitu Opportunity skor 2,083 sedangkan Threats skor 0,724 dengan hasil selisih (+) 1,359 maka hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. Standard Biosensor Healthcare berada pada posisi Strength – Opportunity (SO) Kuadran I, dimana PT. Standard Biosensor Healthcare berada pada tahap Growth Strategy (Tahap Pertumbuhan) dengan menggunakan faktor kekuatan internal Perusahaan untuk memanfaatkan peluang eksternal yang ada, yaitu dengan mengedepankan kekuatan dalam kualitas dan kuantitas produk, serta kecepatan dalam mengembangkan inovasi produk baru.

Abstract

Decision makers need analytical tools that allow them to solve problems. Decisions to be taken are complex with major risks such as policy formulation, decision makers often need tools in scientific, logical, and structured forms. To determine the priority stages of criteria in order to obtain the most optimal results in returning uniform vendor selection decisions at PT Penjalindo Nusantara (Metaform) using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. In essence, AHP is a comprehensive decision-making model by taking into account qualitative and quantitative matters. There are three main principles in problem solving in AHP, namely: Decomposition, Comparative Judgment, and Logical Concistency. Bycomparing in pairs to determine the priority weight on each criterion and alternative. One of the paired comparisons is carried out in pairwise comparisons between criteria. Vendor selection criteria include quality, price, flexibility, delivery and service criteria. . Compiling alternatives that have been determined in the form of matirx in order to obtain the assessment weight of each variable, a table of pair comparison rating scales is made. Based on the results of the AHP calculation, each weight for each venodr is obtained PT Intan of 0.62860 and the weight value of the Super Decision is 0.638683. PT Parahita as a vendor with a weight value of 0.20475 and a weight value in Super Decision of 0.203985. PT Marcapada with a weight value of 0.16665 and a weight value in Super Decision of 0.159189. So the main uniform supplier is PT Intan with the largest weight.

Abstract

Penjalindo Nusantara which is a company engaged in printing or printing, especially packaging or packaging printing. In the process of purchasing materials at PT. Penjalindo Nusantara has problems with late delivery of materials from Vendors, which affects the production process. Based on these problems, it is necessary to conduct research on inventory control using the Probabilistic Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. The results of the research analysis using the Probabilistic Economic Oder Quantity (EOQ) method show that the company can place an optimal order of 6330 kg for each order with a safety stock of 325 kg, the company makes a Reorder Point when inventory reached 3055 kg.

Abstract

Penentuan biaya produksi HPP merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pengelolaan produksi suatu perusahaan. Harga pokok produksi yang akurat dan terperinci diperlukan untuk menghitung laba yang dihasilkan dalam penjualan produk, serta untuk membuat keputusan strategis terkait dengan penetapan harga jual, mengalokasikan sumber daya dan mengevaluasi kinerja perusahaan. Salah satu jenis produk yang populer di industri tekstil adalah benang polyester. Benang poliester digunakan dalam berbagai aplikasi seperti pakaian, kain dan tekstil teknis. Indorama Synthetics adalah salah satu perusahaan terkemuka di Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang produksi benang polyester. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui biaya produksi (HPP) menggunakan metode tradisional, untuk mengetahui biaya produksi (HPP) menggunakan metode ABC, dan untuk mengetahui perbandingan biaya produksi menggunakan metode tradisional dan metode ABC. Metode tradisional adalah pendekatan yang umum digunakan dalam menghitung biaya produksi. Metode ini biasanya didasarkan pada alokasi biaya yang proporsional berdasarkan volume produksi atau faktor tradisional seperti jam kerja langsung atau biaya bahan baku. Metode ABC merupakan pendekatan yang mempertimbangkan kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam proses produksi dan mengalokasikan biaya overhead secara proporsional berdasarkan konsumsi aktivitas oleh masing-masing produk. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan di PT. Indo-Rama Synthetics Tbk, perbandingan Biaya Produksi menggunakan metode ABC untuk produk A benang polyester dengan jenis benang sutra adalah Rp 24.000 dan produk B benang polyester dengan jenis benang sintetis adalah Rp 20.000

Abstract

A construction project is a temporary activity that takes place within a limited period of time and has been determined. In carrying out a project, it is carried out based on the plans that have been made by the project planner, one form of planning a project is the project scheduling of as a toll road business entity is currently carrying out detailed engineering design activities in which the implementation of the project has been delayed. Completion of new projects has reached 85%, one example is the Bridge work (Sta 54+600). In carrying out the bridge work (Sta 54+600) it is planned that the working period is 264 days. However, the implementation of the bridge work (Sta 54 + 600) was delayed by 15 working days, so the planned time for the bridge work was not optimal. in Bridge Construction using the PERT (Project Evaluation and Review Technique) method, there are critical paths on Access Roads, Mobilization, Digging Pile Caps, LC Pile Caps, Formwork Pile Caps, Cast Columns, Erection Girders, Land Clearing, Cast Slabs get an opportunity probability of 0.6179 which meaning that there is a chance that 61.79% of bridge construction projects (Sta 54+600) have a chance to be completed with an optimal duration of 252 days.

Abstract

This study ains to determine the effect of service quality provided by frontliner on customer satisfaction levels at Bank BJB Syariah Purwakarta. Service quality is an important factor in creating customer satisfaction,especially in the service banking sector. In this study, five dimensions of service quality used include reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence. The research method used is a quantitative method using SmartPls. Primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are active customers of Bank BJB Syariah Purwakarta. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression methods to evaluate the extent to which each service dimension affects customer satisfaction. The results of this study show a value of physical evidence of 0.000, reliability of 0.010, assurance of 0.000, empathy of 0.006, which means that the four dimensions of service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, but the value of responsiveness of 0.607 means it is not significant on customer satisfaction because its value is >0.05.
