Abstract

Marriage agreement is an agreement made by the parties before and during the marriage which includes everything that is not limited to property but can also include other things outside of property. Since the decision of the constitutional court number 69/PUU-XIII/2015 the meaning of the marriage agreement has been loosened so that the marriage agreement can not only be made before, when the marriage is carried out but can be made as long as it is in the marriage bond as long as it does not violate the applicable legal rules, religious rules and norms decency. In the marriage agreement, the two parties namely the husband and wife can declare their will and agree on assets and separate assets. In this study the authors used a normative legal approach, namely a study using a statutory approach and descriptive analytical research characteristics. It can be concluded, based on the decision of the constitutional court number 69/PUU-XIII/2015, a marriage agreement can not only be made before, when a marriage is held, but can be made after a marriage is carried out to protect the constitutional rights of citizens and human rights. Keywords: Marriage, Marriage Agreement, Property Abstrak Perjanjian perkawinan adalah perjanjian yang dibuat oleh para pihak sebelum dan saat dilangsungkan perkawinan yang mencakup segala sesuatu yang tidak terbatas pada harta benda tetapi juga dapat mencakup hal lain di luar harta benda. Sejak adanya Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi nomor 69/PUU-XIII/2015 makna perjanjian perkawinan semakin dilonggarkan sehingga perjanjian perkawinan tidak hanya dapat dibuat sebelum, saat dilangsungkan perkawinan namun dapat dibuat sepanjang dalam ikatan perkawinan, asalkan tidak melanggar aturan hukum yang berlaku, aturan agama dan norma kesusilaan. Dalam perjanjian kawin, kedua pihak yakni suami istri dapat menyatakan kehendak dan bersepakat terhadap harta kekayaan untuk melakukan penyatuan harta, dan pemisahan harta. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan pendekatan hukum normatif yaitu suatu penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan sifat penelitian deskriptif analitis. Dapat disimpulkan, berdasarkan Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi nomor 69/PUU-XIII/2015, perjanjian perkawinan tidak hanya dapat dibuat sebelum, saat dilangsungkan perkawinan namun dapat dibuat setelah dilaksanakan suatu perkawinan untuk menjaga hak-hak konstitusional warga negara dan hak asasi manusia. Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Raudlatul Ulum is the largest salaf Islamic boarding school in Ganjaran Village, Malang, which has an educational focus on divinity, in line with the values of Pancasila, science, and technology. This study develops the objectives of a multicultural Islamic religious education curriculum using five main principles: relevance, flexibility, continuity, efficiency, and effectiveness. This approach is based on five foundations: Salafi essential perennials, mazhabi essential perennials, modernist typology, contextual essential perennials, and tauhid-based social reconstruction. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The findings show that the developed curriculum effectively creates an inclusive learning environment oriented towards multicultural values.

Abstract

Religious moderation is a way to ensure the creation of harmony among different religious communities in this world. Without prioritizing or discriminating against any particular religion. The purpose of interfaith dialogue and cooperation is to maintain and create religious moderation for dialogue and mutual visits among religious leaders. This is a necessity in the field (the urgency of religion) to build and foster brotherhood, and to appreciate the existing differences. The basic principle of religious moderation is fairness and balance. The foundation for religious moderation from the biblical perspective that the author offers is based on Jeremiah 29:1-9; Romans 13:1-7. The church, in this case, the servants of God and Christians (believers), obeys the existing government. Pray and strive for the welfare of the city where God has placed us. For the welfare of the city is our collective welfare. The current government is an instrument that God uses for the good of society, the nation, and the country. The aim of this research is to foster harmony among religious communities and to fulfill their rights and obligations. The method used in this research is qualitative, utilizing supporting references through a literature approach.

Abstract

Aceh has been synonymous with negative perceptions among people outside the province. This is due to the prolonged armed conflict and the devastating tsunami in 2004. Despite these challenges, Aceh possesses abundant potential for tourism, including natural attractions, historical sites, cultural arts, and religious tourism. However, negative perceptions continue to influence tourists' decisions to visit Aceh. Therefore, this study aims to analyze public sentiment or public opinion towards Aceh's tourism using the Naive Bayes algorithm on the X (Twitter) social media platform. Data for this study was collected from tweets on X (Twitter) using the keyword "Aceh tourism" and then underwent several data pre-processing stages to improve data quality, including text cleaning, case folding, word normalization, tokenization, stop word removal, and stemming. Afterward, the Naive Bayes algorithm was applied to classify tweet sentiment into positive and negative categories. Model evaluation was conducted using a confusion matrix, accuracy, and classification report. The results showed that Naive Bayes performed well in classifying public sentiment with an accuracy of 81%. This analysis indicates that public perception towards Aceh's tourism has begun to shift positively, presenting a promising opportunity for the future development of Aceh's tourism sector.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini membahas mengenai pemberdayaan dan pelatihan pembuatan batik ecoprint untuk masyarakat di Desa Bintoro, Kecamatan Patrang, Kabupaten Jember. Potensi tanaman yang ada di Desa Bintoro dapat dimanfaatkan dengan optimal sebagai bahan penambah nilai guna produk. Banyaknya masyarakat di Desa Bintoro terutama ibu rumah tangga yang belum memiliki pekerjaan, sehingga memotivasi peneliti untuk melakukan kegiatan pemberdayaan sebagai wadah untuk memotivasi masyarakat dalam pembuatan batik ecoprint. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini melibatkan pemberdayaan dan pelatihan batik ecoprint di Desa Bintoro, dengan tahapan kegiatan meliputi penyampaian materi dan praktik secara langsung oleh masyarakat. Kegiatan pemberdayaan yang dilakukan peneliti telah memotivasi masyarakat menjadi lebih kreatif dalam menginovasikan potensi tanaman di sekitar. Luaran yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini berupa modul pelatihan masyarakat sebagai penunjang pengetahuan dasar mengenai batik ecoprint.

Abstract

Desa Grenden memiliki potensi lokal berupa jagung sehingga di desa ini banyak ditemukan limbah jagung salah satunya yakni tongkol jagung. BPSIT Serealia menyebutkan bahwa produksi jagung di indonesia periode maret 2024 mencapai 2,29 juta ton. Pemupukan bertujuan untuk menghasilkan pertumbuhan tanaman yang lebih baik, selain menambah unsur hara makro dan mikro didalam tanah, hasil dan mutu tanaman dapat terjamin dengan baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang memfokuskan pada pendeskripsian hasil yang diperoleh secara nyata berdasarkan kondisi di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik data primer dan sekunder. Tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi yaitu; survey desa, Perencanaan kegiatan, dan Pelaksanaan Kegiatan. Kandungan zat nutrisi dalam tongkol jagung yakni bahan kering 90,0%, Serta kasar 36,0%, Protein kasar 3,0%, Lemak kasar 0,5%, Abu 2,0%, TDN 48,0%, ADF 36,0%, NDF 39,0%, Ca 0,12%, dan P 0,04%. Kegiatan edukasi dan pengenalan pengolahan limbah tongkol jagung menjadi pupuk organik memberikan dampak positif jangka panjang, baik dari segi lingkungan maupun ekonomi.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country. The possibility of an ideal abundance of fish can bring prosperity to the human life of a fisherman. However, in reality, this natural wealth cannot be obtained immediately by guaranteeing the creation of wealth for the lives of fishermen who live in coastal areas. Fishermen's dependence on tauke not only impacts economic transactions, but also impacts coastal communities. In this research, the author used a qualitative research method by collecting data, namely conducting interviews with fishermen regarding their dependence on tauke and conducting observations in Mantang Lama Village. From the results of the interview above in terms of facilities for worker fishermen to repair their own bots using capital from the tauke. This will also have an impact on the inseparability of working fishermen who are always tied to the tauke because of these things. One of the fishermen's dependence on tauke is borrowing money. Because the majority of fishermen in Mantang Lama Village do not have other jobs. Fishermen's dependence on tauke means they are trapped in complex patterns of cooperation. Starting from capital loans to production sharing agreements, these relationships create dependencies that are difficult for fishermen to break away from.

Abstract

Kesadaran lingkungan siswa masih sangat rendah. Hal ini terlihat dengan banyaknya limbah-limbah rumah tangga yang di buang begitu saja, contohnya seperti limbah ikan. Limbah ikan sering kali tak di anggap dan hanya menjadi limbah rumah tangga yang tak berguna. Tidak adanya pengetahuan mengenai pengelolaan limbah dengan baik yang dilakukan di sekolah membuat siswa tidak mengetahui bagaimana mengelola limbah yang benar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan pada siswa serta menumbuhkan sikap peduli terhadap lingkungan melalui pembelajaran praktek menggunakan limbah ikan menjadi pupuk. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di MTs Nurul Ihsan Desa Bonto Tiro kecematan Sinoa Kabupaten Bantaeng yang berjumlah 15 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu angket dan lembar observasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah siswa dapat meningkatkan kepedulian mereka terhadap lingkungan bahkan dari hal kecil seperti limbah ikan menjadi pupuk organik

Abstract

This study aimed to discuss the integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in English Language Teaching (ELT) in higher education based on a systematic review of several relevant articles. The articles analyzed include studies regarding teachers’ knowledge and experiences regarding the use of ICT in English language teaching, as well as the challenges and potential associated with implementing these technologies in the classroom. The findings show that although many teachers, both novice and experienced, show high confidence in using ICT tools, difficulties in pedagogical application and lack of practical training are the main barriers. Some other inhibiting factors are a lack of access to technology, limited infrastructure, and resistance to change among more experienced educators. This article suggests a more holistic approach in preparing educators for ICT integration, including improved professional training focusing on developing pedagogical skills in ICT use and stronger institutional support. Although these challenges are significant, the potential of ICT in improving student engagement and learning outcomes suggests that effective technology integration can significantly impact English language teaching in higher education.

Abstract

This study examines the diverse epistemological approaches in Islam - traditional (naqli), rational (aqli), and sufistic (dzauqi) - which reflect different methods of acquiring and validating knowledge. The research problem stems from the frequent isolation of these approaches in contemporary discourse, creating a gap in understanding their potential integration and collective contribution to Islamic thought. The objectives are threefold: (1) to analyze the methodological foundations of each approach, (2) to compare their strengths and limitations, and (3) to explore their complementary roles in addressing modern epistemological challenges. Using qualitative methodology with literature analysis, the study draws from classical Islamic texts and works by key figures like Al-Ghazali, Ibn Sina, and Ibn Arabi. The findings reveal that while the naqli approach emphasizes textual authority, aqli prioritizes reason, and dzauqi values spiritual experience, these methods are not mutually exclusive. Rather, they form a dynamic spectrum of knowledge acquisition in Islam. The research demonstrates how integrating these approaches can enrich contemporary Islamic scholarship, particularly in reconciling faith with modern science and addressing secular epistemological frameworks. The implications suggest the need for educational models that harmonize textual, rational, and spiritual dimensions of knowledge, offering Muslims a more holistic approach to navigating today's intellectual landscape while maintaining theological integrity.
