Abstract

Penyebaran Covid-19 berdampak ke berbagai sektor pelayanan kesehatan di puskesmas, sehingga mempengaruhi pelayanan tenaga kesehatan karena ketakutan akan penularan covid 19 yang akan menimbulkan persepsi yang kurang baik dikalangan masyarakat. Hasil wawancara yang dilakukan tanggal 27 April 2021 terhadap 5 orang pasien 2 Pasien menjawab belum puas karena sikap pegawai bagian pengambilan obat bersikap kurang ramah, kondisi kamar mandi kurang bersih. 2 pasien menyatakan pelayanan petugas kesehatan yang kurang ramah sehingga membuat pasien membatasi diri untuk bertanya serta menyampaikan keluhan mereka dan 3 pasien menyatakan jadwal pelayanan kadang tidak tepat waktu sesuai yang tercatat di papan informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya persepsi pasien tentang mutu pelayanan kesehatan yang meliputi bukti langsung, daya tanggap, kehandalan, jaminan dan empati di Puskesmas Bulili Kecamatan Palu Selatan Kota Palu. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif. Variabel yang diteliti yaitu: bukti langsung, daya tanggap, kehandalan, jaminan dan empati. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh pasien yang berkunjung di Puskesmas Bulili berjumlah 44 orang menggunakan metode acidental sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan persepsi pasien dalam mutu pelayanan kesehatan dari bukti langsung yang baik sebanyak 54,5% dan kurang baik sebanyak 45,5%. Daya tanggap persepsi yang baik sebanyak 77,3% dan kurang baik sebanyak 22,7%. Kehandalan yang baik sebanyak 54,5% dan kurang baik sebanyak 45,5%. Jaminan yang baik sebanyak 63,6% dan kurang baik sebanyak 36,4%. Empati yang baik sebanyak 61,4% dan kurang baik sebanyak 38,6%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini tentang persepsi pasien dalam mutu pelayanan kesehatan dari segi bukti langsung, kehandalan, jaminan dan empati lebih banyak yang baik dari pada yang kurang baik. Diharapkan bagi petugas kesehatan yang ada di Puskesmas Bulili untuk lebih meningkatkan kinerja tenaga sumber daya manusia yang ada di puskesmas agar tetap selalu menjaga mutu dari pelayanan kesehatan agar menciptakan persepsi pasien yang baik dalam menilai dan menerima pelayanan kesehatan.

Abstract

Schistosomiasis di Indonesia disebabkan Schitosoma japonicum ditemukan endemic di dua daerah Sulawesi Tengah, tepatnya di dataran Tinggi Lindu dan Dataran Tinggi Napu, penyakit ini pertama kali dilaporkan oleh Muller dan Tesch pada tahun 1937. Pada tahun yang sama, Desa Tomado dinyatakan sebagai daerah endemis schitoosomiasis oleh Brug dan Tesch. Masalah Schistosomiasis di daratan tinggi Lindu hanya menyangkut keong sebagai perantara dan cacing sebagai penular. Perilaku masyarakat dalam mendukung ataupun pencegahan terjadinya penularan penyakit sangat dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap penyakit tersebut. Pengetahuan yang baik terhadap suatu penyakit akan memberikan pengaruh untuk bersikap dan bahkan melakukan tindakan yang dapat mendukung upaya pencegahan penularan terhadap penyakit. Aspek sosial budaya mempunyai peranan dalam penularan schistosomiasis meliputi: pengetahuan, perilaku, kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap schistosomiasis.  Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang pencegahan penyakit Schistosomiasis melalui penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) pada masyarakat di desa Puro Kecamatan Lindu Kabupaten Sigi. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, peserta dapat menjawab kuesioner setelah dilakukan pelaksanaan penyuluhan dengan hasil yang sangat baik sebesar 68.18% dan hasil yang baik sebesar 31.82%. Pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan melalui penyuluhan diikuti oleh warga desa Poru Kecamatan Lindu Kabupaten Sigi Sulawesi Tengah

Abstract

Masalah kesehatan masyarakat sampai saat ini masih menjadi perhatian bagi pemerintah. Kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya kesehatan masih rendah. Data yang peneliti peroleh dari Desa Cempa ditahun 2023. Pada tahun 2020 dengan jumlah 139 KK yang memiliki jamban sehat sebanyak 56 KK, Tahun 2021 dengan jumlah 154 KK yang memiliki jamban sehat sebanyak 63 KK, Tahun 2022 dengan jumlah 178 KK yang memiliki jamban sehat sebanyak 78 KK, Tahun 2023 berjumlah 207 KK yang memiliki Jamban Sehat sebanyak 92 KK. Dari data ini menunjukan bahwa program jamban sehat belum mencapai target yang diharpakan yaitu 56,2%.Tujuan penelitian diketahuinya pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat tentang jamban sehat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan dan sikap tentang jamban sehat. Jenis data yaitu primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa univariat. Populasi pada penelitian sebanyak 207 KK. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 37 KK. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa responden dengan yang berpengetahuan, baik sebanyak 9 responden 24.6%, cukup sebanyak 24 responden 64.9%, kurang sebanyak 4 responden 10.5%. Hasil penelitian sikap responden berpengetahuan baik sebanyak 5 responden 13.6%, cukup sebanyak 21 responden 56.7%, kurang sebanyak 11 responden 29.7%. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat tentang jamban sehat sebagian besar cukup. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah aparat desa agar lebih membantu dalam memberikan informasi baik pengetahuan maupun tindakan kepada masyarakat agar lebih memperhatikan penggunaan jamban sehat.

Abstract

Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) is a technique that combines body system techniques and spiritual therapy using pressure on certain points on the body. SEFT includes helping individuals free from emotional stress (negative energy), which is the cause of increasing blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Hypertension is a condition where there is an increase in blood pressure, characterized by symptoms that will progress to a target organ, such as stroke, coronary heart disease and right ventricular hypertrophy. This systematic review aims to assess the effects of the Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) with the result of reducing blood pressure in hypertensive sufferers. Using a systematic review by utilizing four electronic databases for searching: Pubmed, Science Direct, Google Scholar and Garuda Portal. Randomized Control Trial and Quasy Experiment studies that conducted research on SEFT were used as inclusion criteria. This systematic review contained ten studies meeting the criteria for a full text review. The findings in this study show that SEFT is very effective in reducing blood pressure in people with hypertension. Non-pharmacological intervention, namely SEFT (Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique), has a good impact on hypertension to reduce blood pressure. So, it can be used as a good complementary therapy for hypertension sufferers.

Abstract

Introduction: Parenting patterns are classified into three, namely authoritarian parenting models, permissive parenting models and democratic parenting models. During interviews with several children's parents, parents said that their children were difficult to direct, they did not hear what was being said, their children often threw tantrums such as throwing, hitting them if their wishes were not met, there were also children who did not want to talk when gathered with the family, children only wanted to talk. when parents ask. Objective: The aim of the research is to determine the parenting patterns of parents and the emotional development of preschool age children at Al-Khairaat Parigi Kindergarten, Loji Village, Parigi Moutong Regency.. Method: This research method uses a quantitative design with a descriptive research design. The variables in this research are parenting patterns, with the types of data used namely primary data and secondary data, data analysis uses univariate analysis. The population in this study was 56 people and the sample was 36 people with a sampling technique, namely simple random sampling Result: The research results showed that democratic parenting was 23 respondents (63.9%), permissive parenting was 9 respondents (25.0%) and authoritarian parenting was 4 respondents (11.1%). Conclusion: Most respondents apply a democratic parenting style to preschool-aged children at Al-Khairaat Kindergarten, Loji Village, Parigi Moutong Regency. The advice from this research is that it is hoped that parents and schools will pay attention to which parenting style will be given to children so that they can develop optimal emotional development.

Abstract

Nursing services are an integral part of health services in hospitals which have a role in achieving efficiency and the quality of the hospital's image in the community. Nurses are one of the professional staff, so it is necessary to improve the quality of hospital nursing care services. As a result of interviews conducted by researchers, 10 patients said that the service provided was quite good and satisfactory, but 3 patients said they were not satisfied with the service provided, and were less responsive to complaints from patients being treated in the room. This research aims to determine patient perceptions of the quality of nursing services in the inpatient installation room at the Torabelo Regional General Hospital, Sigi Regency. This type of research uses a descriptive research design method, in the inpatient installation of the Tora Belo General Hospital, Sigi Regency. Pine Room, Ebony. Data collection uses questionnaires. The variable in this research is the patient's perception of the quality of nursing services. Data analysis uses univariate analysis. The population in this study were all hospitalized patients with a total sample of 44 people using proportional sampling by accidental sampling which met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of research on patient perceptions of the quality of nursing services in the inpatient installation room at the Tora Belo Regional General Hospital, Sigi Regency showed that of the 44 respondents, there were more patients who had a good perception, namely 23 (52.3%) while patients who had a less good perception were 21 (47,7%). Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the majority of respondents have a good perception of the quality of nursing services at Tora Belo General Hospital, Sigi Regency. It is hoped that the Tora Belo General Hospital can further improve the quality of nursing and health services through training programs or health seminars.

Abstract

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), 1.28 billion adults worldwide will suffer from hypertension by 2023. 46% of people with hypertension are affected across various regions. Africa has the highest prevalence of hypertension at 27%, while the Americas have the lowest prevalence at 18%. Based on interviews with four people in Baluase Village, one person stated they already knew that boiled bay leaves could lower high blood pressure, while three hypertensive patients stated they were unaware that boiled bay leaves could lower blood pressure. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of boiled bay leaves on lowering blood pressure in hypertensive respondents in Baluase Village, within the Baluase Community Health Center (Puskesmas) working area. This study was quantitative, with a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test-post-test design. The data types used were primary and secondary data. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. The population in this study amounted to 26 people. The sample in this study amounted to 26 respondents, the sampling technique used total sampling. The results of the study showed that the results of the Wilcoxon test obtained showed that there was an effect of bay leaf decoction on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive respondents with a p value = 0.000 (p <0.05), the pre-test results were 53.8% with level 1 hypertension, and the post-test results were 88.5% with pre-hypertension. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of bay leaf decoction on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive respondents in Baluase Village, Baluase Health Center Working Area. Suggestions It is hoped that this study can be a comparison and reference for further research. For health workers at the Baluase Health Center, it is hoped that they can apply traditional medicine for hypertension sufferers.
