Abstract

This article is based on a developmental research which is aimed at constructing audio visual media writing news. This media is developed with a contextual approach. Materials and training tasks are presented, designed using contextual approach or match an environment of student. Through this approach, students are expected to construct experiences into the learning situation. The design used in the development of audio-visual media using the model of learning to write news Alessi and Trollip's development, this model has three attributes. The three attributes is standardization, project management, and ongoing evaluation. The three attributes of the development is implemented in three steps, namely planing, design, and development. Each activity has a phase step of each that must be passed. Than, the development process running in a planned, detailed, and measurable so as to produce audio video media products (CDs) in learning to write news. Keywords: audio visual media, news writing, model development.

Abstract

This thesis is the result of research and discussion. The problem identification in this research is what are the business prospects for selling Cuban Safe Coffee powder in Takengon, Central Aceh Regency. And the aim of this research is to determine the business prospects for selling Safe Cuban coffee powder in Takengon, Central Aceh Regency. The benefit of this research is to develop good knowledge and apply the knowledge that has been obtained during the course. Information and references for those selling Safe Cuban Takengon coffee powder as well as a wealth of knowledge. The scope of this research is to analyze the business prospects for selling Aman Kuba coffee powder in Takengon, Central Aceh Regency within the next 5 years. The respondents/informants in this research were 5 owners and employees of CV Aman Kuba Takengon. Data collection was carried out by observation and interviews. This research is quantitative research. The data analysis method uses the least square method with the formula Y=a+bX. From the research results, it was found that sales of Aman Kuba coffee powder in 2018 amounted to IDR 122,500,000, in 2019 it amounted to IDR 168,000,000, in 2020 it amounted to IDR 143,000,000, in 2021 it amounted to IDR 144,000,000, and in 2022 it amounted to IDR 164,000. 000. The results of the discussion obtained from the equation Y = Rp. 148,300,000 + Rp. 5,900,000x, shows that CV coffee powder sales. Aman Cuba has a fixed (constant) sales value of Rp. 148,300,000 and the sales change value (coefficient) b > 0 or positive, namely Rp. 5,900,000. The estimated sales results for Aman Kuba coffee powder using the smallest quadrant method in 2023 are estimated at Rp. 166,000,000,-. In 2024 it will be 171,900,000.-. In 2025 it will be Rp. 177,800,000,-. In 2026 it will be IDR. 183,700,000,-. And the estimated sales of coffee powder in 2027 is IDR. 219,600,000,-. Thus, this value shows the sales of CV coffee powder. Aman Cuba has very good prospects in the future.

Abstract

Background: High rates of undernutrition are strongly associated with feeding practices. Good complementary feeding, including appropriate education to improve with or without food supplements, is very effective in reducing the incidence of stunting in the first two years of life. Inadequate complementary feeding is caused by low food quality and child feeding practices that affect the nutritional status of children where in Aceh Besar District the prevalence of nutritional status of weight-for-age indicators is 5,4% malnutrition and 16,7% underweight (22,1%).Objective: To determine the effect of diversity and complementary feeding on the nutritional status of children aged 6-24 months. Methods: The design of this study is Quasy Experimental using the Wilcoxon test with a pre-post test approach in the case group to see the provision of diversity education and complementary feeding practices with nutritional status aged 6-24 months in Aceh Besar District. The study was conducted in Darul Imarah District, Aceh Besar Regency with a total sample size of 40 people. Results: There was a significant difference before and after the intervention in the case group on children's weight (p = 0,001), energy intake (p = 0,001), carbohydrate intake (p value = 0,003), protein intake (p value = 0,022), fat intake (p value = 0,003), and there was no significant difference in the diversity of complementary foods (p value = 0,001).Conclusion: Children's body weight, energy intake, carbohydrate intake, protein intake, and fat intake were significantly affected after the intervention.

Abstract

Background: The nutritional content of nipah fruit such as zinc and fiber plays an important role in regulating blood sugar levels in diabetes patients (DM). One way to increase the concentration of nutritional value and bioactive substances in palm fruit is to extract it. Active compounds such as tannins, flavonoids, polysaccharides, saponins, and terpenoids in palm fruit extract can inhibit the activity of amylase and glucosidase enzymes, which are mediated by Glucose Transporter-2 (GLUT-2) so that they affect controlling blood sugar levels. GLUT-2 is a protein that plays a role in transporting glucose from outside to inside cells, so it plays an essential role in maintaining balanced blood sugar levels. Objective: This research aims to examine the nutrients in palm fruit extract and its effect on Glucose transporter-2 (GLUT-2) in STZ-induced  in rats.Method: This study is experimental research using experimental laboratory methods carried out in the FKH USK laboratory in June 2022. Making nipah fruit extract is carried out by maceration using 95% ethanol. Carbohydrate, protein, fat, zinc, and Fe levels were analyzed using the Luff Schoorl, Kjeldahl, Soxhletasi, and AAS test method. Testing for water content and crude fibre uses a gravimetric test. Twenty-five rat samples were divided into four groups and induced with STZ 40 mg/kg BW. Checking blood sugar levels is needed to see hyperglycemic conditions in rats. GLUT-2 measurement after administering nipah extract for one month using the ELISA technique. The data obtained were analyzed by an ANOVA test. Results: Based on the results, it was found that fruit extract contained 15,79% carbohydrates, 7,04% protein, 6,02% fat, 0,0327% zinc, water content 24,05% and crude fibre 0,36%. The average GLUT-2 level in the control group was 7,24 ± 1,35 ng/ml, the DM group was 6,75 ± 0,81 ng/ml, the DM+extract group was 6,84 ± 0,56 ng/ml, the DM+metformin group was 7,34 ± 0,86ng/ml, and the DM+extract+metformin group was 6,93± 1,01 ng/ml.Conclusion: Nipah fruit extract contains carbohydrates, protein, fat and zinc. Administration of palm fruit extract for one month did not significantly effect on GLUT-2 in various groups of rats (0,83).
