Abstract

Hydroponic farming, especially melons, is gaining popularity in Indonesia along with the increasing demand for food. Despite the increasing interest and adoption of this method, the level of consumer satisfaction with hydroponic melons is still a problem that needs to be researched, especially in Kediri City. Therefore, it is necessary to examine product quality, price, and location on consumer satisfaction at Omah Melon Kediri and Sanjaya and TT Hydroponics in the Kediri city area. The analysis techniques used in this study are classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), F test, and t test. The results of the study concluded that Product Quality (X1), Price (X2) and Location (X3) simultaneously affect Consumer Satisfaction (Y) at Omah Melon Kediri and Sanjaya and TT Hydroponics. Product Quality (X1) has no effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) both at Omah Melon Kediri and Sanjaya and TT Hydroponics. Price (X2) has an effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) both at Omah Melon Kediri and Sanjaya and TT Hydroponics. Location (X3) affects customer satisfaction (Y) at Omah Melon Kediri, but location (X3) has no effect on customer satisfaction (Y) at Sanjaya and TT Hydroponics.

Abstract

Efisiensi ekonomi sangat berpengaruh dalam pendapatan petani tembakau yang dijabarkan melalui faktor-faktor produksi. Efisiensi penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi dilakukan dengan cara pengukuran setiap faktor produksi yang digunakan sehingga akan diketahui batas maksimal penggunaan faktor produksi tersebut. Efisiensi penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi inilah yang nantinya dapat menjadi acuan untuk keberlanjutan usaha tani tembakau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Bagaimana efisiensi ekonomi terhadap keberlanjutan usaha tani tembakau di Kabupaten Madiun, (2) Bagaimana pendapatan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha tani tembakau di Kabupaten Madiun, (3) Bagaimana efisiensi ekonomi dan pendapatan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha tani tembakau di Kabupaten Madiun. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 4 bulan di 3 kecamatan yakni Kecamatan Saradan, Kecamatan Pilangkenceng, dan Kecamatan Kare Kabupaten Madiun Provinsi Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Penentuan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Objek penelitian adalah petani sebagai responden sebanyak 150 orang, yaitu petani tembakau di Kecamatan Saradan, Kecamatan Pilangkenceng, dan Kecamatan Kare. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan melalui fugsi produksi Cobb-Douglass. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, faktor produksi sangat berpengaruh pada pendapatan dan juga keberlanjutan usaha petani tembakau di Kabupaten Madiun. Kedua, di 3 kecamatan yang telah dilakukan survei nilai yang dihasilkan sangat positif untuk keberlanjutan usaha tani tembakau.

Abstract

Agriculture plays a crucial role in food security, particularly in food provision. One major challenge faced by farmers is pest and disease attacks that threaten crop yields. Pesticides are widely used to mitigate these threats. Agricature Store Wahyu Tani, a pesticide retailer operating for over 30 years, provides various pesticide products from well-known brands. Amid increasing competition, the store continues to adapt, relying on personal selling and word-of-mouth (WOM) strategies to influence farmers' purchasing decisions. This study examines the impact of personal selling and WOM on pesticide purchasing decisions at Agricature Store Wahyu Tani. Using purposive sampling, 60 customers were surveyed through questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis reveals that both personal selling and WOM positively influence purchasing decisions, both individually and simultaneously. The result of the analysis using IBM SPSS Statistic 27 showed the R-square value of 0.780 indicates that 78% of the variability in purchasing decisions is explained by these variables. The linier regression analysis result of Y = 6.325 + 0.641X1+ 0.402X2 and the The F-value (100.883) > F-table (3.16).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job rotation on employee performance with work-life balance as a mediating variable at the Kediri Customs Office. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected from 83 active employees through a closed questionnaire. Data analysis employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that job rotation has a positive effect on work-life balance and directly improves employee performance. Work-life balance also positively influences performance and mediates the effect of job rotation on performance. These findings suggest that structured and planned job rotation can enhance employee skills, reduce burnout, and support a healthier work environment, ultimately boosting organizational performance..

Abstract

Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang dimaksud pada penelitian ini berkenaandengan kesanggupan pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Blitardalam menaati kewajiban serta menghindari larangan berdasarkan Peraturan PemerintahNomor 53 tahun 2010 tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Kewajiban mencakupdiantaranya masuk kerja dan mentaati ketentuan jam kerja, mencapai sasaran kerja pegawaiyang telah ditetapkan, memberikan pelayanan yang sebaikbaiknya kepada masyarakat sesuaidengan Standar Pelayanan. Berkenaan dengan larangan antara lain mencakup menerimapemberian atau hadiah baik apa saja dan dari siapapun juga berhubungan dengan pekerjaanatau jabatan, melakukan tindakan yang mempersulit atau menghalangi pihak yang dilayanisehingga mengakibatkan kerugian bagi yang dilayani. Abstract

Health service referrals are a form of health service delivery that regulatesthe delegation of duties and responsibilities for health services. Health servicereferrals start from primary health care and continue to secondary and tertiary service levels which can only be provided if there is a referral from primary or secondary health care. Referral to a higher level of health facility is called a tiered referral. Health referrals require fast, practical, efficient, accurate and reliable information. This research aims to determine the extent of the implementation of the Integrated Referral System (SISRUTE) in Pamekasan so that it can make it easier for health workers to optimize health services. The method used in this research was a qualitative approach. Data collection used Purposive Sampling with in-depth interview techniques through questions to 14 informants consisting of 10 nurses and 4 midwives accompanied by 1 Triangulator, head of the referral field for Pamekasan district. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, documentation, and Foccus Group Discuss. The results of this research it is known that the Implementation of the Integrated Referral System (SISRUTE) in Pamekasan can help health workers speed up patient referrals with the help of supporting facilities and infrastructure as well as the ability of human resources to operate (SISRUTE)

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of personality, social and professional competencies on improving teacher performance at SMK Al Khoiriyah. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative design. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling method, involving all teachers at SMK Al Khoiriyah totaling 37 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20,0 program. The results indicate that all three competencies positively influence teacher performance improvement, both simultaneously and partially. Teachers’ personality competence contributes to shaping professional attitudes in dealing with students and the school environment. Social competence has been proven to enhance communication effectiveness and teachers’ collaboration with various parties, which ultimately have a positive impact on the learning process. Professional competence plays an important role in increasing the effectiveness of delivering material and implementing innovative learning strategies. This finding confirms that improving teacher performance must be done comprehensively by balancing the three competencies. Therefore, it is recommended that schools continue to support the development of teacher competence through training, self-reflection and strengthening the professional community.

Abstract

The integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) is a great mandate that must be preserved through the integration of scientific truth, philosophy, and religion as the main pillars in building a sovereign, just, and dignified nation. Scientific truth plays a role in providing rational foundations, empirical data, and practical solutions to address global issues such as climate change, food security, energy, and public health, while philosophy serves as an ethical guide that ensures national policies remain aligned with the values of justice, freedom, and unity as reflected in Pancasila. On the other hand, religious truth provides spiritual and moral foundations that maintain harmony in religious diversity while preventing the threats of radicalism, extremism, and national disintegration. In the context of Indonesia’s plurality, which encompasses diverse cultures, ethnicities, languages, and beliefs, the synergy between science, philosophy, and religion becomes the key to creating social harmony, strengthening solidarity, and managing diversity as a source of national strength rather than a threat. This study also emphasizes the importance of inclusive education, interdisciplinary dialogue, and religious moderation as strategies to reinforce social cohesion, increase national competitiveness, and ensure sustainable development. With this holistic approach, NKRI has a solid foundation to face the dynamics of globalization without losing its identity and national character. Therefore, safeguarding NKRI is not only about protecting territorial boundaries but also about nurturing the nation’s social integrity, morality, and spirituality so that it remains an inclusive, tolerant, advanced, and harmonious state.
