Abstract

Masalah kalangan perempuan tani di Desa Wonokerto adalah pendidikan formal yang rendah dan keterbatasan pengetahuan tentang nilai tambah ekonomis buah salak dan produk garut yang dibudidayakan secara alami (organik). Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pendidikan dan pelatihan makanan organik olahan berbasis garut dan salak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peranan pendidikan dan pelatihan pangan olahan organik terhadap jiwa kewirausahaan dan kemampuan perempuan tani Wonokerto antara yang berpartisipasi dalam pendidikan makanan organik olahan dan yang tidak. Analisis data dilakukan dengan MANOVA (Multivariate Analysis of Variance) T2 Hotelling tes karena variabel dependen lebih dari dua variabel (multivariat). Hasil analisis terhadap kemampuan perempuan tani menunjukkan perbedaan antara yang berpartisipasi dalam pendidikan dan pelatihan makanan organik olahan dan yang tidak. Namun, tidak terdapat perbedaan jiwa kewirausahaan antara perempuan tani yang berpartisipasi dalam pendidikan dan pelatihan makanan organik olahan dan yang tidak mengikuti. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan makanan organik olahan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan petani perempuan di Wonokerto. Disarankan untuk meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan perempuan tani Wonokerto agar mampu melakukan usaha, perlu dilakukan pelatihan kewirausahaan secara lebih kontinyu dan efektif.   Kata Kunci : RTH Jalur Jalan, Fungsi Kawasan, Vegetasi Lokal, Koefisiensi Penilaian Ideal (KPI).

Abstract

The performance of local governments are much under the spotlight. People are asking the benefits of public services. Now the Department of Transportation Mandailing Natal using LAKIP as performance reports. But the performance is reflected in LAKIP often it is not the actual condition. SAKIP still limited to the determination of the vision, mission and goals of the organization. The purpose of this research are: (1) to formulate the design performance measurement system based on the BSC approachment at the Department of Transportation Mandailing Natal, (2) to formulate the design of strategic maps that the relevant for the Department of Transportation Mandailing Natal and  (3) analyze the results of performance measurement at the Department of Transportation Mandailing Natal based on the BSC in 2018. The method used are the AHP and BSC with four perspectives: financial perspective, customer perspective, perspective of business process internal and learning and growth perspective. The results design of the performance measurement system consists of 10 strategic goals and 17 Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The result of AHP is the customer's perspective (0.557), the financial perspective (0.273), internal business process perspective (0.087) and learning and growth perspective (0.083). And the results of performance measurement Mandailing Natal Department of Transportation in 2018 is 71.97% (red = less). Score the highest performance is the perspective of learning and growth of 85.48% (yellow), score the performance of internal business process perspective is 75.72% (red) score financial perspective is 70.24% (red) to score the performance of the customer's perspective score is 70.22% (red).

Abstract

The underlying reason for conducting the study is need for organic processed food. Producing innovative organic processed food is not an easy task since it requires creativity. The statement of the problem is how to create entrepreneurial interest to produce organic processed food. The study is a qualitative study of which purpose is to describe organic processed food SMEs behavior. There are 7 (seven) informants involved in the study. The setting of the study is SMEs in “Lily go to organic Group” community in Malang, Indonesia. Variables of entrepreneurial interest in organic processed food involve attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control. The findings show that creativity influences entrepreneurial interest in organic processed food and it results in creativity. Creativity is also the result of spiritual entrepreneurship that takes understanding towards organic processed food material into consideration. In addition, Lily Group members also take time, capital, raw materials and marketing into account. Another finding reveals that sincerity and strong determination facilitates organic processed food entrepreneurs to work their best. Such determination needs reinforcement from other related party so that the product is accepted by customers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh konsumsi energi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia yang dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi keenergian Indonesia yang memiliki ketergantungan tinggi terhadap minyak, melupakan kebijakan konservasi, elektrifikasi yang rendah dan aksesibilitas energi yang rendah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis Vector Error Corection Model (VECM) dengan data time series periode 1980-2012. Dalam penelitian ini, energi diposisikan sebagai input produksi sehingga harus disertakan input neoklasik berupa modal dan tenaga kerja guna menghindari estimasi yang bias. Selain itu juga disertakan variabel eksogen berupa dummy krisis sebagai variabel kontrol waktu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi dipengaruhi oleh total konsumsi energi. Kenaikan total konsumsi energi akan menyebabkan peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam jangka pendek meski tidak signifikan dan dalam waktu singkat, sementara itu dalam jangka panjang total konsumsi energi menyebabkan penurunan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Kondisi ini menunjukkan adanya deminishing return pada energi sebagai faktor produksi sehingga kebijakan harus diarahkan untuk mempengaruhi sisi permintaan berupa efisiensi energi. Abstract

Tumbuhkembangnya jiwa kewirausahaan perempuan tani dipengaruhi oleh pelatihan teknologi pangan olahan organik. Kegiatan pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat membangkitkan minat wirausahanya.  Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat wirausaha pada perempuan tani ini meliputi tenaga kerja, skill, lahan, dan jiwa kewirausahaan. Faktor tenaga kerja diukur dengan indicator jumlah keluarga dan rasio kerja. Faktor skill diukur dengan indicator pengenalan tanaman organik, pengetahuan pangan olahan alami, pengetahuan manfaat tanaman salak sebagai olahan, pengetahuan manfaat tanaman garut sebagai bahan olahan, kemudahan membuat pangan olahan salak, dan kemudahan membuat pangan olahan garut. Faktor lahan diukur dengan tiga indikator yaitu lahan tegal, tanaman salak, dan tanaman garut. Sedangkan faktor jiwa kewirausahaan diukur dengan delapan indikator yaitu dorongan, integritas, ketepatan, ketenangan, perkiraan resiko, kesehatan fisik, kebebasan, dan dapat bergaul.  Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa variabel minat wirausaha dipengaruhi modal, tenaga kerja, skill, lahan, dan jiwa kewirausahaan. Skill berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap minat wirausaha.Kata Kunci: Tenaga Kerja, Skill, Jiwa Wirausaha, Minat Wirausaha

Abstract

This research was aimed to analyze the behaviors of Brawijaya University’s stakeholders through the intention in managing waste. Considering that campus is a place of education, the analysis of the intention associated with the educational theory in cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains. Thus, this research implementation was supported by intention model. The objects of this research were the stakeholders of Brawijaya University consisting of students, lecturers, and staffs. This research was done using survey method with a total of 120 respondents. The analysis was conducted using a path analysis method with trimming. Given that the number of variables used was quite a lot, the data were first analyzed using a factor analysis method and then followed with a path analysis method. The results of the path analysis on Model 1 showed that the significant variables to the intention of managing waste were cognitive and behavioral control variables. The indicators of cognitive variable as knowing the types of waste and the economic benefits of waste. As for Model 2, the intention of managing waste significantly influenced the realization of the green campus  varibles. The indicators of managing waste intention as intention to help manage waste in Brawijaya University, and then the indicators of green campus varible as the emerge of wise thoughts.  As the suggestion, rules or policies on waste management are highly required to be established in Brawijaya University so that the stakeholders are willing to manage and process waste.Keywords: Affective and psychomotor domains, Brawijaya University’s stakeholders, Cognitive, Green campus, Waste management intention model

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari kebiasaan konsumen dan produsen produk organik. Sampling penelitian ini kebetulan dilakukan pada pertemuan yang diselenggarakan oleh Aliansi Organik Indonesia (AOI). Pemantauan pasar dilakukan di Jakarta, Bogor, Depasar, dan Malang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara langsung dengan responden. Responden terdiri atas 63 konsumen, 21 produsen produk organik. Analisis data dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor apa yang mempengaruhi preferensi masing-masing individu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa preferensi konsumen terhadap beras, buah, dan sayuran organik adalah baik untuk kesehatan, tetapi keluhannya produk tersebut lebih mahal. Preferensi produsen bahwa produk organik semisal beras, buah, dan sayuran adalah harus mempunyai sertifikat. Preferensi konsumen tidak dibatasi usia dan pendidikan, sedangkan preferensi produsen masih tidak memahami manfaat kesehatan dari produk organik.Kata kunci: konsumen,  produsen, produk organik, survey pasar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat efisiensi teknik pada pembudidaya ikan bandeng dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi ikan bandeng sebagai komoditas sektor basis di Kabupaten Pati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) dengan asumsi output oriented dan pendekatan Variable Return to Scale (VRS) untuk mengukur tingkat efisiensi teknik pembudidaya bandeng. Selanjutnya dengan analisis regresi linear berganda, untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi bandeng di Kabupaten Pati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat efisiensi teknis pembudidaya bandeng di Kabupaten Pati masih sangat rendah, rata-rata efisiensi teknis adalah 7,41. Adapun sebanyak 55% atau sebanyak 44 pembudidaya dari 80 sampel pembudidaya masih berada di bawah rata-rata. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh bahwa penggunaan benih, luas lahan, dan jarak lokasi tambak dengan laut mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat signifikan; Sedangkan penggunaan tenaga kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produksi bandeng.Efficiency and Production Factors Analysis of Base Sector  Commodity in the Pati Regency (Case Study: Milkfish Farming  in Pati Regency, Central Java)This study aims to measure the level of technical efficiency in milkfish farmers and factors influencing milkfish production as a base sector commodity in Pati Regency. The research applied DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) with output oriented assumption and Variable Return to Scale (VRS) approaches to measure the efficiency level of milkfish farmers. It is then analysed by Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) to determine factors influencing milkfish production in Pati Regency. Results showed that the level of technical efficiency of milkfish farmers in Pati Regency was in low level with average number of 7.41. There are 55% of 80 farmers are below average. Furthermore, this research described the efficiency level of milkfish farmers in low, medium and large scale. OLS analysis found that the use of seeds, land area, and distance between ponds and sea have significant effect on milkfish production instead of the use of labour.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of Sanggar Asta Karya Panca Wiguna (AKPW) in Malang Municipality, Indonesia, in garbage-recycling business. Garbage has been turned into valuable and artistic products that is also environmentally friendly. The products produced include dammar kambang, suket wayang, lampshade, and others. This study uses qualitative method to examine the entrepreneurship behaviour of the AKPW. The key informant is the chairperson of the studio. AKPW works in the fields of environment, education, economy, culture, and health. The result of the research shows that the garbage-recycling business takes creativity and product innovation based on persistence and perseverance. AKPW works on the concept of social green entrepreneurship that combines the concept of three pillars of ecological, economic, and social sustainability through art and culture. AKPW should conduct more efforts to socialize more intensively.

Abstract

Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park (BTSNP) is one of the conservation areas in Indonesian that functions as a protected area, a biosphere reserve area, and a tourism destination. The research was conducted to determine the BTSNP sustainable competitiveness potential as a tourism destination as well as conservation area. This research used secondary data obtained from the TripAdvisor site in 2018 and primary data obtained through interviews, FGD, documentation, and observation. The data was analyzed by using a sentiment analysis approach based on the Travel and Tourism Competitiveness Index (TTCI) concept. The result showed that BTSNP’s sustainable competitiveness was most negatively influenced by tourism policy and environmental conditions. To overcome those of negative impacts, the related stakeholders need to apply more suitable policies based on natural and social condition of BTSNP, such as biosphere reserve and local tourism clustering-based policy. The purpose of developing a new local tourism attraction (clustering) in BTSNP was to overcome waste and excess tourist capacity in the BTSNP protected area. The clustering also aims to maximize local tourism development strategies based on the biosphere reserve concept in the BTSNP area. So, the policies related to biosphere reserve and tourism clustering can effectively increase sustainable competitiveness ecotourism in BTSNP.
