Abstract

PENGARUH KUALITAS SISTEM, KUALITAS INFORMASI, KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP MINAT PENGGUNA DAN KEPUASAN PENGGUNA SERTA DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP NET BENEFIT PADA PENGGUNA LAYANAN MOBILE BROADBAND EVDO REV B (STUDI KASUS PADA PENGGUNA LAYANAN MOBILE BROADBAND REV B PROVIDER SMARTFREN CABANG MALANG) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan bahwa (1)Menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh Kualitas Sistem (System Quality) terhadap Penggunaan (Use). (2)Menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh Kualitas Sistem (System Quality) terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna(User Satisfaction). (3)Menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh Kualitas Informasi (Information Quality) terhadap Penggunaan (Use). (4)Menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh Kualitas Informasi (Information Quality) terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna (User Satisfaction). (5) Menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan (Service Quality) terhadap Penggunaan (Use). (6)Menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan (Service Quality) terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna (User Satisfaction). (7)Menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh Kepuasan Pengguna (User Satisfaction) terhadap Penggunaan (Use). (11)Menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh Manfaat Bersih (Net Benefit) terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna (User Satisfaction). (12)Menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh Manfaat Bersih (Net Benefit) terhadap Penggunaan (Use). Penelitian ini adalah eksplanatory research. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode probability sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebesar 75 orang responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1)Variabel Kualitas Sistem adalah signifikan pengaruhnya dan positif hubungannya terhadap Penggunaan. (2)Variabel Kualitas Sistem adalah signifikan pengaruhnya dan positif hubungannya terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna.(3)Variabel Kualitas Informasi adalah signifikan pengaruhnya dan positif hubungannya terhadap Penggunaan. (4)Variabel Kualitas Informasi adalah tidak signifikan pengaruhnya dan negatif hubungannya terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna.(5)Variabel Kualitas Pelayanan adalah tidak signifikan pengaruhnya dan positif hubungannya terhadap Penggunaan.(6)Variabel Kualitas Pelayanan adalah signifikan pengaruhnya dan positif hubungannya terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna. (7)Variabel Kepuasan Pengguna adalah tidak signifikan pengaruhnya dan positif hubungannya terhadap Penggunaan.(8)Variabel Penggunaan adalah tidak signifikan pengaruhnya dan positif hubungannya terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna.(9)Variabel Kepuasan Pengguna adalah signifikan pengaruhnya dan positif hubungannya terhadap Manfaat Bersih. (10)        Variabel Penggunaan adalah signifikan pengaruhnya dan positif hubungannya terhadap Manfaat Bersih.(11)Variabel Manfaat Bersih adalah tidak signifikan pengaruhnya dan positif hubungannya terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna. (12)Variabel Manfaat Bersih adalah signifikan pengaruhnya dan positif hubungannya terhadap Penggunaan.   Kata kunci: System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Use, User Satisfaction, Net Benefit ,GSCA, IS Success Model.     This objective of this research are to analyze and explain (1) a significant effect of System Quality on Use, (2) a significant effect of System Quality on User Satisfaction, (3) a significant effect of Information Quality on Use (4) a significant effect of Information Quality on User Satisfaction, (5) a significant effect of Service Quality on Use, (6) a significant effect of Service Quality on User Satisfaction, (7) a significant effect of User Satisfaction on Use, (8) a significant effect of Use on User Satisfaction, (9) a significant effect of User Satisfaction on Net Benefit, (10) a significant effect of Use on Net Benefit, (11) a significant effect of Net Benefit on User Satisfaction, (12) a significant effect of Net Benefit on Use. This study is explanatory research. Sampling using probability sampling techniques. The size of samples determined 75 people. The data are analized by Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). Analysis result proves that (1) System Quality significant effect on Use, (2) System Quality significant effect on User Satisfaction, (3) Information Quality significant effect on Use, (4) Information Quality did not bring any significant effect on User Satisfaction, (5) Service Quality did not bring any significant effect on Use, (6) Service Quality significant effect on User Satisfaction, (7) User Satisfaction did not bring any significant effect on Use, (8) Use did not bring any significant effect on User Satisfaction, (9) User Satisfaction significant effect on Net Benefit, (10) Use significant effect on Net Benefit, (11) Net Benefit did not bring any significant effect on User Satisfaction, (12) Net Benefit significant effect on Use.   Keywords: System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Use, User Satisfaction, Net Benefit ,GSCA, IS Success Model.

Abstract

The objectives of the research are to analyze the influence of capital structure and asset management on profitability and firm value of real estate and property that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2011-2013 and give recommendations as the completion upon this research. By applying Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) of the population consisted of 54 company and a sample of 30 company was taken in 3 years observation, the analysis attempts to examining the influence among variables. This research uses debt ratio (DR), debt to equity ratio (DER),) as the variables of capital structure, inventory turnover (ITO, fixed asset turnover (FATO) and Total asset turnover (TATO) as the variable of asset management, and price book value (PBV), closing stock price as the variable of firm value. Result of the research reveal that capital structure has a significant and positif influence on profitability, asset management has no significant and positif influence on profitability, capital structure has a significant and positif influence on firm value, asset management has no significant and positif inflence on profitability. Furthermore profitability has a significant and positif influence on firm value. The present research confirms that capital structure, asset management, profitability and firm value is the essential and important aspect for the investors in determining the profitable stocks. Therefore, it is very useful for the investors to considerate these variable of research in order to make the right investment decisions and do stock trading confidently.Keywords: Capital Structure, Asset Management, Profitability, Firm Value, Real Estate and Property, GesCA, Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh leverage keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan risiko pasar, tempat penelitian di industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2010-2012. peneliti menggunakan analisis jalur. Data dikumpulkan dari 13 perusahaan dengan laporan tahunan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Gelar Financial Leverage (DFL) memiliki efek positif yang signifikan pada variabel Earning Per Share (EPS). Variabel Gelar Financial Leverage (DFL) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan positif terhadap variabel Return On Equity (ROE). Variabel Debt Ratio (DR) memiliki negatif dan efek non-signifikan pada variabel Earning Per Share (EPS). Variabel Debt Ratio (DR) memiliki negatif dan efek non-signifikan terhadap variabel Return On Equity (ROE). Variabel Gelar Financial Leverage (DFL) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan positif terhadap variabel risiko pasar (β). Variabel Debt Ratio (DR) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan positif terhadap variabel risiko pasar (β). Variabel risiko pasar (β) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan positif terhadap variabel Earning Per Share (EPS). Variabel risiko pasar (β) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan positif terhadap variabel Return On Equity (ROE).

Abstract

Use of computer technology properly and optimally utilized by the BULOG Public Company. Perum Bulog utilizing information and communication technology to provide information related to inventory logistics and other operational activities. This study aimed to analyze the use of SIL applications for planning (X1), the use of SIL applications for reporting (X2) use SIL applications for logistics control (X3) and its effect on performance (Y1) and User Experience (Y2). The study is an explanatory reseach with survey approach. The object of the study is an user SIL applications. This study took place in Perum Bulog East Java Regional Division A. Yani 146-148 Jalan Surabaya. The sample are of to 88 users. Instruments in this study using a questionnaire with data analysis method using path analysis. Tools or software used in statistical data processing research was SPSS 20.  Based on the results of the study, data analysis, and discussion of the results of study and testing hypotheses 7 are performed, there are six hypotheses were significant accepted, and the first hypothesis is rejected. Accepted hypothesis H1 include the use of SIL applications for logistics planning has significant positive effect on user performance, H2 using a SIL applications for logistics planning significant positive effect on user satisfaction, H3 using a SIL applications for logistics reporting has significant positive effect on user performance, H4 using a SIL applications for logistics planning no significant effect on user satisfaction, H5 using a SIL applications for logistics control has significant positive effect on user performance, H6 using a SIL applications for logistics control has significant positive effect on user satisfaction and user performance H7 significant positive effect on user satisfaction. Â
