Abstract

Pada saat kuliah mahasiswa Jurusan Administrasi Niaga Politeknik Negeri Malang mendapatkan mata kuliah Pengantar Akuntansi I dan II, pada semester I dan II, yang bahasannya meliputi transaksi, jurnal, buku besar, neraca lajur, hingga laporan keuangannya, untuk jenis perusahaan jasa, dagang dan industri. Semua itu dikerjakan dengan cara manual. Mata kuliah ini sebagai penunjang dari mata kuliah Komputer Akuntansi.Selanjutnya pada semester VI mereka mendapatkan mata kuliah Aplikasi Komputer Akuntansi, yaitu aplikasi akuntansi yang berbasis komputer. Dahulu semua hal tersebut diatas, dimengerti dan dipahami mahasiswa sebatas teori saja, karena mereka belum dikenalkan dengan kondisi transaksi hingga laporan keuangan yang sesungguhnya, walau dari perusahaan yang sangat kecil sekalipun. Hal ini tentunya berakibat pada tahap memasuki dunia kerja. Sekarang mereka sudah mengerti cara membuat laporan rugi laba, langsung praktek ke dunia kerja. Dari hasil observasi, mencari data hingga membuat laporan rugi laba yang telah dilakukan secara berkelompok, oleh mahasiswa semester VI tahun 2005/2006, sejumlah 90% hasilnya sudah betul

Abstract

Project-based learning emphasizes assigning tasks or projects that involve children in research, planning, and execution. This study aims to determine the use of loose part teaching materials through a project-based learning model to stimulate early childhood creativity in Baitul Ilmi Kindergarten. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. Research data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of data analysis show that the use of loose parts teaching materials through project-based learning models has a positive impact on improving creativity and memory in early childhood. The results of observations, interviews, and case studies in group A showed that children not only expressed their creativity through the selection and use of teaching materials, but also experienced improvements in creative collaboration and team involvement during project activities. In addition, sensory experiences, especially involving the scent of suji leaves and pandan leaves, help strengthen children's memory. The practical implications of this research include developing a curriculum that is more contextual and involves loose parts teaching materials in learning strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Action Research yang meliputi beberapa prosedur penelitian, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Terdapat 15 responden yang terdiri dari 1 orang pemilik usaha, 2 orang ahli pemasaran, 2 orang ahli desain, dan 10 orang calon konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode EPIC untuk mengukur efekitfitas desain (Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, dan Communication). Hasil penelitian ini melalui 2 siklus dan menunjukkan nilai EPIC Rate sebesar 4.9 dari 5.0. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa responden setuju bahwa desain Instagram feeds sangat efektif untuk digunakan sebagai media promosi Donat Mungil Malang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah desain feeds Instagram Donat Mungil Malang dapat dikatakan sangat efektif dan layak untuk digunakan dalam membantu mengembangkan bisnis dan menjadi media promosi pada akun instagram Donat Mungil Malang (@donatmungilmalang). Diharapkan Donat Mungil Malang dapat melanjutkan pembuatan desain feeds Instagram dan memperbarui informasi secara rutin agar dapat menarik calon konsumen.

Internet marketing is a marketing activity with the application of information technology, which includes activities to promote products and/or services through the internet. Jasmine Collection Kel. Tanjung Rejo, Sukun District, Malang City, one of the newly developing MSMEs, has not been optimal in implementing online marketing which is part of Internet marketing. Online marketing has been carried out through private Whatsapp and Instagram statuses. This PKM activity aims to help Jasmine Collection MSMEs maximize online marketing activities. Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of Social Media Marketing and Product Innovation on business performance in the tempe chip industry at Sentra Tempe Sanan, Malang City. Despite increasing competition from new culinary businesses leveraging social media and innovative products, the tempe chip industry in Sanan has maintained its market presence.Using regression analysis, the study finds that Social Media Marketing significantly improves business performance, enhancing brand awareness and customer engagement. Product Innovation also positively impacts performance, increasing customer numbers, creativity, and profits. Together, these factors explain 69% of the variation in business performance at Sentra Tempe Sanan.The findings suggest that optimizing social media marketing and continuous product innovation are crucial for sustaining competitiveness in the local market. This research offers practical insights for tempe chip producers in Sanan to improve their business strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how lifestyle, price, and service quality impact students' purchasing decisions at modern coffee shops in Malang. Modern coffee shops are increasingly in demand by students who make this place not only as a location to enjoy coffee drinks, but also as a place to gather to work on their college assignments. Many things are considered by consumers in purchasing decisions, including lifestyle, price and service quality. This research involves explaining phenomena through a quantitative method. A survey was distributed through Google Form to gather data from 100 participants. Findings suggest that lifestyle has no significant impact on purchasing choices, unlike price and quality of service. Lifestyle, price, and service quality together influence buying decisions.

Abstract

OVO is a digital wallet application launched by PT Visionet Data Internasional. TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) is a technique for evaluating a technology's usability and advantages. The study sought to determine the impact of perceived utility and perceived simplicity of use on attitude behavior toward e-wallet OVO apps (study on Business Administration students at State Polytechnic of Malang). The study was explanatory, with two independent variables: perceived utility and perceived ease of use, and one dependent variable: attitude behavior. The study employed purposive sampling to get 49 responses. They used the users' e-wallet OVO application as an example. The data were then examined using multiple linear regression. Multiple linear regression revealed a substantial influence of advertising and brand image on purchasing choices of 50.5%. It was proved from Fvalue> Ftable (25,491 > 3,20) with a significant level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. The study's findings supported the premise that perceived utility and perceived simplicity of use influence attitude behavior when using e-wallet OVO apps. This study concluded that OVO should be constant in sustaining quality. In the future, the corporation is anticipated to provide a simpler interface to attract more customers.

Abstract

Financial bookkeeping and accounting systems are essential for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), even at the smallest scale, despite their often-burdensome perception among many traditional business owners. With advances in technology, financial record-keeping can now be digitized. However, UMKM (MSME) Batik Kantil in Malang continues to face challenges due to its reliance on manual bookkeeping, which results in suboptimal financial records. This community engagement activity aims to provide guidance and training in financial bookkeeping using Microsoft Excel. The target participants are the employees of UMKM Batik Kantil in Malang, and the program employs lectures, tutorials, discussions, and hands-on practice as its primary methods. This initiative is designed to equip UMKM practitioners with the skills to analyze real business transactions and compile comprehensive financial reports.

Abstract

Rapid advances in digital technology have changed the way promotions are conducted in the modern era. Bumi Asih Travel, a domestic travel agency, previously relied on WhatsApp Stories as a promotional medium, which limited its reach and effectiveness. Although they had an Instagram account, it was used for personal purposes and did not display promotional content in a professional manner. This study aims to develop an Instagram account with attractive feed content to increase purchasing interest and expand market reach. This study employs an action research approach. CorelDraw design software was used to create the Instagram feed content for Bumi Asih Travel. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Purposive sampling was used in the design test with informants consisting of 2 design experts, 2 marketing experts, 1 Bumi Asih Travel business owner, and 10 potential customers. Data was analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. The study results show that the promotional media through Instagram feed content created and published on the new Bumi Asih Travel account achieved an average score of 82% for attention, 83.34% for interest, 81.34% for desire, and 86.67% for action. All these results are categorized as “very good.” (≥81%). These results indicate that Instagram feed content is effective in attracting attention, generating interest, encouraging desire, and prompting purchase actions. From these results, it can be concluded that Instagram feed content is proven to be effective as a promotional medium and capable of increasing purchasing interest in Bumi Asih Travel. It is recommended that Bumi Asih Travel maintain a more active and professional presence on this platform.
