Abstract

Review performance needs to be done because during the last several years, the terminal is not work well,so that people have difficulty to get any transportation for their activities. This research was conducted to find out the feasibility of terminal according the terminal clasification that is Type C,physical performance based on the traffic condition in terminal bayangan, the satisfaction of the customer and the strategy to be implementedto make the terminal work properly.From the result of the feasibility analysis can be concluded that Terminal Bello is quite feasibility to be classified as type C terminal with score equal to 58,93%.The result of physicalperformance analyzes was unsatiesfied yet since from the whole aspect only the location and waiting time that meet the criteria, whereasthe performance considered unsatisfactory which has been evaluated from the road user perception werethe public transportation service and sanitation, from the driver perception were road condition, passengers, information system, parking area, garrage and the regulation of passengers allocation by route. The interview’s result by SWOT quadrant matrix show that Terminal Bello belongs to IV quadrant which means that the terminal is poor to face any big challenge ahead so that the proper strategy needed isminimize weaknesses to avoid threats better

Abstract

Pulau Flores termasuk wilayah sungai strategis nasional sehingga perlu dikaji data karakteristik DAS sebagai dasar perhitungan debit banjir metode Hidrograf Satuan Sintetik (HSS) Nakayasu. Metode ini sederhana karena parameter inputnya sedikit. Namun penerapan HSS Nakayasu dijumpai kesulitan dalam penentuan parameter ? (alfa) yang bersifat perkiraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh bentuk DAS di pulau Flores terhadap nilai alfa menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG), mengetahui persamaan parameter alfa sesuai karakteristik DAS di pulau Flores, dan mengetahui besar koefisien determinasi dan standar error persamaan alfa yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh bentuk DAS berdasarkan SIG yaitu DAS memanjang dan kompleks menghasilkan kisaran nilai alfa 1,5 - 2. Adapun bentuk DAS radial dan paralel berkisar antara 2 - 3. Nilai alfa rata-rata DAS kompleks sebesar 1,783, DAS memanjang sebesar 1,928, DAS paralel sebesar 2,076, dan DAS radial sebesar 2,131. Persamaan parameter ? (alfa) hasil regresi non linear diperoleh ? = 0,47.A0,036. L0,597 / Tg. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,989. Standar error hasil estimasi sebesar 2%.Flores Island is included in the national strategic river area, so data on watershed characteristics need to be assessed as the basis for calculating the Synthetic Unit Hydrograph (SUH) Nakayasu method. This method is simple because the input parameters are few. However, the application of SUH Nakayasu was found to be difficult in determining the parameter ? (alpha) which is approximate. The study aims to determine the effect of Flores island watershed shape against alpha value using Geographic Information System (GIS), modeling the parameter equation alpha according to watershed characteristics on the island of Flores, and knowing the magnitude of the coefficient of determination and standard error of alpha equations obtained. The results showed the effect of the watershed shape based on GIS namely longitudinal and complex watershed produced a range of alpha values of 1.5 - 2. The the shape of radial and parallel watersheds ranged between 2 - 3. The average alpha value of complex watershed was 1,783, longitudinal watershed was 1,928, parallel watershed is 2,076, and radial watershed is 2,131. The equation ? (alpha) results of non linear regression are obtained ? = 0.47.A0.036. L0,597 / Tg. The determination coefficient is 0.989. Standard estimated error is 2%.

Abstract

Permasalahan lingkungan yang umumnya sering terjadi adalah pengelolaan sampah yang kurang baik.Perlu dilakukan penanganan yang serius dalam pengelolaan sampah terutama penentuan rute dalam pengangkutan sampah.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisa proses alur pergerakan sampah dari masyarakat hingga berakhir di TPA agar dapat diketahui masalah yang terdapat dalam proses pengelolaan sampah di Kota Kupang. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan jumlah produksi sampah berdasarkan jumlah penduduk kota Kupang pada tahun 2016 diperoleh jumlah produksi sampah sebesar 585,447 m3/haridan memprediksi jumlah produksi sampah dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun kedepan dengan perbandingan 3 metode dimana metode yang paling kritis adalah metode eksponensial dengan jumlah penduduk sebanyak 455.035 orang dan jumlah produksi sampah sebesar 473,010 m3/hari, selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan kebutuhan jumlah TPS berdasarkan jumlah produksi sampah dan diketahui bahwa jumlah TPS masih dapat menampung jumlah produksi sampah untuk seluruh penduduk kota Kupang tetapi dalam hal persebarannya masih belum merata khususnya pada kecamatan Alak, Kelapa Lima, dan Kota Raja. Rute angkutan persampahan diperoleh berdasarkan hasil analisis saving Solver Add-Ins. Setelah diperoleh koordinat TPS dan rute angkutan persampahan divisualisasikan kedalam WEBGIS.Common environmental problems that often occur are poor waste management. A serious handling of waste management is needed, especially in determining the route in transporting wast. This research was conducted by analyzing the process of the movement of garbage from the community to end in TPA in order to know the problems contained in the process of waste management in Kupang City. Then the amount of waste production based on the total population of Kupang city in 2016 obtained the amount of waste production of 585.447 m3 / day and predicted the amount of waste production in the next 5 years with a comparison of 3 methods where the most critical method is the exponential method with a population of 455,035 people and the amount of waste production of 473,010 m3 / day, then calculated the needs of the number of TPS based on the amount of waste production and it is known that the number of TPS can still accommodate the amount of waste production for the entire population of Kupang city but in terms of its distribution is still uneven, especially in Alak, Kelapa Lima, and Kota Raja. The route of garbage transportation can be obtained based on saving Solver Add-Ins analysis. After the TPS coordinates are obtained and the trash routes are visualized into the WEBGIS.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mendapatkan model bangkitan dan pola bangkitan perjalanan penduduk di Kecamatan Alak. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuisioner dan wawancara langsung sebagai alat ukur dengan satuan rumah tangga sebagai sampel yang dilakukan secara acak dengan metode acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Untuk mendapatkan model bangkitan dan pola bangkitan perjalanan penduduk maka perlu dilakukan beberapa analisis. Analisis yang pertama dilakukan adalah uji validitas dan linearitas data lalu dilakukan uji antar variabel dengan menggunakan matriks korelasi, dari hasil matriks korelasi ternyata hanya 3 (tiga) variabel bebas saja yang berpengaruh terhadap bangkitan perjalanan yang terjadi yaitu jumlah anggota keluarga yang sekolah (X3), jumlah anggota keluarga yang bekerja (X2), dan jumlah anggota keluarga (X1), dengan Y =  1,146 X3 + 0,918 X2 + 0,372 X1 ? 0,923. Untuk pola distribusi perjalanan yang dihasilkan terbagi atas 2 yaitu perjalanan dalam Kecamatan Alak sebesar 249 perjalanan dengan perjalanan paling banyak menuju Kelurahan Alak sebesar 48 perjalanan dan perjalanan keluar Kecamatan Alak sebesar 1353 perjalanan dengan perjalanan paling banyak menuju Kecamatan Oebobo sebesar 412 perjalanan.The purpose of this final assignment is to obtain a generation model and pattern of residents trip in Alak District. The method of data collection is done by questionnaire method and direct interview as a measuring instrument with household units as samples that are done randomly by simple random sampling. To get a generation model and population trip generation pattern, it is necessary to do some analysis. The first analysis carried out was the validity and linearity test of the data and then tested between variables using a correlation matrix, from the correlation matrix results only 3 (three) independent variables that influence trip generation that occur, namely the number of family members in school (X3), the number of family members working (X2), and the number of family members (X1), with Y = 1,146 X3 + 0,918 X2 + 0,372 X1 - 0,923. The trip distribution pattern produced is divided into 2, namely trips in Alak Subdistrict equal to 249 trips with the most trips to Alak Sub-District for 48 trips and outbound trips Alak District for 1353 trips with the most trips to Oebobo Subdistrict for 412 trips.

Abstract

Kota Soe biasa dijadikan tempat tujuan bagi wisatawan yang ingin menikmati keindahan alam dan dijadikan tempat peristirahatan bagi wisatawan yang melewati kota ini. Ada 4 moda transportasi yang biasa digunakan untuk perjalanan Kupang-Soe yaitu bus, mobil travel, sepeda motor, dan mobil pribadi, dimana dalam pemilihan moda transportasi ini didasarkan pada anggapan bahwa proporsi permintaan perjalanan tergantung pada persaingan antar moda. Adanya perbedaan karakteristik antara keempat moda transportasi tersebut dengan rute Kupang-Soe mendasari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor apa yang mempengaruhi seseorang dalam memilih moda untuk melakukan perjalanannya. Survey berupa kuisioner dimulai dengan menetapkan jumlah sampel yang dibutuhkan. Kemudian disebar di terminal bayangan, dan masyarakat kota Kupang yang sering melakukan perjalanan ke Soe dengan menggunakan bus, sepeda motor, dan mobil pribadi. Hasil survey dikumpulkan kemudian dilakukan analisis regresi logistik multinomial untuk mendapatkan model probabilitas dari masing-masing transportasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif diketahui bawah karakteristik pengguna moda transportasi pada umumnya sama. Yang membedakan adalah beberapa faktor pemilihan untuk menggunakan moda transportasi yang diinginkan seperti alasan memilih kendaraan, tujuan/ maksud perjalanan, dan waktu tunggu sebelum berangkat. Dan berdasarkan hasil analisis logistik multinomial, probabilitas pemilihan moda transportasi terbesar adalah sepeda motor sebesar 26,75% dan probabilitas terkecil adalah mobil pribadi sebesar 23,75%.Soe city commonly being a destination for tourist to see beautiful scenery, and being transit site for tourist who pass by this city. There are four transportations commonly used for Kupang-Soe route, namely bus, public car, motorcycle and personal car, where in this transportations selecting, based on an assumption that proportion of traveling demand will depends on competition between transportation. Absence of difference between the four transport characteristic in Kupang-Soe route become this study foundation to give a question what factor affecting someone in selecting transportations to do his travel. A survey of questionnaire begun by setting the number of samples needed. Then deployed in unofficial terminal and citizen of Kupang who traveled in often frequently to Soe with bus, motorcycle, and personal car. The survey results are collected and used Multinomial Logistic Regretion  Analysis to found out model of probability from each transportation. Based on descriptive result, showed the characteristic of moda transportation user are generally typical. The differences are moda transportation selection factors, such destination and delay time. And based on multinomial logistic regretion analysis, highest probability of moda transportation selection are 26,75% for motorcycle and lowest probability of moda transportation selection are 23,75% for personal car.

Abstract

Public transport is being part of human prime need, and also a community transport system, but if we don?t manage it well, it makes problem for the supplier and public transport assessors. This research is to get to know the rate based on the VOC (Vehicle Operational Cost), the Ability To Pay (ATP), and Willingness To Pay (WTP) for the service of public transport in the town of Soe. The observed tract for this public transport is in the Haumeny Terminal to Pasar Inpress Kota Soe, and the New Terminal to Pasar Inpress Kota Soe. The VOC analysis will adapting two kinds of methods, those are from the public work department raisd in year 2005 (Pd.T-15-2005-B) and the method from Directorate General for land transportation number SK.687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002. And for the analysis of ATP and WTP are using the cross tabulation method and travel budget. Trough this research, is known that the real rate is bigger than the counting rate outcome. The real rate is Rp. 3000,00 while the counting rate based on the VOC from the directorate general for land transport is Rp.2205,27 and Rp.1962,14, and for the public work department is Rp. 2621,89 and Rp. 2059,73. The rate for ATP is Rp.2.752,05 and the rate for WTP is Rp. 1.995,50.

Abstract

Jumlah angkutan pribadi di Kota Kupang saat ini terus meningkat, sedangkan jumlah angkutan umum di beberapa trayek menurun. Hal ini terjadi karena saat ini banyak masyarakat telah berpindah moda dari angkutan umum ke angkutan pribadi. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi masyarakat berpindah yaitu kinerja angkutan umum, kenyamanan, jarak, waktu dan faktor lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja angkutan umum dan dan penyebab masyarakat berpindah moda dari angkutan umum ke angkutan pribadi. Pengukuran kinerja angkutan dilakukan berdasarkan Standar Pelayanan Angkutan Umum Departemen Perhubungan dan pengukuran pendapat masyarakat menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis dan Analisis Mean. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui beberapa faktor dominan yang menjadi penyebab masyarakat berpindah moda yaitu kurangnya jumlah angkutan umum, faktor waktu seperti kurangnya waktu pelayanan dan waktu menunggu angkutan yang lama, rute pelayanan seperti rute angkutan umum yang terbatas dan angkutan umum tidak melayani hingga ke tujuan, faktor jarak seperti jarak berjalan kaki menuju tempat menunggu angkutan umum yang jauh dan faktor kenyaman penumpang seperti kurang ramahnya pengemudi dan kondektur serta suhu di dalam angkutan umum yang kurang baik. The number of private transports in Kupang City is currently increasing, while the number of public transport in some routes decreases. This happens because today many people have moved from public transport mode to private transportation. Several factors that influence public transportation are public transport performance, comfort, distance, time and other factors. This study aims to determine the performance of public transport and and the cause of the community move from public transport mode to private transportation. Measurement of transportation performance is done based on Transportation Service General Standard of Department of Transportation and measurement of public opinion using Importance Performance Analysis method and Mean Analysis. Based on the results of the research, it is known that some dominant factors are the cause of the shifting society, namely the lack of public transportation, time factor such as lack of service time and long waiting time, service routes such as limited public transport routes and public transport does not serve up to destination, distance factors such as walking distance to awaiting distant public transport and convenience factors such as the passengers lack of friendliness and conductor and the temperature in public transport is less good.

Abstract

Evaluasi kinerja dan pelayanan operasional di pelabuhan penumpang Tenau Kupang dilakukan pada terminal penumpang untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pengelola pelabuhan berdasarkan persepsi penumpang dan juga dilihat dari Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Republik Indonesia Nomor PM 37 Tahun 2015 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimum Penumpang Angkutan Laut. Kinerja terminal berdasarkan persepsi pengguna jasa terminal diperoleh dari hasil kuisioner dengan skala Likert menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Dari hasil analisa IPA, wawancara dilakukan dengan pihak pengelola pelabuhan Tenau menggunakan metode Strength Weakness Opportunities Threats (SWOT) dan hasilnya dianalisis untuk strategi penyelesaian masalah. Hasil analisis pelayanan diketahui bahwa terminal penumpang Tenau masih belum sesuai dengan standar pelayanan minimum penumpang angkutan laut yang ditetapkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai indeks kepentingan dan kepuasan rata-rata pengguna jasa terhadap 42 indikator faktor pelayanan sebesar 3,01 persen dan 4,32 persen. Kemudian dari hasil penelitian ini, ada 10 faktor pelayanan yang perlu mendapat perhatian  menurut persepsi penumpang. Hasil wawancara kemudian dimasukan dalam matriks kuadran SWOT dengan strategi SO (Strengths ? Opportunities), yaitu memanfaatkan lokasi pelabuhan Tenau yang strategis dalam rangka meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di wilayah NTT.Performance evaluation and operational services at Tenau Passenger Port Kupangare conducted at the passenger terminal to determine the quality of services provided by the port management based on passenger perception and also seen from the Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 37 Year 2015 on Minimum Passenger Service Standard of Sea TransportTerminal performance based on terminal service user's perception is obtained from questionnaire with Likert scale using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. From the IPA analysis results, the interviews were conducted with Tenau port management using the Strength Weakness Opportunities Threats (SWOT) method and the results were analyzed for the problem solving strategy. From the result of service analysis it is known that the Tenau passenger terminal is still not in accordance with the minimum service standards of sea transport passengers. Based on the research results obtained value of interest index and satisfaction of average service user to 42 indicators of service factor equal to 3,01 percent and 4,32 percent. Then from the results of this study, there are 10 service factors that need to get attention according to the perception of passengers. The interview results are then included in the SWOT quadrant matrix with the SO (Strengths - Opportunities) strategy, utilizing the strategic location of Tenau harbor in order to improve economic growth in the NTT region.
