Abstract

ABSTRACT Contestation of Kelian Adat in the General Election in Denpasar in 2015, became an interesting subject of research by explaining the position of the Kelian Adat as a bridge to facilitate political activity that touches Banjar Adat. Reduced public confidence in the political parties, to make the political parties are not the only supporters of victory. Kelian Adat as Banjar Adat leaders have an important role in mobilizing the masses. So one way to expand the domination of the Kelian Adat is used to facilitate the achievement of political objectives. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the Contestation of Kelian Adat in the General Election in Denpasar in 2015. The theory used political elite theory. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, while the technique of collecting data through observation, interview and documents. The results of this study found that, in the election Kelian Adat give major influence on the voting results of candidates. Given the way to condition the award of a pair of candidates raises a strategy known as suryak siu or briuk siu, where this condition is togetherness Balinese people in taking an action and should be uniform with no difference. In this study concluded that the contestation of Kelian Adat made in the implementation of the election simultaneously in Denpasar in 2015 with the Kelian Adat competing to bring in uniformity of manners Banjar voters. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine a things behind the resistance af the Community Alliance according to the decree by the Head of East Manggarai Regancy number HK.81-2009 in Lambaleda Distrik and same factors that influence the resistance Alliance Movement’s can be success. The informants in this study are eight people who are member of the Movment Alliance are pastors, youth leaders (student), local goverments Alliance and parties involvet in Alliance Society resistance. This research was conduted in Lambaleda Districk, East Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Timur province, the research time was from june 2016 until august 2016. Research metho with direct interview and documentation. Data analisis used descriptive qualitative to describe and explain a background of Community Alliance make a resistance movement of mine in East Manggarai Regency succeed. The result of this study have explained, there are several factors behind the resistance movement by Community Alliance which are the lack of community involvement in the formulation of the policy, the lack of the socialization conducted by the Government and the police that’s not target. Abstract

Abstract Siri’ Na Pacce is a phillosophical value of South Sulawesi people. As a Socio-cultural value that ordered, this value comes with the positive falue as to enpower the dignity of the solidarity & solidity, meanwhile this value tends to being collusive and making a nepotism. This value is used by Yasin Limpo’s Dynasty to legitimating their power to hegemony of power in South Sulawesi. This research title is “Reconstruction of Siri’ Na Pacce Value In The Establishment of Yasin Limpo’s Dynasty” aimed to described the movement of Yasin Limpo’s Dynasty that using Siri’ Na Pacce Value as a Patron Client. This Research Using Descriptive-Qualitative methods with Deep Interview. The Based Theory that used in this research is Cultural-Rational Choice Theory and Twilight Institution Theory that described legitimation of power within the Twilight by Yasin Limpo Dynasty under the power of Adnan Purichta with the case of LAD no.05 2016 Year. Abstract

This research aimed to determine the response of Balinese Society on 2019 Indonesian Simultaneous Elections. The response includes three components, namely perception, participation, and attitude. This research used a descriptive type with a quantitative approach. This study was conducted in Bali Province, especially 9 (nine) districts and cities that held simultaneous elections on April 17, 2019. Based on data compiled from General Election Commission (KPU), Bali Province had 716 villages with 12,384 polling stations (TPS). Based on  Bali’s DPT 2019 from General Election Commission (KPU), there were 3,130,288 voters. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin’s formula with a 5% significance level that obtained 400 respondents. This study used a cluster sampling technique. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, the responses of the Balinese society on the implementation of the 2019 simultaneous elections were fair and good. The perception of the Balinese society on the implementation of the 2019 simultaneous election was good with an average score of 4.04 (out of 5.00). The participation of the Balinese society on the holding of the 2019 simultaneous elections was fairly good with an average score of 3.62 (out of 5.00). The attitude of the Balinese society on the implementation of 2019 simultaneous elections was good with an average score of 4.26 (out of 5.00). This is an interesting finding, considering that Bali is an area known for representing the Partai Demokrasi Indonesia-Perjuangan (PDIP), that naturally support for them through high political participation.

Abstract

The training activity on village asset inventory and development of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) aims to provide knowledge insights to the Saba Village apparatus and scientific skills to be able to inventory potential assets belonging to the village in order to develop Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa). The activity was carried out in the form of training with a workshop approach, discussion and tutorial videos on asset inventories along with comprehensive analysis of solutions to the problem of developing BUMDesa. The results of this service activity include. First, the Saba Village apparatus gained an understanding of village assets and potential that could be developed into a village economy. Secondly, the village apparatus was very enthusiastic and eager to establish BUMDesa. Third, the Sipedas tutorial method helps provide convenience as well as a skill in conducting an asset inventory. Third, helping to solve the problem of assets in Saba Village which had previously been a conflict between communities and has now become clear.Keywords: Village Assets, BUMDesa, Village Economy, Training, Saba

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research is about the problem of optimizing the development of farmers protection and empowerment which tend to be more used in the North Badung and indicates a political interpretation of the central rice farmers. Research objectives include: (1). Track the social conditions of content and context about politic of the implementation of farmers protection and empowerment policies.The theory used is the theory of public policy implementation of Merille S. Grindle and rational choice theory using a qualitative approach to obtaining data. The findings suggest that implementation of the safeguard and empowerment of farmers has not been optimal because of being more affected by the political environment of the influence of the actors decisions. The regions and high priority commodities in the northern Badung region specialize in horticultural commodity which is generating the economic advantage of agro-tourism. Abstract

ABSTRACT The preparation of this research aims to provide overview of women empowerment in PDIP, Demokrat and PSI parties in Bali Province. This research uses Liberal Feminism theory from David Marsh and Gerry Stoker which declare there are struggles for women’s right in various aspects and one those is political aspect. The method used is descriptive qualitative that explains the incident and phenomenon that occurs so get information that is in accordance with the fact and the real situation as well. The findings of this study is showing that the party has implemented several strategies to empowering women, but the implementation is not running optimally because the domination still strong and the public trust in men, it needs an understanding that women can also fight for the same rights. Abstract

ABSTRACT The aimed of this research is to analyze integration of gender responsive budgets in the budgets at Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office of Bali Province FY 2019. This research uses qualitative method and theory from Debbie Budlender with observation, interview and also documentation techniques of collecting data. The results of this research, first, budgets in Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office of Bali Province is unresponsive, indicated that the integration of gender responsive budget rated only 44.28% of total direct expenditure budgets according to their percentage specific budget allocations were 9.45%, the budget allocation for equality gender only 6.72% and for mainstream gender were 28.1%. Gender unresponsive budgets or gender-neutral are 55.71% of total direct expenditure budgets. Seconds, integration of gender responsive budgets in the budgets got some constraints, namely policy, structural and cultural. Keywords: Gender, APBD and Gender responsive budgeting.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Waste management in DKI Jakarta always heading toward difficult way, and even nowadays it become a political commodity that politicians able to use for the purpose of Election. The purpose of this research is to know the policies flow in policy making concepts in the development of the Intermediate Treatment of the Governor of DKI Jakarta and the DKI Jakarta DPRD. John Kindong's Theory. This study uses descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate: First, the condition of Bantargebang TPST which will be overload in the moment of 2019 Election, secondly many NGOs were disagree in the construction of ITF Jakarta based on the uses of incinerator combustion system, third The National Government uses BPPT to perpetuate interests in ITF development using incinerators, the Fourth Revision of Law No. 3 of 2013 concerning waste management is a subjective. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to discuss the emergence of ecofeminism in Indonesia through Dewi Candraningrum's activism. The author tries to analyze the ecofeminism of Dewi Candraningrum and its influence on the Kendeng grassroots movement by using concepts such as habitus, field, capital, and doxa. By using participant observation methods, this research consisting of the emergence of ecofeminism thinking of Dewi Candraningrum can be traced through the history of her social trays which also related to the habitus or her daily life. Dewi Candraningrum's habitus was marked by the term of orthodoxy that can be seen from Kartini Kendeng's narrative conversion. In addition, the heterodoxy arose from the cultural capital and symbolic capital of Dewi Candraningrum which encouraged the mainstreaming of ecofeminism in Indonesia. This research also shows the holistic relationship between ecofeminism thinking and the Kendeng grassroots movement. Keywords: Habitus, Ecofeminism, Dewi Candraningrum, Kendeng’s Movement
