Abstract

The figure of the BANTAS organization in improning the economy of their Pedungan village makes it interisting this study with in politics, and being able to take advantage of existing reources. This research used Modular Parties theory by Lucas Martin Novaes to see that brokers act as free agents and the can help to change the support once it’s getting more profitablea. The research method used descriptive qualitative, method using primery data and secondary data, because it describes about the figure of BANTAS in economy and politic. Theresuts of the research are: the first one, where the BANTAS organization change support, because the proposal offered by Kadek Agus Arya Wibawa is more profitable. The second one, the between and social assistant including the informations about job vacancy through Kelian Dinas as the leaders of BANTAS. Abstract

ABSTRACT In 2014, Kunti Bhakti LSM contributed a role to improve women's representation in the legislative position. However, the level of representation of women in the legislature of Tabanan Regency in Legislative Elections in 2014 did not reach 30%. The purpose of this thesis is to know how the obstacles of Kunti Bhakti LSM in improving women representation in the legislative position of Tabanan Regency in 2014. The theories that used in this research are liberal Feminist theory and Postfeminist theory. The researcher used qualitative method. Based on the result of the reseach, there is non-governmental organization in the legislative election of 2014 that contributed a role to improve women's representation in the legislative position of Tabanan Regency, namely Kunti Bhakti LSM. The efforts that have been made by Kunti Bhakti LSM is to have become a KPU relation and provided the capacity building for women legislative candidates. However, these efforts were experiencing some obstacles, the first is the internal factors derived from the Kunti Bhakti LSM that is still difficult to awaken women to take a part of the political. The second comes from external factors in which the obstacles of political parties where political parties tend to nominate men than women, because there is still a patriarchal culture in Tabanan regency, the cost candidates, the lack of women's understanding of politics, the potential women and the difficulty in getting permission from the family. Abstract

The sustainability of the localization business in the Sanur area is an interesting thing in this study by explaining the power of the political elite in the existence of the localization business "Danau Tempe". The theory that the JURNAL WIauthor uses is Barbara Harris White's shadow state theory and Joel S. Migdal's local strongman theory. This result is to explain the power of the political elite in the existence of the localization business of "Danau Tempe." Second, the involvement of the political elite in the localization business of "Danau Tempe". Third, political elites who play a dual role are transformed into a shadow state, namely the founder and supervisor of the United Sanur Youth Association. Abstract

The apad ulu system is a marriage sequence system for structural filling of the Prajuru of Customary Village. Patriarchy is still very inherent in the customary order, like ulu apad. Women seem to just follow the order made the majority by men. The research entitled "Gender Bias in the Selection of Prajuru of Customary Village Tenganan Pegringsingan, Manggis, Karangasem” aimed to provide exposure and description of gender bias in the selection of Prajuru in Customary Village Tenganan Pegringsingan, Manggis, Karangasem. This research used descriptive qualitative research method with in-depth interview. The theoretical basis used was the queer theory which mentioned identity was always associated with the labeling and regulated by universal law. Based on the analysis of the data obtained the findings that, first there was no election in the determination of positions because women automatically follow the position of their spouses. Second, dominant decision making in men; third, meeting is more routinely attended by men; fourth, women could not replace their partner position. Abstract

The training activity on village asset inventory and development of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) aims to provide knowledge insights to the Saba Village apparatus and scientific skills to be able to inventory potential assets belonging to the village in order to develop Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa). The activity was carried out in the form of training with a workshop approach, discussion and tutorial videos on asset inventories along with comprehensive analysis of solutions to the problem of developing BUMDesa. The results of this service activity include. First, the Saba Village apparatus gained an understanding of village assets and potential that could be developed into a village economy. Secondly, the village apparatus was very enthusiastic and eager to establish BUMDesa. Third, the Sipedas tutorial method helps provide convenience as well as a skill in conducting an asset inventory. Third, helping to solve the problem of assets in Saba Village which had previously been a conflict between communities and has now become clear.Keywords: Village Assets, BUMDesa, Village Economy, Training, Saba

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the role of dramaturgy by peasant woman in Selasih, Gianyar-Bali in the topless movement that occurred in 2019. The theory of Dramaturgy by Erving Goffman is used for analysis to discuss the concept of front stage and back stage that occurs when this movement happens. Used a qualitative method through observation, interviews and documentation where the author lives in and participates in several daily activities to obtain a deeper analysis. The results of this study are: first, the author found a dramaturgy of topless movements carried out by peasant women in Selasih. Second, peasant women have a role to make the audience feel sorry and stop the evictions that have been prepared by male members of the farmers' union. Third, behind the actors and reality, there are facts that women have other interests outside of planning, that is to protect ecology by rejecting capitalism-patriachal. Abstract

Cultural that is famous in Banyuwangi namely teks Osing, which is a tribal prayer the existence of spiritual magic. This research uses theory Hegemony Gramsci. The method used is qualitative descriptive. The instrument in these study using an in-depth interview on the informant. Determination of informants using techniques purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The results of the research are: first, Semar Mesem as the fine witchcraft of sage used to attract the opposite sex. On progress Semar Mesem can be used as a science magic to gain one's desire to be fulfilled. Second, the symbolic form of use Semar Mesem Belt, heirloom, implant, powder and lipstick. The symbol is used to maintain the position, authority, charm of love and attract the opposite sex. Third, the concept of hegemony Gramsci in use Semar Mesem originated from the doctrine of cultural dominance etnic Osing became heirs and rulers etnik from Banyuwangi which actually people unconsciously follow. Abstract

Perception of male legislative members towards gender mainstreaming in Bali Provincial DPRD Period 2014-2019 used the theory of female existentialism, Simone de Beauvoir. The method used is a sequential explanatory design by cencus sampling technique. The findings if this study, firstly: variable x it was found rejection if female legislators become leaders with 73% percentage, because female legislators are considered not wise. Second; variable y it was found that male legislators considered women legislators to have performed in the legislative functions properly and seriously. Third; the patriarchal culture in Bali is not a problem of the lack of women who plunge in the legislative institution, but the strategy of women in showing their existence. Based from the data, author found that the strategy of gender mainstreaming had been work well in parlement and need to improved in legislative function so thet the whole concept of gender mainstreaming can work effectively in the council of Bali Province for the period 2014-2019. Abstract

Village Sidetapa is the Village of Bali Aga in order to level of political participation which is always high when the activities of the election. The research to see high participation factors of villagers Sidetapa in legislative elections year 2014. As a frame research, a theory that used in this research is a theory political participation. Methods used in this study is descriptive qualitative. These findings this research is: First, the mobilization the through Buldog by the potential legislative. Second, there are relation actor political and Buldog, and Third is the punishment or rewards. Based on the findings, the conclusion of political mobilization, the relation and the punishment or reward affecting community choices in the election influence on the winning the legislature and high political participation of villagers Sidetapa community. Abstract

This research aimed to determine the response of Balinese Society on 2019 Indonesian Simultaneous Elections. The response includes three components, namely perception, participation, and attitude. This research used a descriptive type with a quantitative approach. This study was conducted in Bali Province, especially 9 (nine) districts and cities that held simultaneous elections on April 17, 2019. Based on data compiled from General Election Commission (KPU), Bali Province had 716 villages with 12,384 polling stations (TPS). Based on  Bali’s DPT 2019 from General Election Commission (KPU), there were 3,130,288 voters. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin’s formula with a 5% significance level that obtained 400 respondents. This study used a cluster sampling technique. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, the responses of the Balinese society on the implementation of the 2019 simultaneous elections were fair and good. The perception of the Balinese society on the implementation of the 2019 simultaneous election was good with an average score of 4.04 (out of 5.00). The participation of the Balinese society on the holding of the 2019 simultaneous elections was fairly good with an average score of 3.62 (out of 5.00). The attitude of the Balinese society on the implementation of 2019 simultaneous elections was good with an average score of 4.26 (out of 5.00). This is an interesting finding, considering that Bali is an area known for representing the Partai Demokrasi Indonesia-Perjuangan (PDIP), that naturally support for them through high political participation.
