Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh hedonic shopping motivation terhadap impulse buying dengan menyoroti peran mediasi positive emotion pada konsumen Sociolla di Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer kuantitatif dengan intrumen kuesioner. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah anaisis jalur dengan alat bantu SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh langsung variabel hedonic shopping motivation terhadap impulse buying; hedonic shopping motivation terhadap positive emotion, dan positive emotion terhadap impulse buying. Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung hedonic shopping motivation melalui positive emotion terhadap impulse buying.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the intention to purchase the Wuling Air EV electric car in Indonesia. The data analysis method used is quantitative primary data. The data used in this study used a questionnaire instrument via Google Form from 100 respondents. The research data was processed using the SPSS Program application. The sampling method in this study was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that product quality, brand image, and price perception influenced the purchase intention of the Wuling Air EV electric car in Indonesia.

Abstract

UPTD BLK Kuningan Regency is committed to improving professionalism and workforce competence in Kuningan Regency through the implementation of skills training, but besides this, UPTD BLK Kuningan Regency also plays a role in fostering alumni of job training participants, one of which is in the form of facilitating job security for alumni participating in job training. Starting from this, collaborative governance is an absolute thing that must be done by UPTD BLK Kuningan Regency. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The focus of the research uses the theory of the collaborative governance process according to Ansell and Gash (2007) which consists of Face to Face Dialogue, Trust Building, Commitment to The Process, Shared Understanding and Intermediate Outcome. The results of the study show that 5 indicators of the collaborative governance process proposed by Ansell and Gash (2007:228) have been carried out by each stakeholder.
