Abstract

This community service initiative aims to enhance digital marketing and business sustainability for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Yasmin Wiwid Label. Through a collaborative effort between the Diniyyah Lampung Institute of Technology and Business and MSME Yasmin Wiwid Label, the project focuses on providing digital marketing training and developing a dedicated website landing page. The training equips MSMEs with new knowledge and skills to independently manage digital marketing efforts, while the website landing page is designed to improve their online presence. The initiative seeks to broaden MSMEs' marketing reach, boost sales conversion, and foster sustainable business growth. Further evaluation and ongoing strategy development are recommended to maximize the impact of this community service endeavor

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian daerah, namun masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, terutama pada aspek transparansi rantai pasok, akses pasar, dan pencatatan transaksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang platform E-Business B2B berbasis blockchain yang dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan dan efisiensi dalam interaksi bisnis antar UMKM di Kabupaten Pesawaran. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahapan analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Teknologi Hyperledger Fabric digunakan untuk mencatat setiap perubahan data produk sehingga memiliki rekam jejak permanen dan tidak dapat dimodifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dirancang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional utama UMKM, seperti login, transaksi penjualan dan pembelian, pengelolaan stok, pengelolaan data produk, laporan keuangan, serta pencatatan versi data produk. Pengujian kompatibilitas memperlihatkan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik pada berbagai perangkat dan browser, sedangkan pengujian fungsionalitas dan Black Box Testing memastikan seluruh fitur bekerja sesuai rancangan. Implementasi blockchain terbukti meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan kepercayaan antar pelaku usaha. Platform ini sekaligus menjadi sarana digitalisasi yang mendukung daya saing UMKM lokal dalam ekosistem bisnis yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

Digitalisasi dakwah merupakan fenomena yang muncul seiring perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan media digital, yang memungkinkan penyebaran pesan keagamaan secara lebih luas dan interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik digitalisasi dakwah, mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang muncul, serta merumuskan strategi optimalisasi dakwah digital agar tetap moderat, efektif, dan etis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis isi (content analysis) terhadap konten dakwah digital di berbagai platform media sosial dan sumber literatur keagamaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dakwah digital memiliki karakteristik fleksibel, inklusif, dan interaktif, dengan pola komunikasi yang beralih dari satu arah menjadi dua arah dan multi arah. Namun, digitalisasi dakwah juga menghadirkan permasalahan, antara lain fragmentasi dan simplifikasi pesan, kecenderungan narasi provokatif, serta rendahnya literasi digital keagamaan. Untuk itu, optimalisasi dakwah digital memerlukan strategi holistik, yaitu peningkatan kompetensi digital pendakwah, penguatan substansi dan etika dakwah, serta peningkatan literasi digital masyarakat. Dengan penerapan strategi tersebut, digitalisasi dakwah dapat berfungsi tidak hanya sebagai media penyebaran pesan, tetapi juga sebagai sarana pembentukan kesadaran keagamaan yang kritis, reflektif, dan konstruktif di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based sales information system for Yasmin Wiwid Label, an ecoprint-based small and medium enterprise, to support product promotion, online ordering, and sales reporting. The system was developed using the ADDIE model, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The website provides a product catalog page to display ecoprint products with images, descriptions, and prices, a checkout page to simplify the ordering process, and a sales report dashboard to present revenue and transaction data. Bootstrap 5 was used to create a responsive and clean interface across devices. System functionality was evaluated using black-box testing, and the results showed that all main features worked as expected. The developed system is expected to improve sales management efficiency, support digital promotion, and help the business monitor sales performance more effectively.

Abstract

The Umrah travel industry in Indonesia continues to grow rapidly, driving the need for structured and efficient human resource training standards. However, the training process for Mutawwifs and Tour Leaders (TLs) at Nikmatour Travel is still conducted conventionally, with limited face-to-face sessions, unsystematic distribution of materials, and the absence of an automated evaluation mechanism, resulting in inefficiency and uneven competency among field staff. This study aims to analyze and redesign the Mutawwif and TL training business processes at Nikmatour Travel using a Business Process Management (BPM) lifecycle approach combined with Value-Added Analysis (VAA). Data was collected through observations and semi-structured interviews with management, instructors, and training participants at Nikmatour Travel. The as-is process was mapped using BPMN and analyzed with VAA. The analysis results showed that of the ten as-is activities, four were classified as Non-Value-Adding (NVA), five as Business Value-Adding (BVA), and one as Value-Adding (VA). The designed to-be process integrates an e-learning platform, automated notifications, digital evaluations, and real-time competency monitoring, and successfully eliminates all NVA activities.Quantitative estimates indicate a 44.3% reduction in total cycle time, from 18 hours to approximately 10 hours per training cycle, with an average BVA activity efficiency of 65%.

Abstract

Road damage in Lampung Province poses a serious threat to public safety and transportation, necessitating immediate government assistance. Despite the necessity for fast repair, there has been a lack of an appropriate platform for public reporting, making road inspections inefficient and error prone. This study makes two significant contributions: (1) the creation of a comprehensive dataset documenting road damage in Lampung, using samples collected in Pesawaran Regency, and (2) the development of an automated road damage identification and reporting system based on the YOLOv7 object detection model. The technology detects damage types such as alligator cracking, corrugation, depression, and potholes and provides real-time geolocation to improve reporting accuracy. Furthermore, it allows the public to report road damage. The model was trained on 1,200 pictures over 100 epochs, yielding a mean average precision (mAP) of 0.6. System performance was evaluated using precision and recall metrics, and compatibility testing confirmed that the system works reliably across various devices and browsers. This research enhances road maintenance by making inspections faster and more precise, while also promoting greater public involvement. Future work could integrate additional data sources, such as satellite imagery or IoT technology. to further increase the system’s scalability and accuracy.

Abstract

Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) masih menjadi tantangan kesehatan masyarakat yang signifikan di wilayah tropis, termasuk Kabupaten Pringsewu, Indonesia. Pada tahun 2024, Pringsewu mencatat 723 kasus DBD dengan tiga kematian, meningkat 366% dibandingkan tahun 2023. Lonjakan ini disebabkan oleh genangan air yang memfasilitasi perkembangbiakan nyamuk dan rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelaporan akibat belum adanya platform pelaporan yang mudah diakses. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem pemantauan dini DBD berbasis web crowdsourcing dan analisis geospasial di Kabupaten Pringsewu. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan model ADDIE yang meliputi analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Teknologi Leaflet.js digunakan untuk memvisualisasikan pola penyebaran penyakit melalui pemetaan geospasial interaktif dengan marker dinamis yang menunjukkan zona risiko. Aplikasi yang dirancang berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional utama meliputi login, pelaporan kasus real-time, pelaporan kegiatan PSN, visualisasi peta geospasial, notifikasi dini, manajemen data, dashboard analitik, dan riwayat laporan pengguna. Pengujian kompatibilitas menunjukkan sistem berjalan baik pada berbagai perangkat dan browser, sementara pengujian fungsionalitas dan Black Box Testing memastikan seluruh fitur bekerja sesuai rancangan. Integrasi crowdsourcing dengan analisis geospasial terbukti meningkatkan kemampuan deteksi dini, mempercepat respons terhadap potensi wabah, dan mendukung Strategi Nasional Penanggulangan Dengue 2021-2025.
