Abstract

In Indonesia, the dangers of disasters such as floods, droughts, storms, and landslides have caused much loss of human lives and livelihoods, economic and infrastructure degradation, social order changes as well as environmental damage. In the face of disasters, the improvement of the system's preparedness in the community to reduce the risk of hazards is done through mitigation and adaptation efforts. Under Law No.26 of 2007 on spatial planning confirms disaster mitigation to be an important aspect of attention. Malang city of East Java including the recorded area is potentially prone to disasters, either flood, landslides, tectonic earthquakes or volcanic earthquakes. This study aims to determine the efforts of Malang City Government to improve community preparedness in facing the threat of disaster in Malang. The method used is positivism approach with qualitative approach. The result of this research indicates that the readiness of Malang City Government in facing disaster is with structural and non-structural mitigation. The structural mitigation effort that is done is the improvement of urban drainage channels, increasing the RTH and RTNH, incessant in the greening program by building a city park where as a tourist place is also useful for urban RTH, river normalization, reforestation on the banks of the Brantas river and other small rivers and cutting big trees on the street. While the effort in non-structural mitigation is the existence of regional regulations governing disaster (Malang Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2017 on Disaster Management Implementation, Strategic Plan (RENSTRA) BPBD Malang City 2015 - 2018), build synergy program with all actors (ministries, state institutions, social organizations, business entities, and universities) to empower communities, simulate increased knowledge and community awareness, increase community capacity to reduce and adapt to disaster risks by simulating and direction.Keywords: disaster; preparedness; mitigation

Abstract

Urban area as one of the busiest space than another spaces that have various applied systems on it. The complexity of social, economic, ecology and culture systems in urban area was needed an effective and efficience management method toward urban sustainable livelihood. Nowadays, the eco-city development in Surabaya City, Indonesia and Lubhu Urban Area, Kathmandu Valley, Nepal has been developed. In addition, it was emerging some problems between the stakeholders. The research aims are identifying and mapping the potential conflict of stakeholder also conceiving new management strategy to reduce its conflict impacts. This research is important because it will define a simulation with stakeholder analysis as its approach through journals and reports. The research method supported by recent condition about those cities. The conclusion of this research shows that all stakeholders have spesific roles between each other. Logically, the more stakeholder involved the more its roles overlaped. Not only Lubhu Urban Area which have the waste water and solid waste problems, but also Surabaya City. The problems caused by socio-politic conflicts and lack of awareness and contribution between private and public sectors. The alternative solution is integrating the interest between public and private sectors with fully support from political stakeholder.Keywords: Development, Eco-city, Potential Conflict, Stakeholders, Surabaya, Lubhu.

Abstract

Promosi pariwisata merupakan aspek yang kini menjadi fokus pemerintah dalam meningkatkan potensi sektor pariwisata. Meski aspek infrastruktur juga penting, tetapi perbaikan infrastruktur memakan waktu lebih lama daripada promosi. Salah satu langkah konkret pemerintah Indonesia untuk mempromosikan pariwisata adalah dengan meluncurkan “Pesona Indonesia” sebagai nation branding yang merepres-entasikan daya Tarik pariwisata di Indonesia. Pesona Indonesia merupakan channel yang dibuat oleh Kementerian Parwisata untuk mempromosikan pariwisata di Indonesia. Selain tersedia dalam bentuk layanan website, calon wisatawan juga dapat melihat video cinematic terkait pariwisata di Indonesia. Hal tersebut dimaksudkan agar dapat menarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke tempat tersebut. Semakin banyak wisatawan yang berkunjung, maka akan semakin besar pula pendapatan negara dari sector pariwisata. Penjelasan setiap tempat pariwisata di ‘Pesona Indonesia’ menggunakan bahasa yang sangat menarik. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui terdapat  dua jenis bentuk retorika yang sering dipakai  yakni yang berup diksi dan gaya bahasa.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: The study aims to establish a village governance strategy prioritising sustainability and community welfare. Background Problems: The problem of deforestation due to economic reasons is a fundamental reason that looks simple but involves many components. The economic sector impacts culture, macro policies and politics, and the most considerable influence is environmental sustainability. So, significant intervention is needed through appropriate governance, namely based on innovative forest business. Apart from that, the touch of ICT aligns with efforts to increase smart tourism. Novelty: Smart forest tourism that pays attention to sustainability and community welfare. Research Methods: This study utilises a phenomenological approach with the research location in Sambongrejo Village, Bojonegoro Regency, to identify deforestation problems. The study utilises SWOT analysis to determine the village governance strategy through external intervention and smart tourism. The research integrates intentional analysis by combining noema and noesis, followed by epoche to gather data on deforestation issues. Eidetic reduction is then used to distil the essence of consciousness, leading to proposed forest management strategies. These strategies, once implemented, hold the promise of a significantly more sustainable future for the village, confirming the forest management interpretation. Finding/Results: The SWOT analysis emphasises the internal and external factors from humans, nature, policies, and stakeholders that necessitate consideration for strategic steps to mitigate deforestation. Conclusion: The strategic efforts involve external intervention and the implementation of smart tourism, including the stages of smart destination, smart experience, and smart forest business, focusing on rights, incentives, and technology.

Abstract

Desa Kebon Ayu, Kecamatan Gerung Kabupaten Lombok Barat memiliki potensi destinasi wisata beragam yang mengkombinasikan atraksi wisata alam dengan sektor pertanian yang dikenal dengan konsep agrowisata. Konsep ini menjadi penggerak perekonomian lokal karena memiliki multiplier effect bagi berkembangnya pertanian hortikultura dengan teknik hidroponik menggunakan greenhouse pada komoditi unggulan golden melon dan juga dapat menyerap lapangan pekerjaan untuk wisata kuliner, UMKM, kelompok seni lokal dan pelaku usaha lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan pemetaan peran dan kepentingan stakeholder-stakeholder yang terlibat dalam pengembangan Desa Agrowisata Kebon Ayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) untuk menjaring partisipasi aktif dari stakeholder-stakeholder lokal guna mengumpulkan beberapa informasi terkait keterlibatan stakeholder dalam pengembangan desa agrowisata tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stakeholder yang menduduki posisi sebagai keyplayer dimana memiliki kepentingan dan pengaruh yang sama-sama tinggi antara lain Dinas Pariwisata, Dinas Pertanian, Pemerintah Desa Kebon Ayu, Pokdarwis, Kelompok Tani, BUMDes, UMKM dan Akademisi. Kolaborasi antar stakeholder tersebut sangat berpengaruh bagi keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan pengembangan Desa Agrowisata Kebon Ayu

Abstract

Customer satisfaction while staying at a hotel is influenced by several things, at this time apart from service, there is also CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, And Environment Sustainability) which was implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effectiveness of the application of CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, And Environment Sustainability) on customer satisfaction staying at Hotel Santika Premiere Malang City. The study used quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires and also observations to the Hotel Santika Premiere Malang City. After doing research, Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability affect customer satisfaction by 60.2%, it can be concluded that Cleanliness(X1), Health(X2), Safety(X3), Environmental Sustainability(X4) stimulants have a significant effect. and positive on the variable Customer Satisfaction (Y). Customer satisfaction felt when visiting or staying at Hotel Santika Premiere Malang is a feeling of security and comfort when serviced by hotel employees

Abstract

Pertumbuhan teknologi yang semakin meningkat di era modern saat ini menjadikan setiap orang sangat bergantung pada gadget dan media sosial guna mencari indormasi dalam bidang apapun, salah satunya dalam bidang pariwisata. Wisatawan akan mencari informasi melalui media sosial khususnya instagram terkait tempat wisata yang akan dikunjungi. Dengan adanya media sosial instagram akan mempermudah wisatawan mendapatkan informasi terkait objek wisata Kelabba madja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengannalisis Pengaruh media Sosial Instagram dan Citra Destinasi Terhadap kepuasan Berkunjung Wisatawan. Populasii dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung yang pernah datang ke objek wisata Kelabba Madja sebesar 95 responden. Data yang diperoleh merupakan hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan SPSS. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan Analisis Deskriptif Responden, Deskriptif Variabel, Uji Validitas dan Realibilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Regresi Linear Berganda, dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Media Sosial (X1) dan Citra Destinasi (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan (Y).

Abstract

Health is the optimal general state of one's body, mind, and spirit. Someone can do an activity because there is a healthy body so in general everyone always tries to stay healthy. The availability and convenience of health facilities is one of the efforts made by the government to improve the quality of public health. The purpose of this study with the Mean center method and Density estimation analysis with Heatmap, is to gain a better understanding of data distribution patterns. The Mean center method is used to determine the central point of distribution of data which can then be used as a reference to analyze and understand further distribution patterns. From this analysis it can be concluded that the Mean center method can help in identifying the center point or midpoint in the Surakarta area, describing the ideal location in Surakarta City, this method allows geographical representation of the center point using geographical coordinates such as latitude and longtitude which can then provide an easy understanding of the relative location of the center point of the hospital to other hospitals in the region. The results of the Mean center show that the center point of the hospital is located in Kelurahan Kestalan, Kecamatan, Banjarsari Surakarta City. Density estimation results in 3 (three) concentration clusters in Surakarta City. This helps local governments in plans to add health facilities, because of the gap in the northern, central and southern regions.

Abstract

Pembangunan di Kota Batu telah mengakibatkan peningkatan lahan terbangun dan penurunan vegetasi. Perubahan penggunaan lahan dapat terlihat melalui analisis sebaran vegetasi menggunakan data Citra Landsat 8. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan sebaran dan luas kerapatan vegetasi di Kota Batu pada tahun 2018 dan 2020 menggunakan klasifikasi indeks kerapatan vegetasi Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI). Metode NDVI digunakan untuk membandingkan pantulan sinar merah dan sinar inframerah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2018, sebaran nilai NDVI di Kota Batu memiliki klasifikasi vegetasi rapat, vegetasi cukup rapat, dan non-vegetasi dengan luas masing-masing 8.687,62 hektar, 4.076,20 hektar, dan 7.051,36 hektar. Pada tahun 2020, sebaran nilai NDVI di Kota Batu juga memiliki klasifikasi vegetasi rapat, vegetasi cukup rapat, dan non-vegetasi dengan luas masing-masing 7.070,40 hektar, 4.978,05 hektar, dan 7.760,40 hektar. Dari data tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi perubahan yang signifikan dalam klasifikasi kepadatan vegetasi selama dua tahun. Terjadi peningkatan sebesar 1% dalam klasifikasi yang cukup rapat, peningkatan sebesar 7% pada klasifikasi non-vegetasi, dan penurunan yang signifikan sebesar 16% pada klasifikasi vegetasi yang rapat. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya pergeseran fungsi lahan yang cukup signifikan, yang perlu menjadi pertimbangan penting dalam perencanaan tata ruang di Kota Batu.
