Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh corporate social responsibility dan corporate image terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada nasabah BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Cabang Kranji Lamongan. Populasi pada penelitian ini 2.207 nasabah dengan sampel 96 nasabah. Adapun metode dalam penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner langsung kepada nasabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif melalui pendekatan explanatory research. Adapun pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Adapun penelitian memperoleh hasil bahwa secara pasrial variabel corporate social responsibility mempunyai pengaruh yang positif serta signifikan dalam mendukung sikap loyal terhadap nasabah. Untuk variabel corporate image menunjukkan jika ada pengaruh positif dan juga signifikan yang dihasilkan pada loyalitas nasabah. Dalam pengujian simultan antara variabel corporate social responsibility dan corporate image juga memberi hasil yang sama yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang bersifat positif serta signifikan yang ada pada sikap loyal dari nasabah di BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Cabang Kranji Lamongan.

Abstract

Tidak meratanya distribusi pendapatan menyebabkan bertambahnya masyarakat yang hidup dibawah garis kemiskinan. Ditengah problematika ekonomi tersebut zakat hadir sebagai salah satu instrumen pengentas kemiskinan umat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dari faktor pengetahuan, religiusitas, trust, dan pendapatan manakah yang paling mempengaruhi minat muzaki membayar zakat. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian lapangan metode kuantitatif, dengan populasi masyarakat Kabupaten Trenggalek beragama Islam dan memperoleh sampel sebanyak 57 orang. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS 26 for Windows. Hasil uji parsial dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor pengetahuan dan religiusitas tidak mempengaruhi minat muzaki membayar zakat, namun faktor trust dan pendapatan zakat positif berpengaruh signifikan. Sedangkan pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa faktor pengetahuan, religiusitas, trust, dan pendapatan berpengaruh terhadap minat muzaki membayar zakat. Saran kepada peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menambah jumlah sampel dan juga variabel baru seperti sosialisasi ataupun variabel moderasi seperti faktor usia, karena menurut hasil penelitian ini, pengetahuan, pendapatan religiusitas dan kepercayaan hanya mampu menjelaskan setengah dari seluruh faktor yang mempengaruhi minat muzaki untuk membayar zakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan dalam memediasi kualitas pelayanan dan customer relationship management terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada BMT NU Jombang dengan populasi seluruh nasabah BMT NU Jombang dan sampel sebanyak 97 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel X yaitu kualitas pelayanan dan customer relationship management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel (Z) kepuasan, variabel X kualitas pelayanan dan customer relationship management serta variabel Z kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel (Y) loyalitas nasabah.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak sharia compliance pada kepuasan nasabah melalui mediasi layanan digital banking pada perbankan syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Sebanyak 120 kuesioner dikumpulkan dari nasabah bank syariah di BSI KC Malang Soetta untuk diuji hipotesis. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah pengujian analisis jalur menggunakan uji sobel test untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variable mediasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan berdasarkan hasil uji sobel tes pada perhitungan berdasarkan rumus dan diperoleh nilai sebesar 5,492 > 1,96 (sig < α=5%). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan digital banking mampu memediasi pengaruh sharia compliance terhadap kepuasan nasabah BSI KC Malang Soetta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze work stress from work-life balance and workload. The population that is used in this study are all employees at the Directorate General of Islamic Education (DGIE), Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (MORARI) with a sample of 212 employees. The method of determining the sample uses the probability sampling method with a simple random sampling approach. This study uses a type of research (explanatory research) with a quantitative approach. Collecting data using a questionnaire and then analyzed using PLS with WarpPLS 7.0 software. The results of this study indicate that workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress. Workload has a significant negative effect on work-life balance, work-life support has a significant and negative effect on work stress. Worklife balance can mediate the relationship between workload and work stress.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of anomaly calendar towards stock price in haram months (Muharam, Rajab, Zulkaidah, and Zulhijjah) in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Population for this research include all stockmarkets under the category of Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during the period of 1436H–1440H. Samples were chosen using purposive sampling, which include 44 companies. Results showed that there are no difference in JII stock price during holy months of Rajab, Zulkaidah, and Zulhijjah compared to any other period of the same year. This finding means that muslim society in Indonesia did not create an out of ordinary transaction in the market and there will be no significant change during the period of holy months. However, in Muharram, results showed different outcome compared to the other holy months.

Abstract

Malang Pengaruhnya pada Career Development, Burnout, dan Organizational Culture. Terdapat penelitian sebelumnya pada variabel career development dan burnout  yang menyatakan bahwa tunover intention dapat dipengaruhi oleh variabel tersebut. Namun, dalam penelitian sebelumnya ada juga yang menyatakan bahwa turnover intention tidak dipengaruhi oleh career development dan burnout. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan explanatory research. Jumlah populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 60 karyawan BTN Syariah Malang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan dari penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinansi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1)  Career Development tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. (2) Burnout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention.  (3) Organizational Culture berpengaruh negatif dan signnifikan terhadap Turnover Intention.Kata Kunci: Career Development, Burnout, Organizational Culture, Turnover Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and organizational commitment on service quality with organizational citizenship behaviour as a mediation variable. This study is located on BPJS Kesehatan KC Pekalongan, with a total population amounted 75 employees, and the sample is about 40 employees. The sampling technique in this study uses judgment sampling. The analysis technique used path analysis with SPSS 25 as a hypothesis testing tool. The study found that emotional intelligence significantly affects organizational citizenship behaviour. However, organizational commitment hasn’t a significant effect on organizational citizenship behaviour because employees who have a high level of organizational commitment do not always mean that these employees also exhibit OCB behavior. Emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behaviour significantly affect service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job training and organizational commitment to service quality with the object of research in the Hotel Ubud, Malang. This research uses quantitative methods with sampling techniques that are saturated samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of the research and analysis show that job training and organizational commitment affect the quality of service. And the results of this study are the same as those conducted by previous researchers. Thus, it can be seen that job training provided at the Ubud City Hotel in Malang has a positive effect on the quality of service for company employees.

Abstract

This study aims to explore differences in employee productivity levels based on tenure, revealing that employees with less than three years of service generally exhibit lower productivity compared to their more seasoned counterparts. The research was conducted at PT Didu Indonesia, focusing specifically on a comparative analysis of productivity between employees with tenure under three years and those with tenure exceeding three years. Employing a quantitative research design, the study utilized secondary data, comprising productivity records from 60 employees categorized by tenure from 2021-2023. Data analysis was performed using SPSS, with the Kolmogorov Smirnov test yielding a statistic of 3.873 and an asymptotic significance (2-tailed) of 0.000. Since this result is below the 0.05 threshold, the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected in favor of the alternative hypothesis (H1), confirming that the productivity levels between the two groups are significantly different. The implications of these findings are significant for human resource management and organizational strategies. The observable gap in productivity based on tenure suggests that companies should consider implementing tailored onboarding and mentorship programs for new employees to enhance their productivity more swiftly. Fostering a supportive work environment that facilitates skill development and knowledge transfer is crucial. Moreover, identifies a need for ongoing training and professional development opportunities tailored to employees with varying levels of tenure. Organizations can ultimately benefit from recognizing the contributions of long-tenured employees, utilizing their experience as mentorship resources while investing in the growth of newer employees to bridge the productivity gap. By addressing these dynamics, PT Didu Indonesia and similar organizations can create a more cohesive, productive workforce that enhances overall organizational performance and job satisfaction.
