Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan merajuk pada kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi finansial dan lingkungan kerja fisik apakah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Wates Kulon Progo. Hal tersebut dilihat dari pengaruh baik parsial dan simultan. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah penelitian kuatitatif dengan jumlah responden 56 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dilakukan pada penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi finansial, dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik parsial dan simultan.

Abstract

Technological developments in the business world and the COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the world in recent years have changed people's shopping habits, from what people used to shop offline to shop online. This led to a significant increase in transactions on the marketplace. One marketplace that is often used by people in Indonesia is Tokopedia. Tokopedia has become the most visited marketplace by Indonesians in the last three years. In the marketplace there is a menu of information regarding goods purchased from consumers and star ratings from consumers, the importance of a menu of information regarding items purchased from consumers and this star award can make it easier for consumers to make purchasing decisions in the marketplace. Seeing the importance of information from consumers and giving stars from these consumers, a study was conducted to determine the effect of online customer reviews and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, non-physical work environment, and career development on employee retention. This research was conducted at PT BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera in 2022. This research is a quantitative study with 40 respondents using a sampling technique, namely the saturated sampling technique. Data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee retention. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. Career development has no positive and significant effect on employee retention. The results of the study simultaneously compensation, non-physical work environment, and career development on employee retention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how students develop their business in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Indonesia. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. This study uses data collection methods in the form of interviews and documentation. The resource persons in this study were Amri and Kiki who were students who entered the world of entrepreneurship. To determine the wetness of the data, the credibility test and transferability test were used. The data testing method uses triangulation while the data analysis method uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. This study found that the business development that students do is cooperation in purchasing, cooperation in solving challenges, starting a business, seeing business opportunities, entrepreneurship capital, choosing a location strategy, marketing strategy, financial strategy, and competitive strategy. Dominating in the development of this business is the business communication strategy through various marketing media that are trending and looking for business opportunities from the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of consumer trust on online purchase interest in the marketplace. Methodology: The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative research method. The population in this study is the consumer marketplace users in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, and the sample in this study is 120 respondents. The sampling method in this technique uses purposive sampling. Purposive sampling is a method of selecting samples based on certain criteria. The criteria in this study are marketplace users in Yogyakarta who have purchased in the marketplace. Data analysis methods include validity, reliability, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the coefficient of determination (R2), F test, and t test. Findings: The results of the study found that ability had a positive and insignificant effect on purchase interest, benevolence has a positive and significant effect on purchase interest, integrity has a positive and insignificant effect on purchase interest, Reputation has a positive and significant effect on purchase interest in the marketplace, also the website quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase interest. The five independent variables jointly affect consumer purchase interest in the marketplace; the calculated F value is 20.686 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The magnitude of the influence of ability, benevolence, integrity, reputation, and website quality on purchase interest is 45,3%. Originality: Unresearched geographic focus and empirical findings that benevolence, reputation, and website quality have a significant influence on purchase intention. With this approach, this study contributes to enriching the literature on the local e-commerce context, especially in Indonesia, as well as broadening the understanding of the determinants of consumer purchase intention from the perspective of trust and digital quality. Practical Implications: Marketplaces need to improve aspects of benevolence, reputation, and website quality, because these three aspects have been proven to have a significant influence on consumer purchasing interest, which has not been discussed simultaneously in previous studies

Abstract

Today's teenagers face serious challenges in terms of mental health, especially due to social and academic pressures, as well as the negative influence of digital media. Lack of self-management is the root of various psychological problems such as stress, anxiety, and deviant behavior. This community service activity aims to improve the mental health of teenagers through the education of the noble values ​​contained in the teachings of Wulang Reh and Wedatama. This program was implemented at SMA Negeri 1 Bambanglipuro, targeting grade XII students, and involved stages of observation, focus group discussions, coordination with partners, and implementation of interactive education. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' understanding of the concepts of self-control, inner peace, and positive thinking. In addition, there was a change in students' attitudes in dealing with pressure and an increased awareness of the importance of local cultural values ​​as a foundation for character formation. This activity proves that a local wisdom-based approach can be an effective alternative in efforts to improve the mental health of teenagers in the school environment.
