Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى الحصول على معلومات حول تعلم اللغة العربية وخاصة مهارة الكلام في قسم تعليم اللغة العربية في جامعة باتوسنجكر الاسلامية الحكومية. يستخدم البحث منهجا كميا. أدوات جمع البيانات هي الاختبار والاستبيان. تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام الإحصاء الوصفي. تشير نتائج البحث إلى أن قدرة الطلاب على الكلام في الفصل "أ" بنسبة 28٪ منخفضة، و 36٪ متوسطة ، و 36٪ عالية. بينما في الفصل "ب"، تكون قدرة الكلام لدى الطلاب 36.4٪ منخفضة و 40.9٪ متوسطة و 22.7٪ عالية. سبب ضعف قدرة الطلاب هو عدم ملاءمة استراتيجية المعلمين في تدريس الكلام. وافق حوالي 96٪ من طلاب الفصل "أ" و 86.4٪ من طلاب الفصل "ب" لديهم إجابة مماثلة. سبب آخر هو انخفاض دافع الطلاب للتعلم. وافق طلاب الصف "أ" على حوالي 76٪ منهم وأجاب 77٪ من طلاب الصف "ب" نفس الشيء. من النتائج ، يمكن الاستنتاج أن عدم قدرة الطلاب على التكلم باللغة العربية يمكن التغلب عليها من خلال تحسين استراتيجيات التدريس وتشجيع أقصى قدر من الحافز لتعلم اللغة العربية.This research aims to obtain infomation about Arabic learning especially speaking skill in Arabic Language Education Department at IAIN Batusangkar. The research uses a quantitative approach. The instruments to collect the data are test and questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the research state that the students’ speaking ability at class “ A “ are 28% low, 36% moderate, and 36% high. While, at class “B”, students’ speaking abilities are 36.4% low, 40,9% moderate, and 22.7% high. The cause of students’ low ability is the unappropriateness of teachers’ strategy in teaching speaking. There are about 96% students at class “A” agreed and 86.4% students at class “B” had similar answer. Another cause is students’ low motivation in learning. Class “A” students agreed for about 76% of them and 77% of class “B” students answered the same. From the finding, it can be concluded that the inability of students to speak Arabic can be overcomed by improving teaching strategies and encouraging maximum motivation  to learn Arabic.

Abstract

This research aims to develop Individual Differences-Based Speaking Skills Learning Model in Arabic Language Education Program of Institute for Islamic studies Batusangkar. The Research questions to answer are how to design, how is praticality and than effectiveness of the model. The Research and Development Method appload Dick and Carry Development Model. The results of this research are as follows: 1) The design of the learning model is based on three student groups; 2) In terms of practicality, 87% of the students are able and to solvie problems in the process of learning Arabic, 67% of the students are confident to be able to speak Arabic; 3) In terms of effectiveness, the use of this learning model has an effect on improving  the  student’s learning outcomes, This is indicated by  the “ t “ test result 2,036 ˂ 7,110 ˃ 2,036. The research concludes that the model is feasible, practical, and effective in improving, the student’s speaking skills.
