Abstract

Production planning and control is an absolute must for companies that produce goods or services. This is considered very important because it is the core of the entire production process. Every company may not carry out a production activity if it does not conduct production planning and control activities. Production plan at PT. Krakatau Wajatama on capacity planning and production of profile steel products requires a production plan based on demand that might come so that it needs an appropriate plan so that there is no overproduction. Therefore, integration between production plans and capacity plans needs to be done in order to obtain a realistic production plan. The method used is forecasting, capacity planning using RCCP can be done with the conversion process of the Production Plan or MPS based on order requests in bales in the period January 2019 to December 2019 into the time requirement of the production machine. Estimated results of 2019 demand for profile steel production are IWF-Flange, U-Chanal, L-Angels. In January 2019 it was 250836,713 minutes, February 2019 was 225731.5425 minutes, March 2019, and for IWF-Flange, U-Chanal, L-Angels products. In January 2019 it was 298080 minutes, February 2019 was 259200 minutes, March 2019 was 298080 minutes. company capacity planning needs on profile steel products namely IWF-Flange, U-Chanal, L-Angels using machine capacity that is used multiplied by hours per shift at times of shifts per day multiplied by workdays per period by converting production plans or MPS into capacity by using the RCCP concept with the Capacity Planning Using Overall Factors (CPOF) method.

Abstract

Background: Open defecation (BABS) behaviour is an act of disposing of feces in fields, forests, bushes, rivers, beaches or other open areas and allowed to spread to contaminate the environment, soil, air and water, causing new problems that can cause problems. endanger human health. This study aims to determine the relationship between open defecation (BABS) behavior with latrine ownership, knowledge and attitudes in the Kasunyatan Village, the working area of ​​the Kasemen Health Center. Methods: The research design used was cross sectional with a sample of 93 respondents. The sampling method was taken by simple random sampling. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate. Questionnaire was used to collect the primary data. While the secondary data was obtained from the profile data of the Kasemen Health Center in 2018. Results: There were people who practice open defecation (35.5%), a total of 59 (63.4%)people did not have the qualified latrine, 47.3% have poor knowledge, and 40.9% have bad attitudes. A significant relationship was found between eligible latrine conditions (p=0.000), knowledge (p=0.0001) and attitudes (p=0.000) with open defecation behavior. Conclusion: Unqualified latrine conditions, knowledge and attitudes of respondents affect open defecation behavior

Abstract

Clean Life And Healthy Behavior (CLHB) in schools is an effort to empower students, teachers, and community in the school environment to know, want and be able to help themselves in the field of health by implementing CLHB and play an active role in realizing healthy schools. The purpose of this research was to know the determinant to CLHB in elementary school students in Deringo Village Citangkil District Cilegon City Year 2019. Research design is cross sectional. The sample of this research is 107 students of grade 5, where taken using total sampling method. Primary data collection using questionnaires. Secondary data obtained from Citangkil Puskesmas and school. Based on research results obtained as much as 49.5% of students who perform CLHB less, 36, 4% have poor knowledge, 44.9% have a negative attitude, 42, 1% of students said that the teacher support were less and 43, 9% parents support were less. The results of analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between attitudes (pv=0.009), the teachers support (pv = 0,000) and the parents support (pv=0,000) with CLHB in elementary school students. Suggestions from this research are expected that the school can maximize the function of UKS and provide facilities and infrastructures that support CLHB of students.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) sekolah memerlukan dukungan dan keterlibatan semua pihak di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan persepsi guru tentang K3 sekolah di boarding school Kota Serang tahun 2022.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di enam Madrasah Aliyah yang menggunakan sistem Boarding School dan Pondok pesantren dibawah naungan Kementrian Agama Kota Serang pada bulan April sampai Juni 2022. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 145 orang guru boarding school di Serang. Pengumpulan data secara langsung menggunakan kuesioner dan data dianalisis secara univariat dan analisis bivariat. Hasil: Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 55,9% responden memiliki persepsi baik tentang K3 Sekolah, 53,8% responden memiliki pengetahuan baik, 96,6% responden memiliki tingkat pendidikan tinggi, 80% responden memiliki masa kerja lama (>5th), sebagian besar responden adalah laki-laki serta sebanyak 79,3% responden tidak pernah mengalami kecelakaan di sekolah. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dan masa kerja dengan persepsi guru tentang K3 sekolah serta tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat Pendidikan, jenis kelamin dan kejadian kecelakaan dengan persepsi guru tentang K3.Simpulan: Persepsi guru tentang K3 di sekolah dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan serta persepsi tentang K3 tidak berkorelasi terhadap kecelakaan kerja yang pernah dialami oleh guru.Kata Kunci: Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Sekolah, persepsi, pengetahuan, kecelakaan kerja ABSTRACTTitle: Knowledge and Perceptions of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Schools in Islamic Boarding SchoolsIntroduction: Workplace safety and health (WSH) programs in schools need to be supported and involve all elements ofschools. This research aims to seek the factors related to the teachers’ perception of school workplace safety and health in boarding schools and Islamic boarding schools (Pondok Pesantren) in the city of Serang in 2022. Methods: This study used a quantitative research design with across-sectional approach. The research was conducted at six Madrasah Aliyah boarding schools and Islamic boarding schools that were under the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Serang and took place from April to June 2022. The respondents in this study were 145 Islamic boarding school teachers in Serang. Data was collected from questionnaires through the interview method,s, and the data was analyzed in univariate and bivariate (chi-square) forms. Result: Research results showed that as much as 55.9% of respondents had good perceptions of school WSH, where 99.6% of respondents had a high education level, and 80% had a long length of employment (>5 years), the majority of respondents were male, and 79.3% of respondents had never experienced an accident at school. There was a significant relationship between knowledge and length of employment towards the teachers’ perception of WSH. However, there were not any significant relationships between educational level, gender, and incidence of accidents toward teachers’ perception of WSH. Conclusion: Teachers' perceptions of WSH at school are influenced by knowledge, and perceptions of WSH do not correlate with teachers’ work accidents experiencedKeywords: perceptions on WSH, knowledge, workplace accidents

Abstract

The habit of CHLB in school-age children can be influenced by various factors, including knowledge, attitudes, parental education level and the availability of infrastructure that supports students' CHLB. This study aims to determine the factors associated with CHLB in elementary school students. The study was conducted in February-August 2019 in all northern elementary schools in Kramatwatu District with a sample of 170 grade 5 elementary school students who were taken by purposive sampling. This study used a cross-sectional design with bivariate analysis. This study shows that as many as 45.3% of respondents have a bad CHLB, the level of education is in the high category (SMA), have a good level of knowledge (80%), a positive attitude (51.8%), good infrastructure (70%) and there is a relationship between the availability of infrastructure and CHLB . The availability of infrastructure encourages changes in CHLB in elementary school students.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan merupakan salah satu tempat yang potensial terjadinya kecelakaan. Hal ini disebabkan karena aktivitas pembelajaran, kegiatan praktikum serta penggunaan peralatan, bahan dan fasilitas penunjang lainnya yang menjadi faktor penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan. Faktor lain yang juga menjadi risiko terjadinya kecelakaan di SMK adalah perilaku siswa yang mengabaikan prosedur, menyepelekan aturan serta kurangnya pengetahuan tentang keselamatan di sekolah. Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan PkM ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran siswa di SMKN 1 Ciruas mengenai pentingnya penerapan K3 di lingkungan sekolah. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah siswa kelas X dan XI dari semua jurusan yang terdapat di SMKN 1 Ciruas sebanyak 110 siswa. Metode penyelesaian masalah dengan upaya edukasi tentang pentingnya penerapan K3 sekolah dengan pendekatan pre-postest. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebelum dilakukan edukasi sebanyak 40,9% siswa memiliki pengetahuan kurang baik. Setelah diberikan edukasi terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan pada pengetahuan siswa. Nilai mean perbedaan antara sesudah dan sebelum 2,536 dengan standar deviasi 2,866. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p sebesar 0,001 maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan edukasi. Saran dari kegiatan ini bahwa sekolah dapat mengadakan kegiatan edukasi/sosialisasi tentang K3 secara berkesinambungan sehingga pemahaman K3 pada siswa dapat ditingkatkan dan dipertahankan sebagai bekal pembentukan budaya keselamatan di tempat kerja pada saat siswa lulus sekolah.

Abstract

The approach to preventing sexual violence in the campus environment continues to be a concern, including through the active role of the PPKS Task Force of Faletehan University. One of the efforts made is through socialization activities to the academic community. This article directly describes the dynamics that emerged during the activity, starting from the effectiveness of material delivery, participant responses, to challenges in creating a safe and inclusive discussion space. Forms of sexual violence, as well as the role of the Task Force have been conveyed well. However, communication that tends to be one-way is still an obstacle in encouraging active participation. The responses of the participants were varied, some were actively involved, but some were passive due to cultural factors, discomfort, and lack of trust in the PPKS Task Force. Other challenges arise in efforts to build a psychologically safe space, especially because there is still an imbalance in power relations in the academic environment and stigma against victims. Therefore, the communication approach, ongoing facilitator training, and student involvement from the planning stage are the main recommendations. These results are expected to inspire other campuses in designing a more comprehensive sexual violence prevention strategy and making victims feel safe.

Abstract

Introduction: E-learning is acquiring knowledge and skills using the Internet, offering learners a versatile and individualized medium for education. It is a novel method of providing high-quality educational services to students through electronic means to enhance their knowledge, abilities, and consistency. Higher education institutions globally are increasingly using several forms of e-learning. Conversely, through engagement, e-learning has secured the improvement of learning abilities, knowledge, and excellence. Material and Methods: This study constitutes a comprehensive examination of the current body of literature. The subject matter, comprising publications published between 2018 and 2023, was selected from various internet sources, such as Science Direct, PubMed, and Google Scholar. We employed the PRISMA methodology to analyze the literature review systematically. Results: Following a comprehensive evaluation of 14 suitable papers, only 10 of the 183 articles chosen for analysis could be analyzed. Evidence suggests that e-learning can facilitate a fresh comprehension of the essential aspects of effective learning methodologies. Conclusion: According to the literature research findings, it was discovered that the e-learning model affects learning satisfaction, which is simultaneous with its influence. The level of contentment that students have with the outcomes of their e-learning experiences can be a primary measure of the quality of education provided in higher education.

Abstract

Introduction: The current economic crisis in Indonesia, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) have proven to be very resilient. When expanding a nation's economy, micro, small, and medium-sized businesses (MSMEs) play a crucial and vital role, so that’s why the researcher want to know about The aim of this research is to see the influence of customer relationship quality on the marketing performance of MSMEs. Materials and Methods: Sampling from food and beverage MSMEs in Banten province. The sample size was 209 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire with direct interviews with respondents. Secondary data was obtained from BPS Banten Province. analysis technique using the SEM method Results: There is a relationship between Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Customer Management and Marketing Performance with a p value above 0.05.
