Abstract

Background:Spiritual care is a vital aspect of the nursing process, particularly for palliative patients such as those with Coronary heart disease. While pharmacological and medical interventions remain paramount for managing heart conditions, the efficacy of Islamic spiritual therapy with Murottal has also been significant. Research has demonstrated its notable influence on patients' quality of life, particularly in mitigating anxiety and depression. Objective:This study aims to conduct a systematic review to explore the role of Islamic spirituality in nursing, specifically through Murottal recitations, and its impact on anxiety and depression among Coronary heart disease patients. Method:Employing a systematic review design, we utilized various electronic databases including PubMed, ProQuest, Science Direct, DOAJ, Wiley, Garuda, and secondary PubMed-indexed sources from 2018 to 2023. Inclusion criteria comprised studies with a clear definition of spiritual care involving Murottal in nursing, confirmed Coronary heart disease diagnoses, and reporting outcomes such as the incidence of death, cardiovascular outcomes, and quality of life. Result:The search focused on examining the correlation between Islamic spiritual care with Murottal and the quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease. Following a rigorous methodology, which included study selection, critical appraisal, data extraction, and synthesis, the search yielded 1,286 articles, with seven meeting the inclusion criteria. Analysis and categorization of these articles based on evidence level and recommendations revealed a consistent association between Islamic spiritual care with Murottal and reduced anxiety and depression in Coronary heart disease patients. However, heterogeneity was observed in research instruments, implementation duration, and outcomes. Conclusion:The conclusive evidence from this review supports the notion that Islamic spiritual care, particularly through Murottal recitations, significantly impacts the quality of life among Coronary heart disease patients. Abstract

The Integrated Patient Development Record documents interprofessional collaboration in patient care for health services, especially for patients with chronic problems, including diabetes mellitus. This study aims to determine the completeness of integrated patient progress records in diabetes mellitus patients. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a sample of 45 people and interviews with five respondents. Based on the research results, 11 forms (24.5%) had data filled in, and 34 forms (75.5%) had incomplete data. The problem factor in filling out integrated patient progress notes lies in verifying the responsible doctor and the results of the service provider's professional instructions. This is due to the large number of patients and limited time. The author provides suggestions for filling out integrated patient progress notes to support accreditation document service standards: a) increase the professional accuracy of service providers in filling out incomplete integrated patient progress notes. b) there needs to be socialization regarding standard operational procedures for integrated patient recording to minimize incomplete forms.

Abstract

Introduction:. o chart peer-reviewed literature regarding the psychological and social health outcomes of physical activity (PA) around menopause in a systematic manner. Materials and Methods: The method used was a literature review where data was obtained from an electronic database, namely Google Scholar, Pubmet, Scopus between 2018-2024 have 68 after check the articles were found, 7 articles were selected that were in accordance with the objectives of this research. Manual checking of reference lists was also performed. The selection process was guided by the stages in PRISMA-ScR. Results: For all studies, surveys were the primary method of measuring psychological and social health outcomes, in cross-sectional studies (3 papers), intervention studies (3), longitudinal cohort studies (1) and one paper reporting a mixed-method study. The dataset comprised a total of women, with an average age of 52.6 and a variety of menopausal states. Most of the studies involved primarily Caucasian, relatively healthy, married and employed participants. Nineteen psychological and social health outcomes were assessed, including psychological menopause symptoms (N = 34), quality of life (N = 33), satisfaction with life (N = 7) and self esteem (N = 5). Conclusion: Collectively, the findings of these studies indicate a relatively evident positive impact of PA on the respective health outcomes, with only a few studies reporting no association. It is also noteworthy that most studies did not report any difference related to menopausal status. Future studies would benefit from, inter alia, a qualitative approach to lived experiences of psychological and social health outcomes of PA during the menopausal transition.

Abstract

The bibliometric analysis of publications connected to nursing education methods and digital media is still restricted. Thus, there needs to be more understanding of practices and concepts. This study aims to determine the trend in publications and visualization of nursing learning techniques and digital media. The bibliometric method with policy-related scientific publication data from 2017 to 2024 uses a VOS viewer. The publications evaluated came from the Google Scholar database: 200 articles, 13 from Scopus, and 14 from PubMed. The literature search was conducted online in March 2024 using keywords: knowledge, skill, and digital education. The articles were downloaded in RIS format and processed with a VOS viewer to visualize and analyze patterns in bibliometrics. VOS viewer can generate network, overlay, and density visualization maps. Following analysis by the VOS viewer software, 8 clusters were identified in mapping all themes (light purple, brown, orange, Tosca, purple, yellow, blue, green, and red). The clusters demonstrated a link between one issue and another. The thickness of the connecting line indicated the strength of pairs of topic areas or keywords. The mapping results presented above reveal the number of terms and other term associations associated with digital education. Future academics can develop themes that have yet to be explored by considering the density of topics offered and paying regard to duty and ethics in education. This research contributes to providing information on the use and implementation of technology in nursing education in the digital era.

Abstract

Stunting affects approximately 22.3% of children under five globally, with higher prevalence in low- and middle-income countries. While family nursing interventions may play a crucial role in preventing stunting through improved self-care practices, comprehensive evidence synthesis is lacking. This systematic review aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of family nursing care interventions in improving self-care practices related to stunting prevention, identify successful strategies, analyze outcomes, and provide evidence-based recommendations for healthcare practitioners.Following PRISMA 2020 guidelines, we systematically searched PubMed/MEDLINE, Scopus, CINAHL, and Science Direct for studies published between 2019 and 2024. Two independent reviewers assessed methodological quality using standardized tools. Data were synthesized narratively due to intervention heterogeneity. Twenty-five studies met inclusion criteria, including mixed-methods, quantitative observational, randomized controlled trials, and qualitative studies. Family nursing interventions improved health literacy (35.4% increase) and growth monitoring compliance (68.5% increase). Culturally adapted educational approaches and home-based support showed the most substantial evidence for effectiveness. Stunting prevalence decreased by 17.5% among intervention groups, with improved height-for-age Z-scores (mean improvement: 0.45 SD). Success factors included cultural competency, regular supervision, and clear intervention protocols. Conclusion: Family nursing interventions effectively improve self-care practices and contribute to stunting prevention when incorporating cultural adaptation, regular monitoring, and integrated community support. Future research should focus on long-term outcomes and standardized measurement tools across diverse settings.
