Abstract

Pelaksanaan posyandu lansia Puskesmas Harapan Raya belum maksimal, dikarenakan kurangnya sumber daya manusia, keterbatasan anggaran, sarana dan prasarana yang belum tersedia dengan lengkap, dan kurangnya minat lansia dalam memanfaatkan kegiata posyandu lansia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Evaluasi Program Posyandu Lansia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Harapan Raya Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam dan observasi 10 orang informan terdiri dari penanggung jawab program lansia, perawat, kader posyandu lansia, dan lansia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2019 di Posyandu Lansia Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Harapan Raya Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan ketersediaan sumber daya manusia cukup memadai, pembiayaan posyandu lansia belum memadai, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana belum memadai kebijakan sudah sejalan dengan Undang-Undang No. 36 Tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan pasal 138, pelaksanaan posyandu lansia belum optimal. Disarankan Puskesmas Harapan Raya untuk melakukan pembinaan dan keterampilan pada semua kader, meningkatkan kerjasama dengan tokoh masyarakat agar mendapat dukungan materil, sarana dan prasarana, mengikuti dan menyesuaikan dengan kebijakan yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Implementation is the implementation of laws in which various actors, organizations, procedures, and techniques work together to carry out policies in an effort to achieve policy objectives or policy programs. Exclusive breastfeeding coverage The Meranti Islands District Health Office experienced the lowest exclusive breastfeeding coverage in 2019, namely Alai Community Health Center, which is 25% where the achievement of the exclusive Breastfeeding Program (ASI) in Meranti Islands Regency in 2019 is 50% and still far from the national target of 80%. This study aims to determine the implementation of the exclusive breastfeeding program at Alai Public Health Center, Tebing Tinggi Barat District, Meranti Islands Regency in 2020. This type of qualitative research uses observational research. When the research was conducted in June-August at the Alai Public Health Center, Tebing Tinggi Barat District, Meranti Islands Regency. The research subjects were the head of the puskesmas (IK1), pregnant women (IU1), PJ KIA (IP1), and posyandu cadres (IP2). Data analysis is used by systematically arranging the interview guidelines, then processing the data, data from observations are identified to describe each variable, a summary will be presented in narrative form. The results of this study indicate that the policies in the exclusive breastfeeding program have been implemented but the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is still low because many pregnant women do not follow the recommendations that have been given by health workers in counseling such as the benefits of breastfeeding. It can be concluded that health workers in the policy of the exclusive breastfeeding program provide counseling to pregnant women and approach pregnant women in order to achieve an exclusive breastfeeding program. Abstract

Provinsi Riau memiliki 237 Puskesmas dari 12 Kabupaten yang telah ditetapkan sebagai puskesmas yang menerapkan Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (PPK-BLUD), namun diantara 12 Kabupaten tersebut terdapat 4 Kabupaten yang belum menerapkan Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (PPK-BLUD) salah satunya adalah Kabupaten Bengkalis. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah puskesmas di Kabupaten Bengkalis telah ditetapkan menjadi Puskemas yang sudah layak untuk menerapkan Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah, tetapi sampai saat ini masih belum diterapkan di Puskesmas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hambatan dalam penerapan Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (PPK-BLUD) Puskesmas di Kabupaten Bengkalis. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang dilakukan dengan telaah dokumen serta wawancara mendalam kepada 7 orang informan yang terdiri dari Kepala Dinas Kesehatan, Kepala Bidang Pelayanan Kesehatan, Kepala Puskesmas, Bendahara Penerimaan dan Bendahara Pengeluaran. Lokasi Penelitian yaitu di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bengkalis, Puskesmas Bengkalis dan Puskesmas Selat Baru. Waktu penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari 22 Maret –20 April 2022. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hambatan dalam penerapan Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (PPK-BLUD) Puskesmas di Kabupaten Bengkalis dikarenakan tidak tersedianya sumber daya manusia dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan belum disahkan regulasi untuk membentuk SOP mengenai penerapan PPK-BLUD. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah Dinas Kesehatan dan Puskesmas agar tetap aktif berkoordinasi dan mencari solusi untuk dapat segera menerapkan kebijakan tersebut..

Abstract

Family planning is an effort to regulate the birth of children, the ideal age range for giving birth, and to regulate pregnancy through the promotion of protection and assistance in accordance with reproductive rights to create a quality family and realize the norms of a happy and prosperous small family. The Karya Wanita Inpatient Community Health Center, Rumbai Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City is an area with the lowest active family planning coverage rate of 34.4%. Problems found in The Community Health Center for Inpatient Karya Wanita for the Family Planning Program is still inadequate in terms of Human Resources, Facilities and Infrastructure and the distribution of information is still uneven. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Family Planning Program at the Karya Wanita Community Health Center, Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City in 2022. This type of research is a qualitative research and descriptive research method to 6 informants consisting of the head of the community health center, the holder of the maternal and child health/family planning program, the midwife and 3 family planning acceptors. This research was carried out in April 2022 at the Karya Wanita Inpatient Community Health Center, Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City. Data was collected by means of in-depth interviews related to family planning programs at community health centers, document searches, and observations The results of this study indicate that there is still a lack of human resources in the community health center and in the family planning program and the incomplete facilities and infrastructure as well as the lack of distribution of counseling carried out by the community health center which can hinder the implementation of the program in the community health center. Suggestions from this study are the need for additional health workers in the family planning program, complete facilities and infrastructure, and increase counseling about family planning programs that are scheduled and evenly distributed. Keluarga Berencana (KB) adalah upaya mengatur kelahiran anak, jarak usia ideal melahirkan, dan mengatur kehamilan melalui promosi perlindungan dan bantuan sesuai hak reproduksi untuk mewujudkan keluarga berkualitas serta mewujudkan norma keluarga kecil bahagia dan sejahtera. Puskesmas Rawat Inap Karya Wanita kecamatan Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru merupakan wilayah dengan angka cakupan KB aktif terendah yaitu sebesar 34,4%. Permasalahan yang ditemukan di Puskesmas Rawat Inap Karya Wanita untuk Program Keluarga Berencana ialah masih kurang memadai nya Sumber Daya Manusia, Sarana dan Prasarana serta penyuluhan yang masih kurang merata. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Berencana di Puskesmas Karya Wanita Kecamatan Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian kualitatif dan metode penelitian deskriptif kepada 6 orang informan terdiri dari Kepala puskesmas, Pemegang Program KIA/KB, Bidan dan 3 Akseptor KB. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2022 di Puskesmas Rawat Inap Karya Wanita Kecamatan Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara mendalam berkaitan dengan program keluarga berencana di puskesmas, penelusuran dokumen, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan masih kurangnya Sumber Daya Manusia di puskesmas serta dalam program Keluarga Berencana dan masih belum lengkapnya tersedianya sarana dan prasarana serta masih kurang merata penyuluhan yang dilakukan oleh pihak puskesmas yang dapat menghambat pelaksanaan program di dalam puskesmas. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya penambahan Tenaga Kesehatan di dalam Program Keluarga Berencana, melengkapi sarana dan prasarana, dan meningkatkan penyuluhan tentang program KB yang terjadwal dan merata.

Abstract

The application of the Generic Regional Health Information System at the Community Health Center as a user aims to provide convenience for officers in carrying out reporting activities between sections and also for activities in reporting to the Health Office by using the Generic Regional Health Information System for online patient management. It is hoped that the results of the application of the Generic Regional Health Information System will be input for the benefit of management in preparing a health program planning and is expected to be used as a monitoring system for Community Health Center services by the Head of the Community Health Center and the Health Office to be more effective. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct observation, in-depth interviews, and document review. The informants of this study consisted of the Head of the Public Health Center, the Person in Charge of the Generic Regional Health Information System, the Operator of the Generic Regional Health Information System, the Police Officer, the Drug Warehouse & Pharmacy Officer and the Cashier of the Simpang Tiga Health Center. The results showed that the implementation of the Generic Regional Health Information System at the Simpang Tiga Health Center was still running up to the registration flow, so it was not interrelated between programs in accordance with the regulations set by the Government. Human resources who operate the Regional Health Information System still have adequate and not in accordance with the minimum educational standards, besides that the operators who run the Regional Health Information System have never received. Existing facilities and infrastructure still do not support the operation of the Generic Regional Health Information System, ranging from network and computer disturbances, which are still insufficient for the implementation of a complete Regional Health Information System flow. Therefore, it is hoped that the puskesmas can pay attention to the existing constraints, so that the operation of the Generic Regional Health Information System runs optimally.

Abstract

To realize the highest degree of health and realize a healthy Indonesia and reduce the number of conscientiousness caused by cigarettes, the government issued a Joint Regulation of the Minister of Health and Minister of Home Affairs No.188 / Menkes / PB / I / 2011 No. 7 of 2011 concerning Guidelines for Non-Smoking Areas. And the Mayor of Pekanbaru issued a regulation on non-smoking areas, namely number 39 of 2014. The researcher's problem is how to implement the KTR policy at the Rejosari Health Center in Pekanbaru City. This study aims to determine the Implementation of Compliance with the No Smoking Area (KTR) Policy at the Rejosari Health Center, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City in 2022.The type of research carried out is qualitative with a descriptive method, a scientific approach to which the phenomenological approach is used. The data collection method was carried out by observation and in-depth interviews with 7 informants, namely the head of the Public health center, Public health center officers, security, and visitors. The results of this study show that the implementation of compliance with the No Smoking Area Policy at the Rejosari Health Center has not been carried out properly. the implementation of socialization that has not been effective to officers and visitors which makes the lack of public knowledge about KTR in Public health center, and there is no Special Team to supervise the Public health center environment, the readiness of the implementer has not fully demonstrated an attitude that supports the policy of non-smoking areas in puskesmas, there are still findings of visitors who smoke in the Public health center environment this is because there is no strict sanction from the Public health center. and have not prepared guidelines and commitments. It is recommended to the Head of the Rejosari Health Center to provide knowledge to all officers and visitors of the Rejosari Health Center in Pekanbaru City regarding the No Smoking Area at the Public health center, conduct socialization, form a special KTR Team and make strict sanctions, namely making written regulations and making commitments.

Abstract

Exclusive Mother's Milk (ASI) is breast milk that is given to babies from birth to 6 months without providing additional food or replacing it with other foods or drinks, except drugs, vitamins and minerals. Breast milk also contains colostrum which is rich in antibodies, because it contains protein to maintain the baby's immune system and kills germs in high quantities which can also reduce the risk of death in infants. Umban Sari Public Health Center, Rumbai District, is the area with the lowest coverage percentage, which is 48.5%. The problems found at the Umban Sari Health Center related to this exclusive breastfeeding program are HR/Health Personnel, Facilities and Infrastructure, Funding, Coordination, Counseling and Counseling. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the exclusive breastfeeding program at the Umban Sari Health Center, Rumbai District in 2022. This type of research was a qualitative research with descriptive research methods to 8 informants consisting of the Head of the Puskesmas, PJ ASI, 2 Posyandu Cadres, 2 Mothers. The results of this study indicate that human resources / health workers are still not optimal because there are still many who have double jobs and there are still no facilities and infrastructure such as diaper changing tables. for babies, breast pumps, etc. and for funding, namely the unavailability of special funds related to the exclusive breastfeeding program, for the coordination itself it has been going well but not specifically for the exclusive breastfeeding program but for all programs and for counseling activities, namely the lack of community participation and support from family during the implementation of this activity and for the outreach activities themselves, which are not carried out routinely every month and community participation is also still low

Abstract

The integrated service cadre performance is the result of work, both the quality and quantity achieved by human resources unity of time period in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to the cadres. Based on the background described above, the D / S coverage at the X public health center is 67.2% of the 80% target so that the D / S coverage at the X community health center has not yet reached the target, so the problem formulation that forms the basis of this research is to find out the factors related to the performance of integrated service post cadres in achieving D / S at the X public health center. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the performance of integrated service post cadres in achieving D / S at the X City Pekanbaru public health center. This type of research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional research design The sample consisted of 66 integrated service post cadres with sampling techniques using purposive sampling. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-square test, the measuring instruments used were questionnaires and computerized data processing. The results of the study showed that three variables had a relationship and one variable had no relationship. Knowledge (p value 0,068 POR value = 2,889), education (p value 0,089 POR value = 2,778), the role of health workers (p value 0,026 POR value 4,140) and support from community leaders (p value 0,270 POR value = 0.506). It is expected that health workers can maintain and improve the quality of services at integrated service posts in order to achieve programs in integrated service posts.
