Abstract

Generation z is the future generation who is expected to have the skills and understanding to face future economic challenges. Entrepreneurship creation is a government program to prepare the younger generation to face competition. One of the problems faced by the younger generation is entrepreneurial knowledge and developing the right business model. This Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to help partners produce graduates who have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to develop business models with the help of the business model canvas tool. The partner in this activity was MAN 1 Majene, West Sulawesi with twenty students participating in the activity. Activities are carried out in the form of training using lecture, mentoring, discussion and practice methods. The results of the activities achieved are (a) Partners have entrepreneurial competence and the ability to use business model canvas tools, (b) Partners gain literacy in developing an entrepreneurial spirit, (c) Partners gain experience analyzing business models with the help of business model canvas tools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the work skills of women Mandar silk weavers in supporting the family economy (Case study in Pambusuang Village, Balanipa District, Kab, Polman The research approach used in this study is an ethnographic qualitative research method, because this research is related to a culture, namely the competence of women in weaving Mandar silk sarongs, in this study describing an event according to reality. The location of the research was carried out in Pambusuang Village, Balanipa District, Polewali Mandar Regency, which was on Poro Polewali Majene Street. The informants used in this study were 10 women weavers of Mandar silk sarongs. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive data analysis method. Qualitative descriptive analysis method is data analysis that produces written or spoken words from people and behaviors that can be observed by individuals holistically (whole). The results showed that the work competencies of the women in Pambusuang Village in weaving Mandar silk they already had, namely they already knew how to make quality silk fabrics, namely by 1) Using good and clean weaving equipment, 2) using quality yarn raw materials, 3) a stable sitting position during the weaving process, 4) maintain cleanliness while tightening the thread so that it is neat, 5) be patient in weaving. The income of the women silk weavers from the sale of silk cloth is uncertain because it depends on the amount sold. In general, their income from the sale of Mandar silk cloth ranges from Rp. 200,000 – Rp. 800,000/month. This income has not been able to cover their family's daily needs because some of the money they use to buy back the raw materials needed for weaving Mandar silk.

Abstract

Abstrak – Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi terus berkembang dengan pesat dan mempengaruhi hampir segala aspek dalam aktivitas kita saat ini. Perkembangan ini secara langsung juga mempengaruhi bagaimana instansi pemerintah dalam memberikan pelayanan publik kepada Masyarakat. Salah satu media yang paling efektif dalam memberikan pelayanan dan informasi kepada masyarakat adalah dengan menggunakan media website. Website adalah kumpulan halaman situs yang terdapat dalam sebuah domain atau subdomain pada jaringan World Wide Web (WWW) di Internet. Website memungkinkan informasi dapat diakses oleh masyarakat dimana saja dan kapan saja dengan menggunakan jaringan internet. Namun, tingginya kebutuhan digitalisasi ini tidak diikuti oleh kesiapan perangkat kelurahan untuk berpartisipasi dalam proses digitalisasi. Terbukti dengan masih banyaknya lembaga atau instansi pemerintah yang belum memiliki website resmi sebagai media komunikasi dan informasi kepada Masyarakat, khususnya pada lembaga atau instansi pemerintah di tingkat kelurahan dan desa. Oleh karena itu, perlu upaya untuk meningkatkan kesiapan perangkat kelurahan terhadap proses digitalisasi dalam bentuk pelatihan. Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam bentuk Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan di Kantor Kelurahan Bontonompo. Output kegiatan ini adalah Website Resmi Kelurahan Bontonompo Kabupaten Gowa. Kata kunci: teknologi, website, kelurahan.

Abstract

The study aims to investigate how service quality contributes to passenger loyalty in LCA Indonesia, considering satisfaction and trust. A survey was conducted with 400 respondents who used LCA services for domestic flights at Sultan Hasanuddin Airport in Makassar between 2021 and May 2022. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed for data analysis. The results indicate that service quality, passenger satisfaction, and trust are crucial in shaping loyalty. Satisfying services have the potential to foster trust, leading to passenger loyalty. Satisfaction and trust act as effective mediators of service quality and passenger loyalty. The findings highlight the importance of delivering high-quality services that meet passenger expectations and generate satisfaction. LCA Indonesia can build trust and establish a loyal customer base by exceeding customer expectations. Service quality is vital for providing positive experiences to passengers. Understanding the mediating roles of satisfaction and trust is also key. LCA Indonesia can enhance passenger loyalty by prioritizing service quality, improving satisfaction levels, and building trust among passengers. Addressing these factors strengthens the airline's competitive position and ensures long-term customer loyalty in a highly competitive market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation to become an entrepreneur, perceptions after becoming an entrepreneur and the performance of businesses run in Makassar City in 2023. Using primary data from direct interviews in the form of data on the main motivation to become an entrepreneur, experience, financing, number of employees, turnover and profit. Analyzed quantitatively descriptively. The results of the study show that the majority of entrepreneurs are forced because there is no other work but after running it the entrepreneur feels satisfied, an average turnover of 33 million rupiah with a profit level of 4.9 million per month.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity was carried out at the Yapti Makassar Special School (SLB-A Yapti Makassar) by the Digital Business Study Program Service Team, FEB-Makassar State University. Some of the problems faced by partners include a lack of literacy for blind people so that hoaxes spread easily and a lack of independence for blind people in accessing information from various sources. The service method used is the implementation of outreach activities to increase the spirit of digital literacy among the visually impaired so that the spread of hoaxes can be prevented. The activity participants were twelve people with visual disabilities who were currently studying at SLB-A Yapti Makassar. The results achieved from this activity include (1) increased enthusiasm for digital literacy among the visually impaired, (2) increased independence in accessing literacy around them, (3) the ability to distinguish between hoaxes and information and data. Abstrak Kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada Sekolah Luar Biasa Yapti Makassar (SLB-A Yapti Makassar) oleh Tim Pengabdi Program Studi Bisnis Digital, FEB-Universitas Negeri Makassar. Beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra diantaranya kurangnya literasi disabilitas netra sehingga penyebaran hoax mudah terjadi serta kurangnya kemandirian disabilitas netra dalam mengakses informasi dari berbagai sumber. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah pelaksanaan kegiatan sosialisasi untuk meningkatkan semangat literasi digital dikalangan disabilitas netra agar penyebaran hoax dapat dicegah. Peserta kegiatan sebanyak dua belas orang disabilitas netra yang sementara menempuh pendidikan di SLB-A Yapti Makassar. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini diantaranya (1) meningkatnya semangat untuk melakukan literasi digital dikalangan disabilitas netra, (2) meningkatnya kemandirian mengakses literasi yang ada di sekitar, (3) kemampuan membedakan hoax dengan informasi serta data.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity was carried out at UPT SMUN 2 Campalagian, Polewali Mandar Regency by the Community Service Team of the Faculty of Economics, West Sulawesi University. Some of the problems faced by partners include the suboptimal utilization of Computer Laboratory facilities by Students, digital entrepreneurship training has never been carried out for Students, training in the use of digital technology for business has never been carried out for Students, and digital marketing technique training has never been carried out for Students. The community service method used is the implementation of training activities to increase the spirit of entrepreneurship and digital literacy for students who help manage family businesses. The participants of the activity consisted of thirty-five students who were representatives of three grade levels at SMUN 2 Campalagian. The results of this community service activity include (1) increasing the spirit of entrepreneurship and digital literacy among students at SMUN 2 Campalagian, Polewali Mandar Regency, (2) increasing understanding of the use of digital technology in supporting business activities, (3) the ability to carry out product marketing techniques through digital media. Abstrak Kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada UPT SMUN 2 Campalagian, Kabupaten Polewali Mandar oleh Tim Pengabdi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sulawesi Barat. Beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra diantaranya belum optimalnya pemanfaatan fasilitas Laboratoriun Komputer oleh Siswa, belum pernah dilakukan pelatihan kewirausahaan digital kepada Siswa, belum pernah dilakukan pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk bisnis kepada para Siswa, belum pernah dilakukan pelatihan teknik pemasaran digital kepada Siswa. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan semangat kewirausahaan dan literasi digital kepada para siswa yang membantu pengelolaan bisnis keluarga. Peserta kegiatan terdiri atas tiga puluh lima siswa/siswi yang merupakan perwakilan dari tiga tingkatan kelas pada SMUN 2 Campalagian. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini diantaranya (1) meningkatnya semangat kewirausahaan dan literasi digital dikalangan siswa/siswi di SMUN 2 Campalagian Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, (2) meningkatnya pemahaman pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam menunjang kegiatan bisnis, (3) kemampuan melakukan teknik pemasaran produk melalui media digital.

Abstract

Saat ini keseharian masyarakat telah sangat terintegrasi dengan teknologi digital menciptakan tuntutan yang tinggi atas pelayanan public yang berkualitas, mudah dan cepat. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan organisasi public untuk menjawab ekspektasi masyarakat ini diantaranya dengan penyesuaian kapabilitas Sumber Daya Manusia nya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menginvestigasi hubungan kompetensi digital dan fasilitas digital terhadap kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia pada Bidang Penyelanggaraan Haji dan Umrah, Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Konstruk penelitian disusun berdasarkan telaah penelitian terdahulu dengan metode analisis data kuantitatif statistik regresi linear pada sample jenuh. Instrument penelitian menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala pengukuran likert satu yang menunjukkan ketidak setujuan hingga lima yang menunjukkan persetujuan terhadap item pernyataan. Sample penelitian sejumlah 40 orang Sumber Daya Manusia, dimana data diolah menggunakan bantuan program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) pada versi 26. Penelitian ini memperlihatkan kompetensi digital dan fasilitas digital secara parsial dan simultan memiliki signifikansi pengaruh yang tinggi terhadap kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia. Faktor-faktor pembangun variabel penelitian dapat menjadi perhatian penentu kebijakan pada organisasi ini dalam penyusunan program peningkatan kompetensi digital serta penyediaan fasilitas digital untuk meningkatkan kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia pada organisasi. Implikasi penelitian diantaranya pengadaan pelatihan penggunaan platform artificial intelligence dalam menunjang produktivitas kerja, serta pemenuhan fasilitas hardware, jaringan, dan software/platform terintegrasi pada berbagai fungsi yang ada di unit kerja objek penelitian

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan transformasi digital pelaku usaha kecil menengah di provinsi Sulawesi Selatan  tahun 2024. Menggunakan data  primer berupa data tentang kesiapan UMKM dalam transformasi digital yang didasarkan pada beberapa aspek antara lain Demografi, Pemahaman tentang transformasi digital, pandangan terhadap transformasi digital kesiapan transformasi digital harapan dan rencana masa depan. Dianalisis secara kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  UMKM di Sulawesi Selatan siap melaksanakan transformasi digital hal itu ditandai dengan penggunaan sosial media dalam proses pemasaran produk yang dimiliki. Kata Kunci: Transformasi digital, UMKM, Pemasaran Digital

Abstract

Several variables influencing student loyalty formation include brand image, trust, and social media engagement. This research aims to understand brand loyalty within private universities in West Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The study focuses on the influence of brand image and investigates the mediating roles of brand trust and social media engagement in shaping brand loyalty among students and alumni. The sample size of 148 respondents, including active students and non-graduating alums from public universities, was chosen to capture a diverse perspective on brand loyalty in higher education. The research method employed was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and the data was gathered from official social media accounts managed by four regional private universities. The aim was to provide a rigorous and comprehensive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the brand image of private tertiary institutions has a positive effect on brand trust, the brand image does not affect loyalty, brand image has a positive impact on social media engagement, brand trust has no effect on brand loyalty, social media engagement has no impact on brand loyalty, and there is no direct relationship between brand image loyalty through the variable brand trust and social media engagement and social media engagement. Brand image, trust, and social media engagement do not affect student loyalty. The company's managers strive through social media to provide information that consumers need anytime and anywhere, in addition to providing services related to advice and physical services offered on bicycle products through particular messages on social media.
