Abstract

Indonesia has recorded a total of 1,626,812 positive cases of covid 19, 44,172 people died, recovered 1,481,449 people (last update: April 22, 2021; data source www.Covid19.go.id). The outbreak of the coronavirus or Covid-19 that hit the whole world, Indonesia was also affected by changes in the economy becoming unstable, causing the wheels of business to be hampered or even some have stopped their activities for the next few days. The impact experienced by all taxpayers throughout the country is affected, at least it is enough to make activities in this country not conducive. The decline in the level of the Indonesian economy experienced a very significant decline. The government's policy in fighting this epidemic must be supported from all aspects and levels of society, in line with the government's policy of the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) of the Ministry of Finance providing relaxation in the form of simplifying the submission of documents for completing annual notification letters or SPT, in conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic This relaxation is provided for corporate taxpayers and individual taxpayers. The low tax revenue due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is a consequence that the government must accept. This study is to find out whether there is an influence on understanding tax regulations, the method used in this study uses a quantitative method based on tax rates and the principle of justice on mandatory compliance, the impact of the Covid 19 Pandemic disaster on the level of compliance with the annual SPT reporting of individual and corporate taxpayers. The Utilization of Information Technology significantly affects taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi secara tidak langsung telah merubah perilaku dan kebiasaan belajar generasi muda, yang salah satunya berimbas pada tergerusnya nilai-nilai kearifan lokal karena nilai tersebut mulai ditinggalkan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan langkah serius agar nilai-nilai kearifan lokal tersebut senantiasa terjaga khususnya bagi generasi muda. Salah satu upaya untuk melestarikan nilai kearifan lokal yaitu dengan mengembangkan microlearning berbasis kearifan lokal. Namun, upaya ini terbentur dengan terbatasnya keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital saat menyajikan muatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil analisis kompetensi guru dalam mengembangkan microlearning material berbasis kearifan lokal serta memetakan kearifan lokal apa saja yang memiliki urgensi untuk dikembangkan dalam bentuk microlearning. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif dengan subyek penelitian sebanyak 84 guru sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Kuningan yang terlibat dalam program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan UPI. Subyek penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik survei menggunakan instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner tes dan nontes. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan guru dalam mengembangkan microlearning masih sangat rendah. Lebih lanjut, temuan penelitian juga memetakan sepuluh kearifan lokal kuningan yang memiliki urgensi untuk dilestarikan. Selain itu didapatkan juga desain program pembinaan dan pelatihan untuk meingkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengembangkan microlearning material. Kata kunci: Kearifan Lokal, Kompetensi Guru, Microlearning Material.

Abstract

Yoga can also stimulate the release of endorphin hormones, this hormone is produced by the body when relaxed/calm which functions as a natural sedative produced by the brain so that it can create a sense of comfort and increase endorphin levels in the body to reduce high blood pressure. Yoga is included in alternative forms of physical activity such as yoga exercise which can help achieve physical exercise levels so that the body becomes relaxed, this physical exercise is recommended for individuals, everyone including the elderly, teenagers and pregnant women can do yoga.

Abstract

AbstrakKejadian insomnia di Indonesia pada tahun 2017 mencapai yakni 8,97 persen (23,4 juta). Insomnia merupakan suatu gejala yang mengalami kesulitan untuk tidur. Gejala yang sering muncul adalah sulit tidur pada malam hari, kesulitan untuk memulai tidur, sering terbangun pada malam hari, dan terbangun lebih dini dipagi hari. Penatalaksanaan untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur pada penderita insomnia yaitu cara farmakologis dan non farmakologis, untuk mengurangi efek samping dari penggunaan bahan kimia berkepanjangan lebih baik menggunakan cara non farmakologis dengan melakukan latihan senam lansia. Sehingga penulis tertarik untuk melakukan latihan senam lansia untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur. Tujuan studi kasus ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan senam lansia untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur pasien insomnia. Metode studi kasus ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sampel studi kasus ini diambil dua responden lansia. Teknik pengumpulan data ini meliputi wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk menilai tingkat insomnia adalah dengan menggunakan pengukuran kuesioner KSPBJ. Hasil dari studi kasus diperoleh pada tanggal 16 Mei 2019-02 Juni 2019,tindakan selama 18 hari menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan kualitas tidur sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan latihan senam lansia pada responden 1 dan responden 2 mengalami peningkatan kualitas tidur,responden 1 dan 2 mengalami penurunan tingkat insomnia dari sedang menjadi ringan. kesimpulan hasil studi kasus ini adalah latihan senam lansia mampu meningkatkan kualitas tidur pada pasien insomnia pada lansia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rendeng kudus.Kata kunci : Insomnia,Lansia,Latihan senam lansia

Abstract

Performance is the level of achievement and efficiency demonstrated by an employee in carrying out duties and responsibilities at work. Employee performance is measured to what extent he can carry out work that has certain goals and results. The purpose of writing this article is to determine the influence of communication and work relationships on employee performance. Writing this article uses literature study. The method used in this research is qualitative with literature study where the required data is collected through text study, then analyzed using content analysis techniques. Conclusion: Based on the literature study, it shows that from the 6 existing journals it was found that there is a significant influence between communication and work relations on employee performance, where the better the communication and work relations that exist, the better the employee's performance, while the worse the communication and work relations are, employee performance will also worsen where employee performance will affect the performance of a company.

Abstract

The Merit System is an approach that emphasizes employee assessment based on abilities, achievements, qualifications and work results carried out fairly. Work relationships include interactions between employees with both colleagues and superiors. The Merit System will run well followed by a person's work relationship running harmoniously so that a person will have a commitment to work well. A person's performance is categorized as performing well in accordance with the targets/standards set by the company. This research aims to analyze the effect of implementing the merit system and employment relations on employee performance at Bandung Adventist Hospital. The research method used was quantitative research with descriptive analysis with 89 employee respondents. The results of this research show that the implementation of the merit system does not have a significant effect on employee performance, while work relationships have a significant effect on employee performance. The combined effect of the implementation of the merit system and work relations on employee performance has a significant effect of 18.2%. From this data it can be concluded that implementing a merit system in accordance with Law No. 5 of 2014 and working relationships that have good communication can improve employee performance.
