Abstract

As a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise that is engaged in the food business, namely crackers, the raw material used in Citra UMKM is wheat flour which is the main raw material in making crackers. raw material. In this study, the authors review controls to determine the size of the safety stock. the availability of raw materials for Citra UMKM by comparing the two availability systems. This study aims to determine the amount of safety stock and when to reorder and compare the availability control system that has been carried out by Citra UMKM using two availability control systems, namely the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method and the Just In Time (JIT) method. After further analysis showed that in controlling the inventory of raw materials, the costs incurred by Citra UMKM were greater than those using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method and the Just In Time (JIT) approach. Meanwhile, if the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) approach is compared with Just In Time (JIT) with each of the total inventory costs between companies, EOQ and JIT are IDR 10,000,000, IDR 1,109,995 and IDR 934,924, using the JIT approach is superior because the number of higher orders and lower total inventory costs.

Abstract

Marketing strategies are needed by Citra MSME actors to face competition in the target market. This research is a type of qualitative and quantitative research with the use of SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) methods as data analysis. And it is supported by the use of IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Strategy) matrix, EFAS (External Factor Analysis Strategy) matrix, SWOT matrix, SWOT diagram, and QSPM matrix as the decision making. The purpose of this study is to determine the appropriate marketing strategy applied to the Citra City of Serang SMEs according to the internal and external environment owned. The results of this study indicate that the results of the IFAS matrix are 3,246 and the results of the EFAS matrix are 3,213. So that on the SWOT diagram it can occupy a quadrant 1 position, which means that MSMEs The environmental image of Peksrungan is in a strong position and has many opportunities. In accordance with the results of the SWOT matrix and the QSPM matrix, the appropriate strategy to be applied is the W – O Strategy with a rank 1 in the QSPM matrix 1. Increasing promotions to offset the promotion of new competitors and utilizing social media to show product quality 2. Marketing is expanded to the Ciruas - Cikande area as a measure to expand the distribution area.

Abstract

This study aims to design and manufacture an aerobic composter that is different from the existing composters and to test the aerobic composter by composting household organic waste. Household organic waste used in this research consisted of two different compositions. The first composter (A) consisted of 2 kg of vegetable-fruit skin scraps and 0.5 kg of rice residue, while in the second composter (B), there was an addition of 0.25 kg of eggshell flour. Composting was done for 28 days. EM4 was used as an activator in the amount of 15 ml diluted with 500 ml of water and added with a starter of commercial organic compost as much as 20% of the total mass of raw materials. The results showed that (1) the aerobic composter that was designed and made in this study has three main parts, namely the upper part functions as a place for enumeration, the middle part functions as a place for composting, and the bottom part serves as a place for liquid fertilizer leachate so that the composter is more integrated and practical compared to existing composters, (2) aerobic composter can be used for the composting process of household organic waste. The compost produced meets Indonesian National Standard Number 19-7030-2004 for physical parameters, namely temperature (25°C), humidity (20%) and pH (6.8), and meets the Regulation of Minister of Agriculture of The Republic of Indonesia Number 70/Permentan/SR.140/10/2011 on the C/N-ratio parameter, which is 25 for compost A and 22 for compost B.   Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membuat alat pengomposan aerobik yang berbeda dari alat pengomposan yang sudah ada dan menguji alat pengomposan aerobik dengan cara mengomposkan sampah rumah tangga. Sampah organik rumah tangga yang digunakan pada penelitian ini terdiri atas dua komposisi  berbeda. Komposter pertama (A) terdiri atas 2 kg limbah sayur dan kulit buah serta 0,5 kg limbah nasi, sedangkan pada komposter kedua (B) ditambahkan tepung cangkang telur sebanyak 0,25 kg. Pengomposan dilakukan selama 28 hari. EM4 15 ml digunakan sebagai aktivator, diencerkan dengan 500 ml air, dan ditambahkan starter kompos organik yang tersedia secara komersial sebesar 20% dari total massa bahan baku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) komposter aerobik yang telah dirancang dan dibuat pada penelitian ini memiliki tiga bagian utama, yaitu bagian atas berfungsi sebagai tempat pencacahan, bagian tengah berfungsi sebagai tempat pengomposan, dan bagian bawah sebagai tempat menampung lindi pupuk cair sehingga komposter ini lebih terpadu dan praktis dibandingkan dengan komposter yang telah ada saat ini, (2) komposter aerobik dapat digunakan untuk proses pengomposan sampah organik rumah tangga. Kualitas kompos dilihat dari parameter suhu (25°C), kelembapan (20%), dan pH (6,8) telah sesuai dengan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) 19-7030-2004; dan pada parameter rasio C/N yaitu sebesar 25 untuk kompos A dan 22 untuk kompos B telah sesuai dengan standar Peraturan Menteri Pertanian Republik Indonesia Nomor 70/Permentan/SR.140/10/2011.

Abstract

Flat-rate pricing (buffet pricing) is a common strategy in the global telecommunications industry, yet its adoption in Indonesia remains limited due to regulatory challenges, network capacity constraints, and diverse customer preferences. This study aims to optimize buffet pricing by considering user segmentation and varied service consumption patterns. A metaheuristic approach, specifically Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), is employed to determine the optimal pricing that maximizes operator profit while maintaining customer satisfaction. A customer demand model is developed using a triangular distribution to reflect the asymmetric variability of usage. Results indicate that heavy users benefit significantly from flat-rate plans, whereas light users are better served by a hybrid pricing scheme. PSO demonstrates superior adaptability and efficiency compared to conventional methods, particularly when parameter tuning accelerates convergence. The study also highlights the importance of pricing flexibility to address heterogeneous customer needs. This study offers practical contributions to the development of data-driven, competitive pricing strategies in the evolving telecommunications market.

Abstract

PT. Anugrah Gas Utama is a company that cooperates with Pertamina or commonly called the LPG Bulk Filling and Transportation Station (SPPBE) which is engaged in oil and gas or oil and gas which produces 3 kg of gas.  In the implementation of production, PT. Anugrah Gas Utama requires raw material inventory control from time to time to ensure a smooth production process, with the raw material control system implemented in the company, the inventory costs can be reduced as little as possible. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal number of orders for raw materials and to minimize total inventory costs. Based on the research results obtained by using the Period Order Quantity (POQ) and Just In Time (JIT) methods, it can be seen that the lowest total cost is by using JIT which is Rp.31,674,517 while using the POQ method is Rp.212,331. 595. Because the JIT method has a lower total cost than the POQ method, the Just In Time (JIT) method can be used by companies. But the company must reduce its inventory and build strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
