Abstract

Application Based Asynchronous Learning model is a self-learning model for the beginner of nature lovers who want to learn about the basic material about nature lovers, while the model of development using asynchronous learning models. Asynchronous learning is learning independently. Learners can interact with each other with material that has been provided at the time of their choosing. A discussion thread is an example of an asynchronous learning (5: Fajar Galuh Sujiatmoko: 2013). The operating system used for the development of applications is android operating system, Android is an operating system for mobile phones based on Linux. Android provides an open platform to developers for creating their own applications to be used by a variety of mobile devices (5: Eriza Siti Mulyani: 2012). In Additional  supporting softwares for application development are PHP and MySQL.The method used for the development of this application is RUP (Rational Unified Process). RUP is a software engineering process of defining the good (well defined) and structuring a good (well structured) (Rosa U.S. and Shalahudin M, 2011). By designing this application is expected to make easy in the learning process.

Abstract

AbstrakPeranan sebuah instansi pemerintahan sangatlah final bagi kelangsungan kegiatan kemasyarakatan sutu negara, karena instansi pemerintahan merupakan jembatan penghubung antara pemerintah dan masyarakat. Kantor urusan agama kecamatan Cilimus- Kuningan merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintah yang terletak di jalan Raya Cilimus No. 171 Kacamatan Cilimus – Kuningan. Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Cilimus berada di wilayah utara Kuningan dengan jumlah penduduk ± 78.573 jiwa mayoritas beragama Islam 100 % . Sedangkan jumlah peristiwa Nikah/Rujuk pertahun sekitar 850 N dengan jumlah personil KUA sebanyak 8 orang. Melihat potensi yang demikian, hal ini menjadi tantangan bagi seluruh pegawai Kantor urusan agama kecamatan Cilimus untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan yang prima kepada masyarakat Cilimus.Untuk itulah penulis membuat sisitem informasi ini yang diharapkan dapat  membantu instansi dalam menjalankan fungsinya untuk melayani masyarakat. Penelitian diawali dengan analisa terhadap kebutuhan informasi yang didapat dari survey dan wawancara. Identifikasi kebutuhan dan desain sistem diidentifikasi dengan menggunakan PHP serta menggunakan PHP MyAdmin sebagai database.Dengan adanya sistem informasi pernikahan ini nantinya dapat membantu kantor urusan agama kecamatan Cilimus dalam mengelola data yang dibutuhkan dalam melakukan tugas dan fungsinya sebagai jembatan antara pemerintah dan masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Pemerintahan, Sistem, Informasi, Pelayanan, Pelanggan, PHP. AbstractThe role of a government agency is final for the survival of community activities because it is a bridge between the government and society. Cilimus Religious Affairs Office is one of the government agencies located at No. 171 Cilimus - Kuningan. Cilimus Religious Affairs Office is in the northern region of Kuningan with a population ± 78.573 and the majority is 100 % Muslim. The number of Marriage per year is around 850 N and the numbers of agencies are 8 people. Seeing the potential, it is a challenge for all employees of religious affairs office in Cilimus District to be able to provide excellent service to the society. Based on the problem, the writer makes the information system that is expected to assist the agency in giving services to society. The study begins with an analysis of the needs of the information obtained from the surveys and interviews. The needs and the design of the system are identified by using PHP and PHP MyAdmin as the database. With this information system, it is hoped that it can help Cilimus Religious Affairs Office in managing the data needed to perform their duties and functions as a bridge between the government and society Keywords: Government , information, system, design

Abstract

Today business works not only in the trade of goods but also sale services in the real world the visible physically alone, business is mostly done through online media with platform website, The company has not only website but also it applies CRM ( Customer Relationship Management ) with the aim of enhancing value of enterprise in the sight of the customer. Broservice is one of company that engages in servicing gadgets (smartphone, tablet and action camera) that opens stalls online on instagram. Now broservice customers complain about income that are still minimal, and the process of recording data services still simple and communication to customer use application chat whatsapp. The difficulty of broservice in convincing new customers is that they have not been having website. To solve the problem, the writer made a solution that is most effective namely the implementation of customer relationship management on the online services of gadgets web-based. The construction of this system aimed to ease the service and management of data customers in broservice. And they are saving the time, and the information is faster, right, accurate and quality. System made in a Rational the Unified Process (RUP), a system design web-based and use application supporting as XAMPP, programming language design uses language HyperText PreProcessor (PHP) and a user interface the design and DBMS (Database Management System) using MySQL.

Abstract

Abstrak      Penilaian kinerja ini terdiri dari serangkaian proses dimana dinilai berdasarkan data – data keberhasilan yang dapat ditunjukkan oleh guru. Agar pengukuran dilakukan secara cermat SMAN 1 Luragung mengadakan penilaian kinerja guru secara berkala sehingga dapat digunakan untuk menentukan strategi kinerja dimasa mendatang. Untuk menghasilkan suatu Sistem Pendukung Pengambilan Keputusan Penilaian Kinerja Guru berdasarkan metode Simple Adittive Weghting (SAW) dengan model Fuzzy di SMAN 1 Luragung.          Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Luragung, bahwa dengan Decision Support System (DSS) menggunakan Model Fuzzy MADM dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting . Program ini memudahkan pihak sekolah untuk melakukan penilaian kinerja guru secara cepat dan tepat. Penilaian tersebut berdasarkan kriteri dan kompetensi serta nilai bobot untuk  masing – masing kompetensi meliputi kompetensi Pedogagik, Kepribadian, Sosial dan Profesional.     Perhitungan Fuzzy MADM yang diterapkan ini berdasarkan kompetensi – kompetensi dan bobot kompetensi yang telah ditentukan, dimana perhitungannya dengan melakukan normalisasi matrik semua kriteria. Hasil akhir dari penilitian ini adalah sebuah alternatif yang memiliki nilai alternatif terbaik dari alternatif yang lainnya berdasarkan proses perangkingan.Kata kunci : simple additive weighting (SAW), kinerja guru

Abstract

The Deffa Jaya Showroom uses a conventional system in managing its products and customers. Conventional system causes inaccuracies in the management of goods, inventory and customer data. Increased loyalty is done by providing good service. This study aims to increase consumers’ loyalties through the application of CRM. This research uses the waterfall system development method. The stages of this waterfall are analyzing system requirements, making system designs, implementing systems, testing and operating and maintaining systems. Forms of CRM implementation that are applied to the Showroom are giving discounts on certain products and certain days, giving discounts on each cash purchase, a means of product discussion that is a means of communication between customers and the Deffa Jaya Motor Showroom in discussing about products that will be purchased by the customers, and a means of criticism provide criticism or suggestions for the Deffa Jaya Motor Showroom. The application of CRM in this system is expected to be able to improve services so that it impacts on increasing customer loyalty.

Abstract

Rian Farma Pharmacies still uses manual management system of drugs inventory so that it can be lost or damaged, and at the time, the bookkeeping and data checking medication take too long so that the pharmacy is difficult to manage the supply of drugs quickly and it is difficult to plan a number of booking which will be ordered. Based on the condition, the writer creates a design system for the management of drug stocks at Rian Farma pharmacy which aims to facilitate the pharmacy to manage inventory stock of drugs such as goods in and goods out and for planning reserve in the amount of stock that will be the ordered. In inventory management information system, the writer uses Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). It is a method for determining the amount of the minimum limit stock and the amount of stock to be ordered. The system development uses Waterfall method. Waterfall has several stages in building a system such as analyzing, designing, coding, testing and maintaining. The stages are mutually continuous and repeated to form a waterfall. By using this system, Rian Farma pharmacy can find out how the optimal number of orders booked back to the supplier so that the stock of drugs in the warehouse can be optimal. The reporting process is fast and accurate, and easy to search the data because it is integrated with the database so that the controlling stock of the drug is easier and faster
