Abstract

Proses sektor industri di Indonesia nampaknya tidak sepenuhnya mampu mengatasi masalah tenaga kerja dan belum sepenuhnya dapat menyediakan lapangan pekerjaan yang layak pada angkatan kerja di semua lapisan masyarakat. Masyarakat yang tergolong dalam angkatan kerja berusaha dan berfikir kritis untuk dapat memnuhi kebutuhan hidupnya dan memutar roda perekonomiannya, oleh karena itu muncullah Industri-Industri kecil yang biasa dikenal dengan Industri Rumahan atau Home Industry. Di  desa Bakaran Kecamatan Juwana Kabupaten Pati Jawa Tengah memiliki Industri Rumahan yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sekitar dengan Batik Tulisnya yang biasa dikenal Batik Tulis Bakaran, tidak hanya itu Batik juga mempunyai nilai seni tinggi karena proses pembuatannya dengan tulisan, dan merupakan sumber devisa diluar migas. Kata Kunci : Batik Tulis, Peningkatan Pendapatan Masyarakat

Abstract

Abstract

Research was conducted in the coastal waters of Katapang Orchard on March to June 2015. The coral reef of Katapang Orchard coastal waters was in good condition category. Stony corals mining, utilization of coral reef resources using destructive methods and fishing gears, bameti, anchoring, garbage dismissal and resident waste, upland utilization with sedimentation are the community activities with the highest impact level on degradation of coral reef condition, species richness and stock of coral fishes, as well as benthic faunas of these coral reef ecosystem. Five management strategies were formulated to manage coral reef ecosystem in the coastal waters of Katapang Orchard. ABSTRAK Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret hingga Juni 2015 di perairan pesisir Dusun Katapang. Kondisi terumbu karang di perairan pesisir Dusun Katapang berada dalam kategori baik. Penambangan terumbu karang, pemanfaatan sumberdaya terumbu karang dengan menggunakan metode dan alat tangkap yang merusak, bameti, penambangan, pembuangan akhir sampah dan limbah pemukiman, pemanfaatan lahan atas yang menghasilkan sedimentasi merupakan dampak tertinggi yang dapat mengakibatkan degradasi terumbu karang, kekayaan spesies dan stok ikan karang, begitu pula fauna bentik pada ekosistem terumbu karang. Terdapat lima strategi pengelolaan yang diformulasikan untuk mengelola ekosistem terumbu karang di perairan pesisir Dusun Katapang. Kata Kunci : ekosistem, terumbu karang, kondisi karang, degradasi

Abstract

Based to visit data year 2005 known that from amount of 238 patient there are amount of referred patient from health officer more that is 171 patient (71,85%) compared to patient who taken care with their willingness counted 67 patient (28,15%). Therefore, it requires to know patient's preception especially about the take care service of to lodge in Division of Geriatri both of reffered and chosening their room with theirselves as base of posisioning or marketing promotion next. The purpose of this research is to know the difference perception about the take care service of to lodge in Division of Geriattri both of referred and chosening theur room with theirselves as base of posisioning or marketing promotion next. The purpose of this reseaech is to know the difference perception about the  take care service of to lodge to old age between reference patient from health officer and patient who taken care with their willingness in division of Geriatri Hospital of dr Kariadi Semarang. This research used observation with method of survey, to explain the relation between variable independent and variabke dependent. This research not only quantitative approach, but also with qualitative approach by using indepth interview to get input about take care service of to lodge and promotion which have been done.the time approach of data collecting use study of crosssectional.this research not only quantitative approach, but also with qualitative approach by using indepth interview to get input about takecare service of to lodge and promotion which have been done. The time approach of data collecting use study of crossectional. This research population is all patient who take care of to lodge in two month range of time in take care room of to lodge division of Geriatri Hosputal of dr Kariyadi Semarang. This research sample amount to 62 people, consist of31 reference patient from health officer group ND 31 Patient with their willingness group. Analyse bivariate in this research is analysis of mann whitney. Analysis Multivariant usesanalysis of Mannova. Resukt of biavariate analysis shiws, there is not diferennce perception between patient take care of lodge who is reffered by healt officer and patien who choicening with their selves about reability service (p=0,207), perception about responsiveness service (p=0,598) , perception about assurance service (p=0,425), perception about tangible service (p=0,121), and perception about emphaty service (p=0,797). Result of analysis of multivariate indicate that there was not different together perception about reability service (p-0,292), perception about responsiveness service (p=0,292)and perception aboutassurance service (p=0,292), perception about tangible service (P=0,393) and perception about empathy service (p=0,292) between reference patient from health officer and willingness patient?s self. The conclusion of this researchis reference patient from health officer and willingness patiens self had the same perception about service quality. There is not difference together perception perception about reliability service, responsiveness service, assurance service, tangible service and empathy service from health officer and willingness patient self. Suggestion for the management of Geriatri division dr Kariadi Senarang have to upgrades service and improve service promotion to old age society.

Abstract

Abstract Malang is a city that has a very heterogeneous population, because immigrants not only came from the city on the island of Java, but from outside of Java Island. Many impacts would arise as a result of the influx of immigrants from all parts of the ground water. The negative impact is most likely to occur is the cultural frictions due to different understandings. Multicultural education that had been made by various parties apparently not able to reduce the cultural misunderstandings. Especially during the activities undertaken to harmonize inter-ethnic conducted by various social organizations partially, has not been well integrated and focused, therefore, the government should be able to make such programs have become a government program ongoing to establish Brand Internal Communications Culture (BICCU). The future is expected BICCU able to form a positive image of Malang as the City Multi ethnic harmonious and hamonis. Abstract

Pada tahun ajaran 2017/2018 pelaksanaan PPDB dilaksanakan dengan sistem zonasi, peserta didik baru di SMK N 10 semarang sebagian besar bertempat tinggal tidak jauh dari lingkungan sekolah. SMK N 10 Semarang yang terletak di jalan kokrosono no 75 Semarang. Lingkungan masyarakat daerah SMK N 10 Semarang terdapat kegiatan perjudian, minuman miras yang menjadi pemandangan biasa. Siswa SMK N 10 beberapa kali terlibat aksi tawuran antar pelajar pada tahun 2018.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan tempat tinggal dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X TKR di SMK N 10 Semarang. Populasi penelitian ini 80 siswa, dan sekaligus sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi berganda, ada 2 variabel independent (X1) lingkungan tempat tinggal, (X2) lingkungan tempat tinggal dan variabel dependent (Y) tentang prestasi siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu (1) kondisi lingkungan tempat tinggal siswa SMK N 10 Semarang rata- rata di kriteria baik dengan prosentase sebesar 56 %, (2) Kondisi lingkungan sekolah di SMK N 10 Semarang berada di kriteria baik dengan rata-rata prosentase sebesar 51%, (3) Hipotesis Ha diterima dan pengaruh lingkungan tempat tinggal dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dengan koefisien determinasi 21,1%. Kata Kunci: lingkungan tempat tinggal, lingkungan sekolah, dan prestasi belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis: 1) peran komite sekolah; 2) usaha komite sekolah; 3) kendala yang dihadapi komite sekolah; dan 4) solusi komite sekolah dalam mengatasi kendala pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan di MTs Al Hidayah Sadeng Kecamatan Gunungpati Kota Semarang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan untuk uji keabsahan perolehan data digunakan triangulasi dan crosschek. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) komite sekolah; 2) kepala sekolah; 3) Wakasek bidang humas; 4) perwakilan guru; 5) perwakilan orang tua siswa; dan 6) beberapa siswa sebagai peserta didik di MTs Al Hidayah Sadeng Kecamatan Gunungpati Kota Semarang. Hasil penelitian diperoleh simpulan: 1) peran komite sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di MTs Al Hidayah Sadeng cukup optimal dan sudah baik, terutama perannya sebagai badan pertimbangan, pendukung, pengontrol, dan mediator antara orang tua atau wali murid dengan pihak sekolah; 2) usaha komite sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan berupa keikutsertaan dalam pengambilan keputusan/ kebijakan program sekolah, mendukung secara finansial, tenaga, dan pikiran, melakukan kontrol terhadap anggaran pendidikan, menjadi fasilitator untuk orang tua siswa, meminta saran dan masukan dari wali murid; 3) kendala yang dihadapi komite sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 terkait dengan pembelajaran daring adalah rendahnya kesadaran orang tua siswa dalam pembicaraan masalah pendidikan dan minimnya input siswa; dan 4) solusi komite sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan yaitu melalui pengadaan rapat rutin bersama orang tua dan pihak sekolah untuk mengevaluasi secara bersama kekurangan dan kelemahan sekolah. Kata kunci: Komite sekolah, mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

One way to form elementary school students is to characterize the school environment, through literary learning (children's stories). Children's stories have a very fundamental role in character education. Children's stories can be used as teaching materials to form good characters for elementary students. Therefore, this study aims to determine the value of character education contained in the collection of children's stories on Peci and KKPK. To know this case in this research used qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that children's stories contained in Peci and KKPK can be used as teaching material because it has the value of character education as desired by the curriculum 2013. In addition, Peci and KKPK also have a story appropriate to the contextual life of children so that elementary students will be easy to internalize These values at once realize in everyday life.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic has caused many government agencies to implement work from home policies. The study was conducted to determine the implications of supervision, performance allowances, and attendance in improving employee performance during the implementation of work from home during the pandemic. The research subjects were employees who worked at the Batu City Environmental Service. The research employed a qualitative analysis (triangulation analysis). The results show that supervision, performance allowance and attendance have an important role and influence in improving employee performance. The existence of supervision from superiors tends to make employees work more total and maximally. Performance allowances make employees more enthusiastic and motivated at work. A more relaxed and flexible working from home atmosphere makes employee attendance rates better and guaranteed.
