Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara peran teman sebaya, sosial ekonomi keluarga dan pendidikan ibu dengan perilaku seks pranikah pada pelajar SMA di Kota Jambi. Dewasa ini banyak kejadian seksual pranikah remaja yang terjadi dengan berbagai perilaku menyimpang yang dilakukan. Perilaku seksual seperti pacaran pada remaja telah mengalami penyimpangan karena disertai aktivitas seksual lainnya yang dapat menyeret remaja melakukan hubungan seks sebelum nikah, hal ini menunjukkan permasalahan dalam aspek kehidupan seksual remaja sangat memprihatinkan (Sarwono, 2012). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling, dengan menggunakan data primer sebanyak 140 responden pelajar SMA di Kota Jambi. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa 1) ada hubungan yang bermakna antara peran teman sebaya dengan perilaku seks pranikah, yaitu dari 74 responden, peran teman sebaya yang memiliki pengaruh buruk pada perilaku seks pranikah menyimpang sebanyak 58 orang (78,4%) dengan nilai p-value = 0,000. 2) tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara sosial ekonomi dengan perilaku seks pranikah pelajar SMA Kota Jambi dengan nilai p-value 0,453. 3) tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pendidikan ibu dengan perilaku seks pranikah pelajar SMA Kota Jambi dengan nilai p-value 0,217. Teman sebaya merupakan faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan perilaku pacaran remaja dibandingkan dengan sosial ekonomi dan pendidikan ibu, hal ini karena kehidupan masa remaja lebih banyak dihabiskan bersama teman sebayanya, seperti di sekolah dan kegiatan lainnya di luar sekolah. Waktu kebersamaan remaja yang lebih banyak bersama teman sebayanya daripada orangtua mengakibatkan remaja lebih banyak terpapar oleh lingkungan di luar orangtua dan keluarganya.

Abstract

In hyper competitive environment, market orientation is not only absolutely necessary for corporations but also for nonprofit organizations such as Madrasah education organization. Hence, this study aims to explain the effect of market orientation on service quality of Madrasah and competitive advantage. Data analysis used structural equation modeling (SEM) to examine the hypothesis. Unit analysis consists of 160 students and parents of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri. Based on data analysis result all goodness-of-fit criteria can be fulfilled, so it’s concluded that market orientation has significant effect on service quality and competitive advantage. But the model reveals that service quality has no significant effect on competitive advantage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pendidikan, upah dan kesempatan kerja terhadap pengangguran terdidik di Provinsi Jambi. Data yang digunakan adalah data time series dari tahun 2000-2015. Metode analisis data adalah regresi Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, pendidikan, upah dan kesempatan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengangguran terdidik. Secara parsial, pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan kesempatan Kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap pengangguran terdidik di Provinsi Jambi, sedangkan upah tidak berpengaruh signifikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze population growth, dependency ratio and poverty in Sarolangun district, to analyze the influence of population growth, dependency ratio to poverty in Sarolangun district. The method of analysis used in this study is qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using an analysis tool that is doubled linear regression. The results of this study is based on statistical test calculation is hypothesis test using t statistic partially shows the variable Dependecy Ratio t count of 3.651386> t table 1, 77 has a positive and real effect on poverty in Sarolangun district, while population growth t count 0.589322 < t table 1.77 has a negative effect on poverty in Sarolangun district. Based on the f statistic test 6.835044> F table 3.49 shows that silmultan (together) that all multiple linear regression coefficients or population growth variables, and Dependecy Ratio jointly affect the Poverty in Sarolangun District.

Abstract

This research is called population growth, labor force participation rate, and dependency ratio to economic growth of Jambi Province. The purpose of this study was to analyze population growth, labor force participation rate, and load ratio to economic growth of Jambi Province. Analytical methods used are qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. By using data analysis regression data processing tool is done by using Microsoft Excel and Eviews Software program. In addition, the results indicate that the independent variables have a significant influence on economic growth, while in most indicates that population growth is very significant to economic growth, while the LFPR and dependency ratio is not significant to the economic growth of the district and city in Jambi Province.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze : (1) characteristics of farmers and land rice farming in the Village of Pulau Pandan; (2) production and income of farmers in in the Village of Pulau Pandan; and (3) factors affecting the production of wet land paddy farming in the Village of Pulau Pandan.Based on the results of the research, it is known that simultaneously (factors) : the area of land, seeds, fertilizer, and pesticide have a significant effect or rice production in Pulau Pandan Village, and partially significant factor on rice production rice fields are land area and pesticide while seeds and fertilizer have no significant effect .the value of coefficient of determination is 0,960 which means the dependent variable (production) can be explained by the independent variable (land area, seeds, fertilizer, and pesticide) of 96% and the rest of 4% is explained by other variables not included in the model. The average income of paddy field farming is quite high for every planting season that is Rp. 19.317.480/Hectare

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyse the development value of GDRP, investment, production and absorption of labor in the city of Jambi as well as the influence of the value of production, investment and GDRP against labor absorption in the small city of industry Jambi. This type of research is explanatory research (research description). Where as to do hypothesis testing using linear regression equation itself multiple. The results of this study showed a good influence simultaneously or partially between production, investment and GDP against labor absorption in the small industry in the city of Jambi. Where the value of R2 which is 0.946 acquired for. That has meaning to the magnitude of the role or contribution of the variable the value of production, investment and GDRP was able to explain labor absorption in the small industry in the city of Jambi amounted to 94.6%. While the rest of 5.4% is affected by other factors that are not revealed in this study. This research suggests to maintain the condition of the economy that is stable then the Government must encourage sector agriculture and small business medium to keep growing because this sector is resistant to fluctuation and absorb the manpower in the amount large.

Abstract

The research entitled “Analyzing The Affect of the Economic Growth, the Investment and the Wage Towards the Employment of regency/city in Jambi Province”. The purposes of this research were : (1) to analyze the economic growth, the Investments, the wage and the employment regency/city in Jambi province, and (2) to analyze the affect the economic growth, the investment and the wage towards employment regency/city in Jambi Province. With independent variable the economic growth, the Investment and the wage for regency/city while the dependent variable is employment regency/city in Jambi Province. This researcher used panel data regression. The F test indicated that simultaneously the variables of the economic growth, the investments and wage significantly affected employment regency/city in Jambi Province. while t test revealed that partially economic growth and investment affected employment regency/city in Jambi Province positively and significantly, meanwhile the wage insignificant to the employment at the regency/city in Jambi Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to analyze the population growth, education, economic growth, government expenditure, unemployment rate, inflation and the poverty rate and to analyze the affect of population growth, education, economic growth, government expenditure, unemployment rate, and inflation towards the poverty rate of Jambi city.This research used ordinary least squares. The F test indicated that simultaneously the variables of the population growth, education, economic growth, government expenditure, unemployment rate, and inflation significantly affected the poverty rate of Jambi city. While t test revealed that partially education, government expenditure, unemployment rate and inflation affected the poverty rate of Jambi city. Meanwhile, the variables of population growth and economic growth insignificant to the poverty rate of Jambi city.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the socio-economic conditions of Go-Jek drivers and the effect of working hours, work experience, age, education and number of passengers on the income of Go-Jek drivers in Jambi City. The data used are primary data obtained from questionnaires and direct interviews with a sample of 98. The sampling method used was incidental sampling. The data analysis tool used is descriptive and quantitative analysis with multiple linear analysis. The socio-economic conditions of Go-Jek drivers in Jambi City are known that the average age is 29 years. The average sex is male. The average marital status is not married. The average education is high school / equivalent. The average number of dependents is 2 people. The average job status is the main. The average side business is in the service sector. The average expenditure for operational costs is for fuel costs, pulses and internet costs, vehicle maintenance costs. The average expenditure for food consumption is for rice and non-rice. The average expenditure for non-food consumption is for education costs, health costs, clothing and others. The simultaneous results of multiple linear regression analysis that the income of Go-Jek drivers in Jambi City is influenced by working hours, work experience, age, education and number of passengers . While partially working hours, work experience, age, college education and number of passengers are significant influences on the income of Go-Jek drivers, while high school education has no significant effect.
