Abstract

Bisma Informatika Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pendidikan, khususnya pelatihan. Persaingan antar lembaga sejenis yang semakin ketat, mendorong Bisma Informatika Indonesia semakin meningkatkan profesionalisme salah satunya dengan memperbaiki tatakelola. Pengelolaan data menjadi salah satu perhatian saat ini. Data bagi Bisma Informatika Indonesia merupakan salah satu aset yang penting. Guna meningkatkan tatakelola, Bisma Informatika Indonesia melakukan kerjasama dengan STIKOM Bali dalam bentuk pengabdian masyarakat. Pelaksanaan program ini diawali dengan analisa situasi berupa wawancara dan observasi. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui kondisi saat ini, yang mencakup sumber daya manusia (SDM), teknologi yang digunakan dan proses bisnis. Hasil analisa situasi terdapat Gap, salah satunya adalah, belum dipahami dengan baik pentingnya keamanan data. Untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pentingnya keamanan data diadakan pelatihan. Pelatihan ini menggunakan kerangka ISO 27001 dengan lingkup Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) dan penggunaan Indek keamanan informasi (KAMI) untuk proses evaluasi. Setelah pelaksanan pengabdian masyarakat di Bisma Informatika Indonesia, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman tentang keamanan data. Bisma Informatika Indonesia memiliki pedoman untuk pengelolaan data dan pengukuran potensi resiko. Manfaat lainnya diharapkan proses PDCA dapat berjalan berkelanjutan terkait keamanan data. Abstract

Data security is very important with the increasingly rapid development of technologies as well as the possibility of handling the security of data processing which will be managed by two or more people then need a plan for securing data in a PC in order to be secure and that data is maintained integrity, keauthentikannya of the parties unauthorized or intentionally damage data. In this study design how the login process with two di fferent passwords and password holders of the first two are not mutually know, besides testing the single login password to login two passwords.

Abstract

This paper focuses on improving the accuracy of noise audio recordings. High-quality audio recording, extraction using the mel frequency cepstral coefficients (MFCC) method produces high accuracy. While the low-quality is because of noise, the accuracy is low. Improved accuracy by investigating the effect of bandwidth on the mel scale. The proposed improvement uses the mel scale separation methods into two frequency channels (MFCC dual-channel). For the comparison method using the mel scale bandwidth without separation (MFCC single-channel). Feature analysis using k-mean clustering. The data uses a noise variance of up to -16 dB. Testing on the MFCC single-channel method for -16 dB noise has an accuracy of 47.5%, while the MFCC dual-channel method has an accuracy better of 76.25%. The next test used adaptive noise-canceling (ANC) to reduce noise before extraction. The result is that the MFCC single-channel method has an accuracy of 82.5% and the MFCC dual-channel method has an accuracy better of 83.75%. High-quality audio recording testing for the MFCC single-channel method has an accuracy of 92.5% and the MFCC dual-channel method has an accuracy better of 97.5%. The test results show the effect of mel scale bandwidth to increase accuracy. The MFCC dual-channel method has higher accuracy.

Abstract

In the field of object classification, identification based on object variations is a challenge in itself. Variations include shape, size, color, and texture, these can cause problems in recognizing and distinguishing objects accurately. The purpose of this research is to develop a classification method so that objects can be accurately identified. The proposed classification model uses Voting and Combined Classifier, with Random Forest, K-NN, Decision Tree, SVM, and Naive Bayes classification methods. The test results show that the voting method and Combined Classifier obtain quite good results with each of them, ensemble voting with an accuracy value of 92.4%, 78.6% precision, 95.2% recall, and 86.1% F1-score. While the combined classifier with an accuracy value of 99.3%, a precision of 97.6%, a recall of 100%, and a 98.8% F1-score. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the use of the Combined Classifier and voting methods is proven to increase the accuracy value. The contribution of this research increases the effectiveness of the Ensemble Learning method, especially the voting ensemble method and the Combined Classifier in increasing the accuracy of object classification in image processing.

Abstract

Pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat telah berperan dalam penanganan sampah melalui pembentukan TPS-3R. Salah satu TPS-3R di Banjar Bonjaka, memiliki permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam proses pengelolaan yaitu kerapian pencatatan transaksi keuangan dan keterbukaan proses pencatatan dalam pengelolaan TPS-3R. Saat ini transaksi keuangan dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan buku yang rawan rusak dan beresiko terhadap kesalahan pencatatan. Selain itu pencatatan post akuntansi yang dilakukan masih global dan belum mengacu pada standar laporan keuangan. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, diusulkan kegiatan pelatihan pencatatan keuangan yang terdapat pada TPS-3R menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan selama 8 pertemuan dengan pemberian materi pengisian data petugas TPS-3R dan data petugas kesling di tiap wilayah desa, pengisian data jenis sampah, pengisian data penerimaan sampah harian dan bulanan, pembuatan laporan daftar rekap arus kas, pembuatan laporan transaksi - arus kas keluar dan diakhiri dengan diskusi hasil pelaksanaan pelatihan. Tujuannya kegiatan pelatihan adalah mengoptimalkan pengelolaan pada TPS-3R di banjar Bonjaka, sehingga dapat mengawasi, mengatur dan memberikan keterbukaan pelaporan yang dilakukan oleh pengurus kepada masyarakat desa. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa para pengurus yang dilatih telah mampu menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel dalam pembuatan laporan transaksi keuangan dengan bukti adanya laporan keuangan siap cetak sebagai laporan pertanggungjawaban ke Desa Sebatu.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dikenal sebagai lembaga yang dikelola oleh masyarakat suatu desa. BUMDes umumnya memiliki banyak kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk menggerakan perekonominan masyarakat dalam suatu desa. Dalam perkembangannya, seringkali administrasi pencatatan kegiatan yang meliputi pencatatan aset, keanggotaan, akuntansi, arsip surat menyurat dan absensi pegawai belum dilakukan secara optimal. Hal ini menyebabkan beberapa teknik pencatatan administrasi menjadi tidak teratur, tidak sesuai, hilang serta pencatatan manual dalam buku sering kali hilang. Maka pencatatan secara komputerisasi atau dalam bentuk digitalisasi administrasi perlu dilakukan dalam kantor BUMDes untuk menertibkan mekanisme pencatatan yang bersifat administratif. BUMDes Pemecutan Kaja Mandiri merupakan salah satu BUMDes yang telah menerapkan pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis komputerisasi. Hal ini di dukung telah dilakukannnya pencatatan dalam dokumen digital, namun masih belum optimal. Pencatatan administrasi belum terkomputerisasi dalam bentuk sistem yang optimal dan bersifat partial. Sehingga memerlukan sebuah aplikasi terintegrasi dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan pencatatan administrasi di kantor BUMDes. Pada penelitian ini, diusulkan sebuah rancang bangun sistem informasi administrasi kantor yang bersifat dinamis dan interaktif berdasarkan kebutuhan pada BUMDes. Rancang bangun terdiri dari proses perancangan alur data, perancangan relasi antar entitas dalam sistem, implementasi dan pengujian sistem. Perancangan alur data dan relasi antar entitas menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model waterfall yang terdiri atas analisis kebutuhan, perancangan desain, implementasi dalam bentuk kode pemrogram dan pengujian. Hasil dari rancang bangun adalah sebuah sistem informasi administrasi kantor BUMDes berbasis website. Terdapat 8 fitur utama dalam sistem informasi, yaitu pengelolaan biodata pengguna, dashboard sistem, data pegawai, profil kantor, pendataan surat masuk, pendataan surat keluar, inventaris dan absensi. Pengujian yang digunakan adalah blackbox testing dengan melihat fungsionalitas setiap fungsi dan tombol dalam laman website. Pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsionalitas sistem berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan sengan kelas uji sebanyak 170. Berdasarkan pengujian telah diimplementasikan penginputan data, sistem dapat menampilkan engan baik dan sistem dinyatakan telah bekerja secara optimal.

Abstract

Imbalanced learning problems are a challenge faced by classifiers when data samples have an unbalanced distribution among classes. The Synthetic Minority Over-Sampling Technique (SMOTE) is one of the most well-known data pre-processing methods. Problems that arise when oversampling with SMOTE are the phenomenon of noise, small disjunct samples, and overfitting due to a high imbalance ratio in a dataset. A high level of imbalance ratio and low variance conditions cause the results of synthetic data generation to be collected in narrow areas and conflicting regions among classes and make them susceptible to overfitting during the learning process by machine learning methods. Therefore, this research proposes a combination between Radius-SMOTE and Bagging Algorithm called the IRS-BAG Model. For each sub-sample generated by bootstrapping, oversampling was done using Radius SMOTE. Oversampling on the sub-sample was likely to overcome overfitting problems that might occur. Experiments were carried out by comparing the performance of the IRS-BAG model with various previous oversampling methods using the imbalanced public dataset. Abstract

Amniotic fluid a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of the fetus during pregnancy and is contained within the amnion cavity, which is surrounded by a membrane. Several studies have shown that volume of amniotic fluid can vary throughout pregnancy and is closely linked to the health and safety of the fetus. This indicates that it is essential to perform accurate measurement and identification of its volume. Obstetric specialist often use a manual method to identify amniotic fluid by visually determining the longest straight vertical line between the upper and lower boundaries. Therefore, this study aims to develop detection model, known as modified Single Deepest Vertical Detection (SDVD) algorithm to automatically measure the longest vertical line by following medical rules and regulations. SDVD algorithm was designed to measure the depth of amniotic fluid vertically by searching the column of pixels that comprised the image sample, excluding any intersection with the fetal body. Performance testing was carried out using 130 images by comparing the manual measurement results obtained by obstetric specialists and the proposed model. Based on the experimental results using modified SDVD, the average accuracy, precision, and recall achieved for amniotic fluid classification were 92.63%, 85.23%, and 95.6%, respectively.

Abstract

Handicraft merupakan kerajinan yang dikerjakan dengan tangan menggunakan teknik-teknik tertentu dan menghasilkan karya yang tidak biasa dan bernilai ekonomis. Produk handicraft sering ditemui di daerah objek wisata, dengan tujuan untuk menarik perhatian wisatawan dan menunjukkan ciri khas suatu daerah. Bali sebagai destinasi wisata yang terkenal di mancanegara, memiliki keragaman jenis produksi handicraft, salah satunya adalah Bali Artshop. Hasil observasi yang dilakukan, ditemukan permasasalahan pada UKM yaitu adanya keterbatasan pengetahuan dalam pengenalan produk dalam bentuk dokumentasi foto. selama ini pengenalan produk kerajinan tangan berbentuk patung menggunakan kamera handphone dan tidak memiliki hasil yang berkualitas. Selain keterbatasan perangkat, teknik editing juga tidak dikuasai oleh UKM. Sehingga dalam usulan kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan pelatihan pengambilan foto produk kerjaninan tangan bentuk patung pada UKM Bali Artshop. Kegiatan diawali dengan persiapan pemilihan patung unggulan, pengambilan foto produk kerajinan tangan dan teknik editing. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan selama 5 jam. Hasil kegiatan didapatkan 50 - 70 foto dan berhasil digunakan sebagai media promosi yang diunggah dalam bentuk website profil UKM.

Abstract

Tofu is rich in protein, making it good for daily consumption. Its delicious taste and affordable price make tofu a favorite food for people from various backgrounds. The increase in soybean prices does not prevent tofu entrepreneurs from continuing their production. Similarly, the reason why community service partners have started their own small independent businesses that produce various flavored fried tofu is that the raw material in the form of tofu is easily obtained and the price is still affordable, even though it has increased. The partners in this community service started their business in 2020. The crispy fried tofu produced by the partners is named Tahu OPPA, employing four employees, and the partners need a medium that can introduce their products and businesses to more people. This can help increase consumer awareness about the existence of the partner's business. Since starting the crispy fried tofu business, the partners have faced obstacles in terms of knowledge and skills to create and manage a website, as well as obstacles in digital marketing strategies to attract customers to make purchases of their products. The activity began with an analysis of the partner's situation, followed by providing assistance to the partners in creating a business profile website. The second activity continued with providing an understanding of digital marketing strategies utilizing social media to encourage consumers to make purchases
