Abstract

Muhammadiyah declares that the gate of ijtihad (reasoning) and tajdid (modernization) were being yet continued. Ijtihad was the base core to establish the main character of Muhammadiyah as a Modern Islamic Modernization Movement. Then, the establishment on tajdid (modernization) grows as a motor to improve the system of its movement on finding the solution to ideology problem, politic, business, social, cultural, and defence. Muhammadiyah, which the first time moved on social-religious track, was still upbringing to comprehend and rolling in the progressivity of Moslem society as in the case Indonesia. By ijtihad (reasoning) and tajdid (modernization), the role-model of Muhammadiyah as a social-religious movement grows its root on business practice. The Council of Business and Enterpreneurship (MEK) of Muhammadiyah schedules on developing the House for Charity of Muhammadiyah (AUM). Dawam Rahardjo (2000) confirms, a large number of member and institution will represent as a comparative advantage capital resources to the movement of Muhammadiyah. Those resources orchestrate Muhammadiyah as an organization which is not only moves on social-education-and-religious practices, but as well in business and finance. At least, there are two reasons why Muhammadiyah rolls in business practice. Firstly, Muhammadiyah perform to roll in this business merit by the image of intechangible advantages to other charities: as well as schools, hospitals or religious calls. Secondly, Muhammadiyah sustains a potential power to organize those. That is supported by the fact that there are many beureucrates possess in higher structural of Muhammadiyah, the large number of human resources out-put by Muhammadiyah schools, the enterpreneurs possessions, and large number of its members. This paper researches the Muhammadiyah-Nomic, the contribution of ijtihad and tajdid on Charitable Enterprises of Muhammadiyah (AUM) in building the civilization of Islamic economy.

Abstract

This Research reveals the role of the Community Cup Kamisan.A community that started its operations from discussions talk think(cups) in the core of the house of the host. Anxiety the pegiatnyaconsisting of academics, activists, journalists, citizen, teachers,businessmen, were enterprising, and various creative communitycity. Kamisan Cup community is attempting to revive the role of thevarious entities in the City Metro Lampung with spirit to build thecollective intellectual property. Lampung province which is knownwith various ethnic conflict, through collective intellectual movementis starting to realize the importance of building togetherness. Borrowedthe term Arnold J. Toynbe namely build «creative minority” namely CupsKamisan community efforts to build the city with the empowerment ofvarious community entities.Kamisan Cup community is a multicultural community whoare also trying to develop a creative economy. Consists of variousbackgrounds from academics, Student activists, journalists, creativecitizens, religious leaders unite the idea of building a social movement.Many changes occur from build Citizen journalism portal pojoksamber.com, House Together, research institution Sai Wawai Institute,publication of indie Sai Wawai Publishing, and establish Waste BankGreen cups. In addition many movements of other creative economythat is done by this community. E.g. with began to build the othercreative economy documentary, music, and handicrafts.Intellectual Property and the community experienced abecause it is based on the logic of politics and keilmuwan at the timeof the formation of the term intellectual property. “intellectuals” bornfrom social classes who do claim against the injustice done by the state.The state since the formation, have special characters in the form ofdomination. In the second phase of the state that is free, that dominationcontinues to the community. In this case, researchers intend to explorethe role of the Community Cup Kamisan answer the challenge inbuilding the structure of the output of the community and are ableto progress and work for the community. The collective intellectualdiscourse interesting to examined as part of the responsibility ofuniversities build changes through the way intellectualism naturallydissipate namely knowledge. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang bagaimana strategi promosi pengembangan wisata Pinus Ecopark melalui media sosial dalam perspektif etika bisnis islam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research), sedangkan sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dan semua data-data tersebut dianalisa secara induktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, strategi promosi pengembangan Wisata Pinus Ecopark yang digunakan oleh pengelola wisata yaitu melalui berbagai variabel promosi diantaranya yaitu periklanan, penjualan personal, promosi penjualan, hubungan masyarakat, dan pemasaran langsung. Dalam melakukan kegiatan promosi pengelola wisata pinus ecopark telah melakukan promosi sesuai dengan etika bisnis islam, namun ada hal yang menjadi permasalahan dan percekcokan yang menyebabkan kesalahpahaman diantara postingan pengelola wisata dengan pengunjung wisata, dimana postingan gambar spot foto yang sudah lama tidak di perbaharui oleh pengelola wisata, sehingga membuat beberapa pengunjung menjadi kecewa karena kesalahpahaman tersebut.

Abstract

Gender equality is an important aspect of building harmony in the family. Salafis, with their teachings of Islamic purity, is considered a religious organization that severely restricts women's activities. This reality makes the public think that Salafi women are domesticated, subordinated, and discriminated against in terms of gender. This study examines and explores the concept of gender equality in the Salafi family and how it is contextualized in reality and women's economic movements. This qualitative research uses observational data, periodic WhatsApp application interviews, and documentation studies. This study shows that, first, an understanding of gender equality has been developed in Salafi families in Lampung, although its implementation still requires negotiation by considering the rights and obligations of women in the family, as wives, mothers, and both. Second, while still paying attention to religious norms, Salafi women utilize social media, the internet, and digital technology to build businesses, partner, and connect with many parties. Third, the creativity of Salafi women in building homes as a place for entrepreneurship, no longer a domestic space, has been able to form alliances instead of causing conflict between home and workplace and clouding public perceptions that they are domesticated.

Abstract

Tulisan ini mengajukan argumentasi bahwa modal sosial masyarakat, partisipasi komunitas-komunitas agama di suatu wilayah merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung bekerjanya instrumen hukum dan kebijakan. Tulisan ini mengambil studi di Kota Metro yang mayoritas masyarakatnya adalah suku Jawa dan juga memiliki beragam pemeluk agama. Filosofi hidup Rumongso Melu Handarbeni yang diyakini oleh masyarakat Jawa dalam prakteknya ikut mendukung berbagai program Pemerintah Kota Metro. Di sisi lain keberadaan berbagai komunitas agama yang ada di Kota Metro sesungguhnya memiliki potesi yang besar dalam mendukung Kota Metro yang berwawasan lingkungan. Agama dengan ajaran tentang kepedulian lingkungan akan dapat menjembatani proses bertemunya modal sosial dan kebijakan pemerintah dalam mengatasi permasalahan lingkungan khususnya sampah di Kota Metro. Agama Islam dan Kristen dapat menjadi prototype dalam membangun kesadaran lingkungan antarpemeluknya. Pada konteks inilah usaha Pemerintah Kota Metro dalam membentuk sebuah produk hukum daerah sebaiknya memperhatikan modal sosial masyarakat. Hal ini harapanya akan mampu mendukung proses transformasi Kota Metro menuju Kota yang berwawasan lingkungan.This article discribes about social capital behold, the participate of religion communities in the region is one of the supporting factor to operation of legal instruments and the policy.This paper a study in Metro when the major of Javanese and also has a variety of faiths. The Philosophy of life RumongsoMelu handarbeni believed with Javanese to supporting the various programs of Metro’s Government. Therefore, the existence of the religion communities in Metro actually has a great potention to be support of Metro’s environmentally concept. Religion with theory about environmental concerns will be able to bridge the convergence of social capital and government policies to superintend environmental issues specially of waste in Metro. Islam and Christianity can be a prototype to build environmental awareness among its adherents. In this context, the Metros’ Government efforts to arrange a legal product should be attention the community’s social capital. It can be to support the process of transformation Metro City of environmentally concept.

Abstract

Abstrak Tulisan ini membahas pengembangan Bank Sampah Syariah dalam ikhtiar membangun pemberdayaan memajukan ekonomi kreatif studi Bank Sampah Cangkir Hijau di kota Metro Lampung. Pembangunan Bank Sampah dilakukanoleh Komunitas Cangkir Kamisan yang terdiri dari mahasiswa, akademisi, jurnalis, pengusaha selain mengelola sampah menjadi kerajinan kreatif juga berikhtiar mendorong pengembangan bank sampah syariah. Ikhtiar ini dilakukan dengan upaya menerapkan prinsip tabungan (murabahah), bagi hasil (mudharabah) Pendekatan etnografi digunakan untuk melihat perkembangam bank sampah ini dan mendayagunakan pemikiran Pierre Bourdieu tentang intelektual kolektif. Hasil pengelolaa bank sampah yang tengah dikembangkandengan prinsip-prinsip syariah tersebut ternyata bermanfaat untuk membiayai kuliah secara mandiri dan berbagai kegiatan sosial lainnya. Pada konteks inilah pembelajaran tentang Islam dan Pemberdayaan diletakan sebuah pengalaman sosial dan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Kata Kunci:Komunitas Cangkir Kamisan, Bank Sampah Syariah, Ekonomi Kreatif, dan Pemberdayaan, Abstract This study was mainly aimed to discuss the development of Syaria Junk Bank in attempting to build the productivity of creative economy at Junk Bank of Cangkir Hijau, Metro, Lampung. The development was undertaken by Cangkir Kamisan Community consisting of students, academicians ,journalists, and entrepreneurs. Aside from organizing the junk to become creative enterprise, they attempted to urge the development of Syaria Junk Bank. Those attempts were carried out by applying saving (Murabahah) and profit sharing (Mudharabah) principles. Ethnographic approach was used to notice the progress of Junk Bank and to utilize Pierre Bordieu’s thought related to collective intellectuals. It has been noticed that the result of Syaria Junk Bank was beneficial to defray the tuition fee independently and to organize various social activities. In this case, the learning of Islam and empowerment were involved for gaining social experience and expanding science as well. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the position of IAIN Metro's Public Service Agency (BLU) as a legal subject in the perspective of sharia economic law. Against the backdrop of IAIN Metro's vision oriented towards socio-eco-techno-preneurship synergy, this research explores the implementation of a legal entity in the context of public services that focuses not only on profit, but also on efficiency and productivity. The research method used is a qualitative method that uses interviews, documentation, and observation, to obtain comprehensive and in-depth data. The results showed that IAIN Metro's BLU is in a positive growth phase, both in terms of revenue and assets. In addition, this research identifies the contractual arrangements in the partnership undertaken by the BLU, as well as provides practical recommendations for legal policies that support the management of legal entities in the public sector. The findings are expected to make a significant contribution to the development of Islamic economics in Indonesia, as well as enrich the literature on the role of legal entities in the context of public services.Keywords: Public Service Agency; Sharia Economic Law; Partnership
