Abstract

Public services are indicators of government performance in providing services to the community. This research aims to analyze the quality of public services at the Regional I Transportation Management UPT of the Riau Province Transportation Service, especially in the transportation sector. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. This research evaluates service quality using five indicators: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, attention, and tangible. The research results show that UPT Transportation Management Region I has several advantages in terms of reliability and responsiveness of officers. However, there are several significant weaknesses such as the lack of adequate waiting rooms, special lanes for people with disabilities, and notification sirens. The absence of these facilities has an impact on passenger discomfort and reduces public confidence in the services provided. Reliability, most passengers feel that the service promised by officers is good enough, yet there is still a need for improvement in time management and clarity of service schedules. Responsiveness, officers show a willingness to help passengers, but communication between officers needs to be improved, especially during busy conditions. Guarantees, the knowledge and competence of officers are considered adequate, but further training is still needed. The main shortcomings lie in the tangible aspects and attention to passengers, such as the lack of adequate waiting rooms and special lanes for the disabled. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the need for improvements in tangible aspects and attention to improve the quality of public services. The recommendations given include the provision of waiting rooms, special disability lanes, and health clinics, as well as communication tools and notification sirens. It is hoped that with these improvements, the quality of public services at UPT Transportation Management Region I can improve significantly and meet community expectations.

Abstract

This work was driven by Class VIII-G students’ poor learning motivation  During the Covid-19 pandemic. It aims to find out the effectiveness of animation media in enhancing students’ learning motivation. To this end, a qualitative pre-experimental study with a pretest-posttest design was applied. It involved twenty-six students from class VIII-G as participants, recruited using a purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using a learning motivation scale and structured interview and analyzed using a t-test.    The analysis result showed a sig. value (2-tailed) of 0.00 (< 0.05), indicating that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted.   In other words, animation media is effective in enhancing students’ learning motivation in Class VIII-G of SMP PGRI 1 Buduran. This result could be used as a reference for improving students’ learning motivation using animation.

Abstract

The government changed the integrated service post (Posyandu) to Integrated Primary Service (ILP) Posyandu to improve access, quality and coverage of community-based health services. ILP program aims to bring health services closer to the community through a network of primary health facilities such as Community Health Centers, Village Health Posts, and Posyandu. The enthusiasm of the community in participating in the Posyandu ILP activities varies in various regions. Several reports indicate high participation, while in other regions, the level of participation still needs to be improved. The purpose of this paper is to see community participation in participating in the Posyandu ILP Cendrawasih Laksamana Village program. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through key informants who were selected purposively or based on certain objectives. Wilcox's opinion regarding the stages of community participation provides an illustration that the lack of involvement of the elderly in various stages of participation, such as providing information, consultation, and joint decision-making, is the main cause of their low interest in participating in the program.

Abstract

Pakan ternak sangat penting dalam peternakan domba. Pemilihan dan pengelolaan pakan yang baik berdampak langsung pada kesehatan, produktivitas, dan kualitas daging dan susu yang dihasilkan domba. Kemajuan teknologi dalam pakan, seperti sumber pakan lokal atau alternatif, meningkatkan efisiensi pakan dan mengurangi ketergantungan pada pakan komersial yang mahal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahan pakan alternatif yang lebih murah atau lebih mudah didapatkan, seperti pakan lokal atau limbah pertanian dan menganalisis pengaruh pakan terhadap pertambahan bobot badan pada domba. Penelitian dalam pakan domba sangat penting untuk penyediaan pakan berkualitas dan keberlanjutan industri. Metode penelitian menggunakan A Literature Review. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan performa produksi domba yang diberi pakan fermentasi memiliki mutu yang lebih baik dibandingkan pemberian pakan non fermentasi. Adanya perbedaan pada PBB ini dikarenakan domba yang mengkonsumsi pakan fermentasi memiliki daya cerna yang lebih baik. Penelitian yang sedang berlangsung meliputi pemanfaatan bahan pakan lokal dan teknologi baru untuk meningkatkan produksi domba. Pertambahan bobot badan pertambahan bobot badan harian 88,18 g/ekor/hari. Kesimpulan Pakan fermentasi memiliki mutu yang lebih baik dibandingkan pemberian pakan non fermentasi dikarenakan domba yang mengkonsumsi pakan fermentasi memiliki daya cerna yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Competition between regions requires a collaborative strategy to increase long-term competitiveness. The main challenges lie in limited resources, separation of roles between actors, and lack of effective communication in regional development. This research aims to analyze how the government, academics, and other stakeholders can collaborate through a collaborative governance approach  to strengthen regional competitiveness. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through literature studies. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that strengthening regional competitiveness cannot be achieved partially, but requires active involvement from the government as a provider of inclusive policies and a conducive ecosystem, academics as contributors to knowledge and innovation, and communication as a vision-binding and sustainability of collaboration. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that strengthening regional competitiveness can be realized through the implementation of transparent, participatory, and adaptive collaborative governance. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of building a transparent, participatory, and adaptive collaboration mechanism so that regional competitiveness can be improved continuously.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan sebagai upaya mendukung program nasional penurunan stunting melalui sinergi antara perguruan tinggi dan pemerintah daerah di Kota Dumai. Stunting masih menjadi isu prioritas yang berdampak pada kualitas generasi mendatang, sehingga diperlukan intervensi terintegrasi yang melibatkan berbagai pihak. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya gizi seimbang, kesehatan ibu dan anak, serta pola pengasuhan yang tepat dalam mencegah stunting. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan gizi, pelatihan kader posyandu, pendampingan keluarga berisiko stunting, serta advokasi program berbasis data kepada pemangku kepentingan daerah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pencegahan stunting, peningkatan kapasitas kader dalam pemantauan tumbuh kembang, serta terjalinnya komitmen bersama antara perguruan tinggi, pemerintah daerah, dan masyarakat untuk keberlanjutan program. Kolaborasi ini menjadi model sinergi yang efektif dalam mendukung percepatan penurunan stunting di daerah.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis mendalam terhadap kualitas pelayanan Internet Banking pada PT. BRI Unit Sukajadi. Dalam konteks perbankan modern, pelayanan Internet Banking memiliki peran yang semakin penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan nasabah dengan efisiensi dan kenyamanan yang maksimal. Namun, peningkatan pelayanan ini seringkali dihadapkan pada tantangan dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitasnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kualitas pelayanan Internet Banking di PT. BRI Unit Sukajadi, serta menawarkan rekomendasi strategis untuk perbaikan. Metodologi penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan campuran (mixed methods), dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei online kepada nasabah PT. BRI Unit Sukajadi dan wawancara mendalam dengan sejumlah nasabah yang dipilih secara purposive. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk memahami persepsi nasabah terhadap kualitas layanan Internet Banking, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kualitas layanan, dan mengevaluasi kebijakan serta prosedur yang ada. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang kualitas pelayanan Internet Banking di PT. BRI Unit Sukajadi, serta menawarkan panduan bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi layanan mereka. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang berharga bagi literatur tentang manajemen kualitas layanan dan teknologi perbankan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memiliki implikasi yang signifikan bagi praktisi industri perbankan, akademisi, dan peneliti yang tertarik dalam bidang ini.Kata Kunci: Pelayanan Internet Banking

Abstract

PKM ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peran yang dimainkan oleh Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) dalam upaya meningkatkan investasi di Kota Dumai. Kota Dumai, sebagai salah satu kota di Indonesia dengan potensi investasi yang besar, menemui tantangan dalam memfasilitasi investasi yang efektif dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, PKM ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran serta kinerja DPMPTSP dalam konteks penanaman modal dan layanan terpadu bagi para investor. Hasil PKM menunjukkan bahwa DPMPTSP memainkan peran yang penting dalam memfasilitasi investasi di Kota Dumai, namun masih terdapat tantangan dalam hal penyederhanaan regulasi, peningkatan kapasitas, dan peningkatan kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa rekomendasi kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja DPMPTSP dan memperbaiki iklim investasi di Kota Dumai, termasuk perbaikan prosedur perizinan, peningkatan koordinasi antarlembaga terkait, dan peningkatan kapasitas SDM. Dengan demikian, PKM ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan teori dan praktik administrasi publik, serta memberikan panduan bagi pengambil kebijakan dalam meningkatkan investasi dan pembangunan ekonomi lokal di Kota Dumai.

Abstract

The management of hazardous and toxic waste (B3) presents a major challenge in environmental governance, particularly in industrial areas such as Dumai City. Although regulations such as Dumai City Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2017 have been established, the evaluation of the local government’s collaborative capability in B3 waste control remains suboptimal. This study formulates the research question: how can the collaborative capability of the local government be evaluated in the implementation of Collaborative Governance within the B3 control program in Dumai City? The theoretical framework applied is the Collaborative Capability Evaluation Theory, which consists of four key dimensions: relational, structural, resource, and adaptive capacities. This research employs a qualitative case study approach using interviews, observations, and documentation techniques. The findings indicate that the local government’s collaborative capability is at a moderate level. The main barriers lie in inter-actor trust, inter-agency coordination, and limited resources. Strengthening the four dimensions of collaborative capability is essential to achieving effective, participatory, and sustainable environmental governance in Dumai City.
