Abstract

Potensi daerah merupakan kearifan lokal yang tidak terpisahkan dari masyarakat Desa Pandankrajan Kemlagi Mojokerto. Minimnya pengetahuan akan media membuat kearifan budaya lokal atau potensi daerah belum terjamah. Masyarakat hanya bisa bercerita kepada cucu atau generasi muda tanpa adanya visual atau gambar. Tujuan dari pelatihan media ini ialah mempromosikan potensi daerah Desa Pandankrajan. Hasil dari pelatihan media ini ialah kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini memberikan stimulus bagi karang taruna Desa Pandankrajan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan audio, visual, dan audio visual dalam memperkenalkan potensi desa.

Abstract

Individual counseling is part of the existing services in guidance and counseling. Individual counseling in its implementation cannot be separated from counseling theory. Counseling theory provides guidance in the course of the counseling process. It is hoped that the use of the counseling theory can become a guide for guidance and counseling teachers so that during the counseling process they do not turn towards the sharing and advising session. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The subject of this research is the Guidance and Counseling Teacher at SMP Gresik Regency as the main informant. The research had the aim of obtaining an overview of the use of counseling theory by Guidance and Counseling teachers at SMP Gresik Regency

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the career interests of junior high school students in the city of Gresik. Data collection used career interest instruments based on Holland's career theory (RIASEC) which was then developed by researchers. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. Sampling used random sampling of 476 students in SMPN Gresik city area (Sunan Giri Gresik Middle School with 88 students, Gresik 2nd Middle School with 298 students, and Gresik 15th Middle School with 90 students). The research instrument was tested for the validation and reliability of Cronbach's alpha. The results showed that the career personality type of junior high school students in Gresik district was the highest, namely the social career personality type, which was 32.8%. Next, namely the career personality type towards the conventional type as much as 18.7%. As many as 14.9% of junior high school students in Gresik district have a realistic career personality type. As many as 11.1% of junior high school students in Gresik district have the investigative career personality type. 12% of junior high school students in Gresik Regency and 10.5% of students have artistic career personality types.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of play therapy embedded in play activities in Kindergarten B children at Lintang Kindergarten Surabaya. Play therapy is a therapeutic activity given to children to overcome problems related to cooperation, socialization and emotions. This play therapy approach places more emphasis on non-verbals. This means that children aged 2 to 12 years can freely express the feelings they experience, through playing with toys, sand, dolls, clay, art, dance and natural music. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The research population was PAUD PG teachers at Lintang Kindergarten Surabaya. The research sample consisted of 2 teachers who taught class B. The choice of class B teachers was because, from the results of observations made, problems related to student socialization most often emerged in class B. The results of the research concluded that with play therapy, children become it is easier to express his feelings, becomes more relaxed and happy.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data sikap kepedulian kepada orang lain Anak-anak Panti Asuhan Karuna Putra sebelum diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan permainan serta untuk menguji keefektifan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan permainan mampu meningkatkan sikap kepedulian kepada orang lain Anak-anak Panti Asuhan Karuna Putra. Metode penelitian menggunakan pre eksperimental pre test post-test design.  Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Paired Simple test. Hasil perhitungan pre-test bahwa rata-rata sikap kepedulian kepada orang lain sebelum diberikan perlakuan berupa bimbingan kelompok dengan permainan berada dalam kategori sedang dengan persentase 63.65%.  Setelah mendapatkan perlakuan berupa bimbingan kelompok mengalami peningkatan yaitu sebesar 13.78% menjadi 77.43% dan termasuk dalam kategori tinggi.  Berdasarkan hasil uji wilcoxon terhadap kepedulian dengan taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukkan  Zhitung = 3.065 Ztabel  = 002.  Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan permainan efektif meningkatkan sikap kepedulian Anak-anak Panti Asuhan Karuna Putra. Luaran  penelitian ini adalah publikasi hasil penelitian pada jurnal nasional ber ISSN serta publikasi pada pertemuan ilmiah Refanas.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dasar yang menghasilkan prinsip dasar teknologi, formulasi konsep dan aplikasi teknologi, hingga pembuktian konsep penelitian dengan indikator TKT 3. Kata Kunci : Bimbingan Kelompok  Dengan Menggunakan Permainan, Sikap Kepedulian Kepada Orang Lain

Abstract

AbstrakPembimbingan dan   layanan konseling merupakan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mendampingi dan memfasilitasi untuk optimalisasi perkembangan peserta didik. Pentingnya layanan kegiatan bimbingan dan konseling ini maka dibutuhkan program yang baik, sehingga diperlukan pemahaman yang dalam penyusunan program bimbingan dan konseling. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemahaman penyusunan program layanan bimbingan dan konseling peserta semilokanas ABKIN Jatim sebanyak 147 peserta yakni guru bimbingan dan konseling dan serumpun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengambilan data melalui wawancara dan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan pemahaman responden dalam penyusunan program  bimbingan dan konseling tergolong baik. Kata Kunci : pemahaman, penyusunan program, layanan bimbingan dan konseling

Abstract

Changes in learning patterns put demands on students with a state of believing in their own abilities, believing in their ability to grow, encouraging curiosity, encouragement to want to succeed, encouragement to cooperate, initiative, perseverance, and independence. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of self-efficacy and achievement motivation on self-directed learning readiness. The research design used is quantitative with a correlational design. The number of samples in this study were 488 students. The instruments used are self-efficacy scale, achievement motivation scale, and self-directed learning readiness. The data analysis in this study is multiple regression analysis by going through the assumption test as a prerequisite. The results of the assumption test which include normality and heteroscedasticity have been declared eligible. Then, on the results of multiple regression analysis with the value of t count > t table, the self-efficacy value of 12,060 > 2,248 means that H1 is accepted. Furthermore, the value of achievement motivation is 5.992 > 2.248, which means that H2 is accepted. In the simultaneous F test with a calculated F value of 90.524 > F table of 1.195, which means that H3 is accepted, this means that simultaneously self-efficacy and achievement motivation affect the self-directed learning readiness. It can be concluded that self-directed learning readiness students’ increases due to their self-efficacy and encouragement to achieve goals or achievement motivation. Thus, based on the purpose of this research, it is possible to contribute in the form of self-directed learning readiness students to facilitate the educational process in any situation.

Abstract

Changes in career interests last until they find a career field that is considered according to their potential and competence. Early adolescence is a time of searching, so their career interests are still changing. This study was conducted to determine changes in career interest in male and female students. The longitudinal study was conducted with two measurements, namely at the beginning of junior high school (grade VII) and at the end of school in junior high school (grade IX). The participants were 169 students consisting of 108 girls and 61 boys. The instrument used is RMIB (Rothwell Miller Interest Blank). Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive analysis to see changes in career interests that occur in each student. The results showed that there were 67.55% of students whose career interests changed or were not stable. More male students have stable career interests than female students. For male students, there are 49.18% of students whose interests are stable, while for female students, there are only 23.15% of students who are stable.

Abstract

In facing the new changes of the 21st century, guidance and counseling teachers need self-efficacy in working with clients. This is intended to carry out the process of providing guidance and counseling services. The aim is to determine the measure of self-efficacy of 21st century guidance and counseling teachers based on the aspects developed. The research method used is the 4D development model (define, design, develop, disseminate). The sample used was 117 guidance and counseling teachers. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out through expert tests by 2 people with inter-rater agreement and content analysis. The results show that the self-efficacy scale for 21st century guidance and counseling teachers is quite feasible and quite reliable. Therefore, these results provide an understanding that guidance and counseling teachers in the 21st century must have self-efficacy in order to have a positive impact on counselees. For this reason, it is important for guidance and counseling teachers to have self-confidence in the 21st century in order to understand their role as guidance and counseling teachers or counselors. Thus, the self-efficacy of 21st century guidance and counseling teachers will be optimal.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat fanatisme penggemar K-Pop yang ada di Aplikasi X. K-Pop saat ini menjadi perbincangan hangat dikalangan remaja dan hampir sebagian besar remaja sangat menggandrumi K-Pop. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur tinggat fanatisme yang ada di aplikasi X dengan empat indikator yang diantaranya adalah imitasi, konsumtif, obsesif, dan agresif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah penggemar K-Pop di Aplikasi X dengan kriteria usia 15 – 26 tahun baik dari kalangan fangirl ataupun fanboy dan aktif di sosial media X. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuisoner yang dibantu oleh autobase khusus mahasiswa (@collegemenfess) dengan pengikut 1,2jt dan postingan peneliti di akun pribadinya sehingga didapatkan responden sebanyak 412 orang. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti tingkat fanatisme penggemar K-Pop yang ada di Aplikasi X dikategorikan dalam kategori sedang.
