Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 membawa dampak yang cukup besar disegala aspek kehidupan baik sosial, budaya, pendidikan dan ekonomi. Begitu juga dengan para pelaku UMKM. Tak terkecuali kegiatan penjualan tanaman hias pada usaha tanaman hias ”Hafiz Flower ” yang berada di Lorong Satria Kelurahan sungai buah yang merasakan penjualan tanaman hias menurun. Jika sebelumnya dapat diperoleh permintaan grosir tanaman hingga 8 kali dalam 1 minggu, kini menurun menjadi 1 kali atau bahkan tidak ada permintaan dalam 1 minggu. Untuk membantu memberikan alternatif penjualan, tim mengusulkan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan digital marketing kepada pelaku UMKM usaha tanaman hias. Digital marketing dalam hal ini adalah dengan cara menandai lokasi bisnis dan memberi informasi bisnis di google map, memperluas pemasaran melalui instagram, dan membuat katalog di WhatsApp bisnis. Berbagai solusi pemasaran digital yang ditawarkan membantu penyebaran informasi produk dan jasa para pelaku tanaman hias lebih luas sehingga penjualan akan kembali meningkat. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan para anggota komunitas petani tanaman hias tentang manfaat digital marketing yang dapat diakses dimana saja dan kapan saja. Sehingga, penjualan dan pendapatan para pelaku Usaha tanaman hias diharapkan dapat semakin meningkat tidak hanya selama pandemi, namun juga di masa yang akan datang setelah pandemi berakhir

Abstract

The development of Information Technology today has brought many changes in various fields of human life. One of them is the field of transportation services. The existence of online transportation is slowly shifting the use of conventional public transportation. Online Transportation is a transportation service that utilizes network technology, which is based on the internet network in carrying out all its transaction activities. The increasing number of users of online transportation services is an option for the public to use these services based on satisfaction with the services provided to their customers. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of online transportation users using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Method and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results showed that the level of user satisfaction measured by the CSI method showed a satisfaction index of 0.7728 or 77.28%, which means that the satisfaction index value of online transportation users is on the criteria of "Satisfied". Measurements using the IPA method show that there are three attributes that are at the top priority, seven attributes that need to be maintained, five attributes that have low priority and four attributes that have excess performance.

Abstract

Desa Suka Negeri Kecamatan Banding Agung Kabupaten OKU selatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan memiliki UMKM dengan produk yang dihasilkan adalah makanan yaitu Kemplang panggang. Kemplang panggang yang diolah dari ikan giling dan tepung sagu merupakan makanan khas yang biasa di konsumsi oleh masyarakat di provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Produk Home Industri ini cukup berkembang di daerahnya akan tetapi kemasan dan label yang digunakan masih sangat sederhana. Teknik pemsaran yang digunakan juga belum maksimal hanya dari mulut ke mulut saja. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberika penyuluhan dan pelatihan terkait dengan pentingnya labeling, Packaging dan Marketing dalam rangka meningkatkan nilai tambah, profit dan penjualan produk. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan skema penyuluhan dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat khususnya pelaku Home Industri dan UMKM di Desa Suka Negeri. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan meningkatnya pengetahuan para pelaku usaha terkait tentang Branding dan Metode pemasaran yang lebih luas dengan memanfaatkan platform e-commerce pada media sosial agar dapat tetap bertahan dan eksis di era revolusi industry 4.0.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint untuk membuat slide presentasi bagi siswa/siswi SMK Negeri 1 Pemulutan, Sumatera Selatan. Pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui pelatihan kepada siswa/siswi untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan aplikasi MS PowerPoint dalam pembuatan slide presentasi guna mendukung teknik presentasi yang baik dan menarik. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penjelasan fitur-fitur yang ada pada standar MS PowerPoint dan fitur-fitur yang dapat digunakan untuk tekni presentasi yang baik dan menarik, seperti menu Hyperlink, menu Remove Background dan menu setting untuk menonaktifkan instruksi pindah slide. Kemudian dilakukan demonstrasi pembuatan slide presentasi menggunakan menu-menu tersebut. Kedua kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Pemulutan. Pada langkah selanjutnya, setiap peserta ditugaskan untuk mempraktekkan aplikasi sesuai arahan dalam pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mendapatkan tambahan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengoptimalkan MS PowerPoint untuk membuat slide guna menghasilkan teknik presentasi yang baik dan menarik.

Abstract

Schools, teachers and learning are interrelated components. School as a forum that organizes learning for students, and teachers as professionals who transfer knowledge. Performance is a universal concept that is the operational effectiveness of an organization, organization, and employees based on predefined standards and criteria. The performance of teachers can be defined as the extent to which a teacher works maximally in accordance with the ability he has in an effort to achieve institutional goals. This study aims to determine the performance of SMPIT "X" teachers in the learning process by measuring the level of teacher performance, based on teacher competency indicators in the learning process using fuzzy mamdani method. By knowing the level of teacher performance is expected to improve the quality of teachers as one important factor in the process of improving school quality.

Abstract

Competition in the increasingly competitive business world spur companies to strive harder to improve the quality of their company. This research discusses the determination of Team Leader in a service company that provides integrated services that stood since the year 1996 with 9 branch offices up to now one of them in the city of Palembang. The services provided by the company are Integreted Facility Servises, Cleaning Services, Security Services, Property Services, Catering Services, Support Services, and Parking Services. In the determination of Team Leader, Supervisor and Facility Services there are 6 scoring criteria, namely Leadership, Communication Skills, Operational Forms, Operational Duties, Human Resources Aspects, and Motivational Session and Team Building. This research implemented SMART method in the process of determining Team Leader, Supervisor and Facility Services by using 12 employees proposed in February 2019, with the end of employees named Hartono elected as Team Leader With a value of 0.797. Employees named Jacop with a final value of 0.904 elected as Supervisor and employee named Dimas with final value 0, 789.

Abstract

The answer that arises when you get the question of the one most valuable thing in life is the family, because the family is home and home. Discussions about families with a lot of needs are one of them is the blindness of health insurance or medical insurance. Having health insurance for all family members is something that can not be ignored anymore even said to be absolute. Providing the best health insurance is one of the dear forms of computer cases for families. This reason also requires that we do not misselect a health insurance product. The research implements a multi-factor method of Evalation Process (MFEC) in the process of determining the best insurance product from 5 alternative companies asuransi based on 7 criteria/factor. Criteria/factors including complete Asuransi facility, extensive insurance provider, premium, cashless, existing short condition, insurance combination and insurance company's credibility. The results of the study received one of the best health insurance products based on calculation results using MFEP method with a value of 8

Abstract

Abstract : Public services in government agencies are starting to change from a direct face-to-face way that the process must be back and forth if there is a shortage of files and take a long time, turning into a service online. In order to improve the satisfaction of public service in government agencies, especially the agricultural quarantine Hall of Class II Cilegon, then the process of application of plant quarantine import, export and domistic can be done online using the system, So that the quarantine submission process can be monitored in realtime. This information system consists of two parts, namely the first part is the front end used by the community in monitoring the process of filing plant quarantine. The second part is the back end used by the file verification Officer, the functional coordinator in delivering the task letter to the field officer, the Laboratory officers provide laboratory verification results, the Treasurer sends Billing payments to the community and head of the hall in monitoring every process of quarantine submission from the community. The back end uses the website.

Abstract

Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan bagi suatu perusahaan merupakan suatu kondsi yang sangat penting, karena loyalitas pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap kemajuan perusahaan tersebut. Loyalitas pelanggan bai PT. Toko Gaya Baru juga merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam menentukan kemanjuan usahanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun sistema informasi hubungan pelanggan guna menjadi solusi dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang ada. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode iterasi dengan mengimplementasi konsep Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistema informasi hubungan pelanggan yang memfasilitasi semua kebutuhan user yang bisa menggunakan yaitu admin, pimpinan dan pelanggan.

Abstract

The development of technology is currently growing very fast so the need for fast and efficient information is mandatory. One form of information technology that is widely used to share information is a website. The process of accepting new students (PPDB) carried out by SMAN 1 Gunung Megang is currently still done manually, still using forms so that there are often problems from slow data input, registration files that are not neatly arranged, long registration queues and prospective students sometimes difficulty getting information about the school and the registration process. For that we need information technology in the form of a school website that can assist in the PPDB process at SMAN 1 Gunung Megang.Based on the background of the problem above, a web-based PPDB system was built using the MVC (code) concept and the waterfall method, which has several stages, namely analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
